I kept it anyway, as I needed to get my car looked at and figured if my service was bad, we would leave. "Sandy" was fortunately my advisor, and she was fantastic. She went above and beyond, and not only was my major repair fully covered by their extended warranty, but she took the time after to explain all their extended warranties in case I had a problem down the line! She also felt very honest which is hard to find in the auto industry. I really appreciate that you have female service advisors, and I hope you keep hiring them going forward, as us girls can be uncomfortable coming to a dealer by ourselves as there is the fear of being taken advantage of. Sandy was great and I highly recommend her especially to those who might be anxious to get their car looked at.

2020 Ford F250 lariet6.7 Powerstroke…read more Arriving at the service dep, the young service advisor asked what we were doing today, I answered a recall, mentioning I usually take the truck to GER Diesel for oil and more, "I haven't had a good experience the last few times at this service department" He quickly said, "Why don't you take it back to GER?" and laughed. I responded that I would, but I am required to bring it here for the recall. Already a lack of respect for customers, but this is very comment at this location. The truck has been parked in the back lot for over four hours now, " the truck has a factory GPS, something that was not mention to this service advice in his training, truck was setting for 4.8 hours with no progress. The recall involves updating the PCM. How do I know? Because it's common sense to look up how long the recall would take. I asked for a senior advisor that I won't mention the name, when I asked for him, this young advisor told me there is nothing he can do that I can't do, so I gave her an opportunity to get this done his way one thing led to the other end up driving by five hours later and I saw my truck parked on front. Nobody called me and told me the vehicle was done. I asked to speak with the manager and after a while, I found him and I relay my message and my bad experience at this service department Nobody wants to take time and write bad reviews but if I can help someone not go through this issues. I would consider this review successful. Called the service department many time but the misery continues when nobody answers the phone, very incompetent dealership. I don't recommend this place for any business.

Ask for him and he will definitely take care of you. The issue I had was during the appraisal because I was presented with a value which was $2,000 less than the online value. This was primarily due to a very small dent in the inside door jam because of the seat belt buckle got caught when I closed the door. The appraiser noted that it was structural damage?!!? Ivan even admitted that the car was pristine otherwise and even suggested that selling it to a private seller might be better. No budging on the value of the appraisal or the price. I could've walked away but the very low mileage of the car we were buying was too good to pass up.

Awkward and Shady......That was the entire experience that I had taking my daughter to this dealer…read morein hopes of her getting her first car. Worked with Jonathan and Indie. Jonathan was a pleasant fellow, but it got awkward at the end. I contacted Jonathan about a Kia. He was straight forward with his email and gave me a GREAT price without the "dealer and accessory fees" that they try to BS customers with. We get down there and my daughter drives the car and falls in love with the car. We immediately go into the paperwork. The first red flag is that they dont "work" with Arrowhead CU??? Its a lender, you can always make it work. So I humor them and let them price me for their lender. Of course its a higher rate which they will make money on it (its called a reserve). But dont worry, it will be an "options loan" which I have 3 days. Legally I have more time (just FYI guys). I dont like the feel of this, so I call Arrowhead and explain. They get a laugh out of the situation and tell me we can just cash them a check for the purchase order. I then go back in and tell them that I will bring back a check for the remaining price of the car. This is where it gets awkward..... Indie who is the manager says, I am sorry, I cant sell you the car because it has a recall that has no remedy. There is no remedy because the part hasnt arrive yet (of course I called Kia Support). And, if it was that much of a concern, why did you have it on the lot to begin with??? LOL..... After their apologies they humor me more and tell me to see if there is anything else I might want. In the meantime, Jonathan disappears and just abandons us...LOL... My daughter is crying, and it was a waste of a 3hr drive (to and from). Andddd within 5 minutes of us getting denied the car, and transportation truck it there to pick up the car...LOL.... Who knows where they are taking it to, probably the new owner who is using their lender, and paying for there protection and accessory fee..... I dont need the owner/manager to piggy back on this review and tell me how sorry they are and how there was a misunderstanding, etc. Just be more transparent with your customers who are not educated on buying vehicles. Remember it can be your loved one going into a dealer to buy a car. I will be sure to share my experience on multiple platforms which I use in hopes that doesnt happen to another Dad....... Update: The car in which we were in the process of purchasing, and that was later picked up by a truck within 5 minutes of being told that the Manager "felt bad if anyone drove it", was listed on a dealers website in Utah. The vehicle is now listed for 3k more. All this in less than 24hrs. I guess Safety only pertains to Californians? LOL
