As a first time mom I was concerned with vaccines and Kiera went over every single vaccine and helped me decide if I wanted to delay or skip any. She was also a great support both when I was breastfeeding and when I switched to formula later on. I also love that she takes a more natural approach to medicine. Our daughter has only been sick twice but both times she helped us choose vitamins and probiotics that helped strengthen her versus resorting to the typical store medicines. We love that! We also love that she is so accesible. She has always been able to schedule us same day when we have an abrupt concern and is also great at responding to emails right away. We have great insurance coverage but still choose to pay out of pocket for the wonderful care she provides to our little family! Highly recommend her!

I have had a few issues with being double billed, having an extra statement that was already paid in office or insurance not getting the correct information so I would get charged for something that I wouldn't have to pay out of pocket. I have had many calls with the office and communication with the front desk and insurance and it's always been cleared up but watch your statements.

When inquiring about potential mouth ties I was told most people just make it up and got a referral to a feeding specialist. When I came back for my babies next check and shared she had her lip, check, and tongue ties released and was nursing successfully now I was treated like I was dumb and just another person who fell for the hoax. Truthfully as parents we want the best for our kids and have the responsibility to do so.
