Dr. Ijaola is proficient, punctual, and personable enough. He's been very thorough during my daughter's last 2 checkups. I also decided to finally have a wellness check for myself since the birth of my daughter was so horrific for both of us. My primary care physician also works at this office. She's one of the nurse practitioners. And she is extremely knowledgeable and thorough as well. I review everything. Including... walk-in doctor's offices. So, I'm a One Medical user, and I've used it for about six months. This is my home location, and I'm definitely a fan. One of the main things I like about it is how you can get labs done by just walking in anytime. You don't need an appointment. You just walk in and wait. If there's a line, they can give you a time to come back. Or, if there's no line, you can just sit in the waiting room. It's very nice to have a lab on site, and you don't have to deal with the whole Sonora Quest adventure that a lot of us Arizonans deal with. I've seen two nurse practitioners there. Both of them were helpful. And not only did they show good bedside manner--if I'm able to use that term, despite not actually being in a hospital bed--but they also were quick to respond to my messages on the app. The service here is painless. No pun intended. It's easy to make an appointment. Their app is very well-designed. And this location is clean and friendly. I would recommend One Medical if you're looking for a simple primary care experience.

They do not listen and appear quite uninterested in your presence and your requests. I then called this clinic back in March, and was informed that their clinic is packed with clients and that I'd have to schedule about 4 months in advance. I strongly recommend going early if you are a walk in like us. Otherwise I saw a long list of appts on the screen. I thought it was funny how the girl opened the door at 8 while we were standing there and then walked away. If it was me I would have opened the door and greeted whoever was standing there waiting. I even laughed when she walked away. I know it's not mandatory but it would have been a nice gesture. But mom didn't wait long after she checked in, maybe 10 min. My mom was visiting from Michigan and had been dealing with some sort of rash all over her body for the past 4 days and then her tongue swelled up. My dad is a retired physician, mom is a retired nurse and I was in the health field so we knew it was probably some sort of allergic reaction to whatever is floating around in Az. But need a Dr to prescribe her a steroid or something. The PA who saw my mom just looked at her arms, asked what happened and if she is on any medications. While she was nice, it was a quick appt. I feel like others would have felt jipped. Since we knew it was some sort of allergic reaction and needed the prescription, the appt did the job. We left and went to Walgreens to pick up her prescribed topical steroid and prednisone. Overall, no issues with the appt!
