I had an unfortunate experience the first time I came in but Lance Sobczak reached out personally and made it right. My initial experience was chaotic and some things were missed on my standard mileage service. Lance saw my review and reached out, offering to do a full reinspection, oil change, the whole 9 yards. He also gave me a dealer car so I wouldn't have to spend money on uber. While my first experience left something to be desired, I whole heartedly appreciate Lance's exceptional customer service. Thanks again Lance. read more

Very disappointed. Spent an hour driving to downtown LA. Our sales person had us walk all over the 5th floor looking for the 2 cars he swore he would have ready. We went downstairs to wait only to be told both cars were sold. Even a phone call while driving there would have been appreciated. Terrible customer service! read more

I live in downtown LA and got my Infiniti from Fernando Enriquez -- the whole process was super easy! The car was even delivered right to my place, which made everything stress-free. I got a great deal on my lease and will definitely be telling all my friends and family about Infiniti Downtown LA. Highly recommend! read more

INFINITI of Downtown LA - Car Dealers Near Me - Los Angeles, California

not surprised to see this location has 2.2 stars. I will give zero stars if I could. No one in service has answered the phone in the last 24 hours, and last week when I showed up for my appointment, I had to wait 90 minutes before someone even approached me to check me in, and then told me that they wouldn't be able to do my oil change that day. Go literally anywhere else. read more

Bait and switch. Call for information to make sure the car we are interested in is available. They say it is. We get up in the morning we look online Car is available online still. So we call the dealership, car is available. We arrive an hour later and test drive the car as it's available. We walk from the test drive with the salesmane into the dealership and sit down to talk numbers. Salesman gets the manager that greeted us and introduced us to the salesman. He goes through the whole sales pitch if we can make a deal would you like to buy the car. We tell them yes and he sees the internet price that we saw and he said no problem. He asks will you be financing? We say no we will be paying cash....... suddenlythe car is not available. Manager claims the car was just sold to "Infiniti or something" . Tries to brush it off. In other words it's a bait and switch and they have no intention of selling the car at the stated price. FTC worthy deceptive CDMV , CDJ complaint to follow. This happens in California way too often. Your best bet stay away from this type of behavior take your business elsewhere. Don't waste your time don't waste your gas. And for good measure on the test drive the vehicle ran out of gas. read more

ZERO Stars -- Only because I can't leave NEGATIVE five. If you're thinking about taking your car to Infiniti of Downtown Los Angeles for service, let me save you the trouble (and a week of your life): don't. I dropped my NEW car off expecting, you know, basic communication... maybe an update... possibly even the radical concept of someone answering a phone. Instead, my car apparently went on a week-long spiritual retreat in their service department, because after seven full days, they came back with the inspirational conclusion: "We found nothing wrong." Nothing wrong? Then why did you keep it hostage for a week? Did it need a vacation? Was it enjoying the ambiance? Did it join the staff? Because I certainly didn't hear from anyone during that time to explain what was happening. No calls. No texts. No updates. Just silence--like my car had been entered into the witness protection program. In short: Terrible service. Zero communication. Zero accountability. Zero stars. Take your car literally anywhere else--even a kid with a lemonade stand and a socket wrench would offer more communication and probably better results. read more

Yup, they're super shady! Lying, overcharging and taking way too long to do way too little

Service at Downtown Infiniti is horrible this is maybe the 7th time of me leaving my car there for the same exact thing. I have spent almost 30,000 plus with them from getting a new engine threw my insurance warranty. Each time of me having to leave my car there I have observed clients receiving their cars back washed when every time I have received my car back it has not even so much has been rinsed off. Needless to say, I dropped my car off on 4/20/2026 to get another diagnostic and have yet to hear from anyone and was told I could not get a loaner because there was a long wait list so I would have to come out of pocket unless my insurance warranty covers the rental read more

BUYER BEWARE! Stay away at all costs. We came to this dealership 1.5 weeks ago and were looking to buy our first car, which is a used 2025 Toyota Corolla with about 13k miles priced at around 20k online. Immediately we were met with Sales Agent and Manager who showed us all the add ons they have for the car, increasing the price almost 5k. After they tried to talk us into financing, we told them we had a credit union to which we were met with a million questions on the rate, amount etc (as expected). We put our foot down and told them the price we wanted but after a soul-sucking haggling experience, I don't recommend this place to anyone. We got the price we wanted but found out about a week later that the passenger headlight is not working whatsoever. I called Sales agent Pamela and asked about the limited dealer warranty who delightfully told me that since we drove it off the lot, there is no warranty and "the light was working when you drove it off the lot" and that we would need to bring it in. (Despite signing a form about a limited dealer warranty btw) After taking it to a local Toyota dealer, turns out the front headlight is cracked completely and needs to be replaced (about 1700$ btw). I'm writing this review to spread awareness and to be careful about this place. read more

BEWARE OF PREDATORY SELLING! This place is a complete joke and preys on women! I was working with a sales rep named Pamela on purchasing a vehicle. I got pre-authorized from my bank, aligned on the exact car I wanted, and went in yesterday with the intention of making a purchase. After test driving the car, Pamela had the 'floor manager' come over to review the contract. The sales price had increased by $1,000 -- he would not honor the price I had in writing from Pamela, and there were $3,000 of mandatory add-ons (3M product for $695, perma plate for $995, plus a theft deterrent product for $1295.00. When I questioned these items, the floor manager stated these are non-negotiable, and this is how the dealership makes money. I told him I did not want these items, he had a temper tantrum and said -- then no sale for you!! -- and walked away. My mom and I were left standing in the middle of the showroom, embarrassed and bewildered. I was fully prepared to purchase the car, and left feeling like I was mistreated and preyed upon. PLEASE DO NOT BUY VEHICLES FROM THIS DEALERSHIP - they will 100% scam you! read more

Brought my Infiniti Q50 in for a update on my infotainment system, the price they quoted me over the phone was the price I paid, the front desk staff was polite and understanding of what I wanted done to car, they told me it would take around 5 hours to complete and that they would take care of the uber ride to my job, once I picked the car the process was smooth and easy, they even washed my car for me which I needed very badly cause my car was filthy overall from start to finish the process was very smooth. read more

I should have listened to the other reviews. My car's check engine light came on so I figured I would give Infiniti of Downtown LA a chance. I read all of the terrible reviews about this place and I stupidly thought my experience would be different. I regret my decision. They were welcoming at first but once they had my car their attitude changed. It was a nightmare trying to communicate with them. The only time they reached out was a text with an outrageous quote for more than my car is worth. I tried calling them on six other occasions. The two times I was able to reach them, they said they would call me back but never did. The four other times I called they hung on me while I was on hold. The customer service here was terrible. I will not be coming back and would not recommend anyone else do so. Save yourself the headache and take your business elsewhere. On a plus note, they have very good free coffee. That was the most positive part about dealing with them. read more

I was ready to buy their car at the advertised price that was shown on Edmunds, com. Seemed simple enough, pay the taxes and registration fees. However, when shown the itemized list they added a 3M product for $695, perma plate for 995, whatever that is!?!, plus a theft deterrent product 2!? for $1295.00!?! Totaling $2985.00 for stuff I never agreed on before adding taxes and registration fees.! How do they get away with this! Shady is what it comes down to and the State should penalize them for such practices. People, it's time consumers make a statement! read more

Dropped my car off for service yesterday. Jose said he would update me yesterday (he didn't) and now I'm waiting for anyone to please update me since he's off today. The lady who picked up my calls 3 times today on 6/4 got ruder and ruder with each pick up. I get you're frustrated, but MAYBE just MAYBE I'm even more frustrated cause no one is picking up and giving me answers on my car's status. I was told it would be finished by now. Now I'm waiting for Lance the manager to call me back cause I left a voicemail. It takes a couple seconds to update me on my car's status - how is this even acceptable. read more

Customer service was amazing everything started with a phone call that Gabriel picked up and super professional well knowledge over and beyond, he got me in here. I'm completely satisfied. Thank you Infiniti of Downtown. read more

Got an email offer to buy 2019 BMW X3. I had ordered a new car and wanted the best money for an extremely well kept car. The company representative sent a form which evaluated the features, mileage via edmunds.com, I also sent photos. I arrived at the dealership only to be offered a BATE AND SWITCH. NOT only did they not offer in the range of their own quote, they offered under. The car is in stellear shape as proved when my BWM dealer gave me within the range of "good". Complete waste of time. They do not tell the truth. Avoid this location. read more

Next experience: Have had my car for about three months now and still no license plates. Reached out to the dealer to see what was going on and get this response back (see photo calling me a B*tch). Very interesting response to see a salesman communicate this way back when your trying to figure out why you haven't received your cars plates yet. Do yourself the favor and save yourself the headache and insults, don't shop hear. If they have a car you want, ask another dealer to inquire about it instead of going through this dealer that truly has no respect for their customers and will blame their customers for their own mistakes. read more

Coming from customer service/hospitality I can't understand why there is no advisor manager or supervisor scheduled on weekends. The service department needs more help with advisors because I've called several times trying to get an update on my car or trying to get more information on rental information. My brand new 2024 Infiniti that I got in July turned off while driving with a red check engine light. The technician could not figure it out so I have to wait until two more days. This is awful customer service; the service advisor I'm working is trying to do his best but again add more staff, management should be there on weekends, and have staff follow up with their customers!!!! read more

Shorthand: don't come. They don't have what you need, nor do they respect you. I am at a loss for words at the lack of customer service and blatant disrespect for the time and patience that this dealership has for its customers. I have spoken with this dealership multiple times, and let them know that I am a cash buyer to hopefully motivate and expedite the purchase of a new car. On the specific occasion that inspired this review, I called ahead of time to let them know the model, color, and class of car I wanted. They guaranteed me that they had it in stock or could easily get it from a nearby dealership on the same day before I left. Upon arriving I was told by the manager, Fernando, that they do not keep any AWD at this location, nor can they get any in inventory until possibly July, but that this was not guaranteed either. He then proceeded to try to sell me a different color car and a different class. If the manager is willing to lie, bait and switch, and waste my time coming down there, I have nothing left to say. I walked out. This is a management issue, and I truly hope the owner sees this review and others like it. I may visit again if I ever see an "under new management" sign. Until then, you've lost business and I'll be sure to let my friends know. read more

I dropped my car off for servicing and they did not have a loaner car to provide me with (even though I was told it was likely they would have one for me when I called before). The service representative I worked through said they would try to have my car done same day (I brought it in around 12:30pm) and worst case tomorrow. I tried to get in touch with them during the day (around 2pm) to confirm my car was ready to come pick up. I wasn't able to get my service representative on the phone. When I finally connected after 20-30 minutes of holding, trying to call back several times I get someone who tells me it wont be ready today and when I asked them how is that possible If I dropped it off mid-day yesterday? they seemed confused and offered to get me to a manager. I waited again on hold for 25 minutes and never got through to anyone. I called back and explained what happened and they again offered to get me to a manager then I waited on hold again and eventually got dumped to VM. When I called back, the phone would pick up and immediately hang up on me. THIS HAPPENED 6 TIMES IN A ROW UPON ME CALLING BACK. I'm shocked and appauled by the poor service. I wont be recommending this place to anyone and will be going out of my way to take my business to another dealership. read more

1) they don't honor appointments on Saturdays. Yet the website allows you to schedule an appointment. I got there at 6:50 am for a 7 am appointment. I had to wait over an hour to even check in. 2) I was told twice by two different people they would call me to give me an estimate on an additional service. They never called me. The third person told me I would get the estimate at the end of my visit because that is how they usually do things. If that is how they do things perhaps all their employees should have a consistent message. 3) I walked into the office and one person was busy with a customer. Three others chatted among themselves. I waited 5 minutes and no one addressed. Finally I asked if someone could help me or if I had to wait for my original service provider. They looked at each other and one then asked me who my service provider was and called him over the speaker. Interestingly another worker appeared and immediately addressed the person who came in after me and helped her right away. She too was checking in the status of her car 4) they did my brakes, oil change and full car inspection. They hadn't noticed the bust headlight I til I asked about it. Love my car but the service here leaves a lot to be desired. read more

I have personally been through many dealerships throughout the years and I can honestly say that Infiniti of DTLA is hands down the best one. They are small, yes. However, they are new and will expand. Our sales consultant, Javier Valencia, was top of the line. He was incredibly professional, thorough, patient, friendly, and most importantly, honest. This was also the quickest and painless car purchasing experience and we walked out of there extremely pleased. The finance manager also took us through the process very quickly. It's staring off a little rocky... hopefullyI will end up leaving a good review.. I called to make an appointment and was given an appointment time of 1 pm on a thursday... when I arrived, they said they 1st come 1st served so what the point of an appointment?..Once I checked my car in, the service guy said the car would be ready tomorrow afternoon. I asked for loaner and they said there were out but would get me an uber/lyft home. Once my rideshare arrived my phone rang and it was the service guy Jose telling me that it was a big job and would take longer than expected... Mind you, I told him why the car was coming as soon as i got there. Fast foward to tuedays and i still hadnt heard anything back so i decided to call for an update.Called and asked for service advisor and they told me no one was there by that name and transferred me somewhere which i then a message and rec no call back. I attempted to call and this time whoever answered actually told me my service person was no longer with the company and she would not be able to give me an update on my car becuase the tech working on my car was off and i should call back tomorrow. So i call back weds for an updated and the part has now came in and should be ready tomorrow afterno, n which is thursday. At this point im annoyed b I t figured one more day wouldn'tnt be that bad. So I get a call after noon on thursday car is ready ... By it being later in the day, i said i would come get friday, which is today. I dont know why by both times I entered the service deprartment ive felt like an inconvenience... I mean no greeting or acknowledgment for at least 5 min a couple of workers just acting as if you are invisible. Finally, I got my car back and headed home, and my radio stations are all static! Now, instead of me going back to this dtla service department for another bad experience, I stopped at the stero shop near me and was notified that the service department did not plug my antenna back. Like wtf now, this is another expense that i need to cover. I wish i would have followed my first mind and just made the drive to GLENDALE! This was my last experience with DTLA infiniti. I honestly always took my car in for oil changes brake changes filter changes, and never really had too much of a problem I may have waited a few hours extra but at the time I didn't mind until I started to get smoke out of my exhaust on my Infiniti Q 50 and every time I took it in I would tell them to check if I had warranty for my turbos, and I got specifically shown and told by a girl named Tiffany I believe that was her name That I did not have any warranty and I was below 55,000 miles and I was recommended by someone to go to Glendale Infiniti and I took it there to see if they could solve the issue and I told the guy to check if I had warranty and he told me I did And it had just expired at 60,000 miles when I had 61,000 miles so I was lied to and I had to pay out-of-pocket when it should've been fully covered by warranty. I do not have this type of money I had to take out two credit cards to be able to pay for the Turbo change. read more

I took my car in for a routine oil change once I got there the service guy start showing me a app on his phone which he says shows the camera filming you coming in and it can tell you everything that's wrong with your car from this xray camera which seemed strange. He then proceeds to tell me about all the ligaments and air filters and all this other stuff that had to be done, I declined because I had somewhere to be so I then asked about my oil change he told me since it was close to lunch time it will take awhile to finish I then said naw I'm good but can I get a print out of all the work I needed done on this new vehicle lol he then lied and said oh I can't give you that printout unless I paid the $1,300 which was bogus and a lie. So I later took my vehicle to another infiniti dealership and told them everything this dealership told me they laughed and said that's false we would have to do a physical inspection and then we can tell you exactly what's wrong. After I picked up my vehicle from the oil change the service man said everything looked good no problems so the fact that he lied rubbed me the wrong way. Came in last week to request an option contract (to buy my car since the lease has expired) and the team member assisting me had no clue what I was talking about. They tried to convince me that the only option I had was to purchase/get financed through them. Long story somewhat short, I already had a letter from the financial Dept with the current total balance with adjustments and they tried to tell me it was going to be cheaper than that. I spent about 4 hours here just to be YELLED AT BY THE MANAGER AND TOLD ME TO LEAVE after I kept telling them they were wrong and trying to cheat me. They tried charging me $1000 to prepare this contract meanwhile the dealer in Glendale was only going to charge me about $275! Wow.
