I do not recommend Knockout Carpet Cleaning. They steam-cleaned my are rug without vacuuming first,…read morecausing all the hair and dirt to soak in rather than being removed. After they "cleaned" it, I vacuumed and pulled up a layer of hair and dirt as seen in the photo - proving it was never properly prepped. When I asked if they had vacuumed beforehand, they claimed the hair "wasn't visible to the naked eye," yet it was clearly visible. They also knew I had a dog so dog hair should be something they think about. They seemed rushed, which pressured me into paying before I could fully check their work. When I reached out, they initially offered a $50 refund or to come back to only get the hair off, but when I asked if they would redo the entire rug properly, they stopped responding. On top of that, their hose scuffed my brand-new baseboard, which had just been touched up a few days prior. I had to do my own vacuuming, re-clean the rug, and now cover the cost of the baseboard touch-up--all of which should have been reflected in a proper refund. As of now I have no refund. To make matters worse, they wouldn't confirm whether they vacuumed my couch before steam-cleaning. Their excuse? That I should have told them to vacuum first - which should be standard practice. Any professional knows that steam-cleaning over dirt can lead to mold growth. Now, I'll have to replace my rug sooner than expected. I expected professional, thorough service, and instead, I got rushed work, damage to my home, and zero accountability. Avoid this company.

The owner Joe has been proudly running multiple crews for many years and all of their team are just the best of personalities with the eyes for detail and they have all the equipment necessary to handle any kind of carpet, upholstery, tiles etc. I specifically had a Balinese couch that started to collect some molds on portions of it from some moisture. Joe himself came out and took the time to go through the entire couch by hand with the upholstery tool and transformed the colors of it and completely eliminated the mild odor and the molds that were on small parts of it. He also used some special enzymes that help kill some of those germs as well as post-treat the entire couch to ensure both any mild smells and the molds themselves were gone. You really are in the best of hands with all in carpet cleaning

Jason: The Best Carpet Cleaner and Floor Guy to the Rescue…read more We have been using Jason for a couple of years, and every time he comes, he transforms our carpets (at home and in our offices); however, I felt compelled to write a review to share how I continue to be overwhelmed with gratitude for Jason always going above and beyond. Not only does he work wonders on our carpets, but these past couple of days, he stepped in as a true hero when our furry family member had an unexpected health issue. Jason's extraordinary compassion, quick response, and genuine care transformed a challenging situation into an incredibly heartwarming experience. When my husband reached out to Jason, without hesitation, he rearranged his busy schedule to come to our rescue. We were not only worried about the stains and odors but also concerned about the safety of my elderly mother, as the buckling of the floor had become a safety issue, as there was just too much pee in the carpet padding that affected the underlying hardwood floors. As soon as Jason arrived, his warm smile and comforting presence instantly put us at ease. He understood the distress it caused and reassured us that everything would be taken care of. He then got right to work by skillfully pulling up the carpet, replacing the padding, and diligently fixing the buckling problem. The transformation was truly remarkable. Not only did Jason make the carpets look beautiful, but he also ensured a secure and stable flooring surface. The peace of mind it brought us, especially in regard to my mother's safety, cannot be overstated. He went above and beyond, treating and cleaning the affected areas. I also continue to be in awe of not only Jason's technical prowess but also the genuine care he ALWAYS shows towards our furry family members. Being an animal lover, this was something I noticed the first time he came. His authentic love for animals was evident in every interaction, and especially this time, with our dog's health issues, brought us immense comfort. I CANNOT RECOMMEND JASON ENOUGH. His exceptional skills, coupled with his kindness and compassion, make him a true hero. He not only saved our carpets but also provided solace and support when we needed it the most. With Jason, you can trust that your carpets will be in good hands, and he will tell you if the stain will come back so you always know what to expect. He is very honest and hardworking.

Tiffany remained in touch with me throughout the morning and kept me updated on their availability, Dan was able to make it out the same afternoon. I really appreciated Dan's honest sales approach. He let me know what products and options were available and didn't pressure me into getting unnecessary work done. Dan was able to clean 3 bedrooms, a closest, a hallway, and our stairs for $443.
