    Chicken Wings and French Fries

Tasty Turtle's menu looked amazing. So many items to pick from. The restaurant was quite busy but we only had a short wait. I ordered fish and chips with slaw. The slaw was so good and so were the fries. The fish was just ok. My husband had the wings and he said they were the best he has had in a very long time. The restaurant is typical for a burger joint, a little noisy chaotic. Our server was pleasant but kept forgetting bring us things we asked for and then overcharged us on our bill. I'm sure if it was so busy those things wouldn't have happened.

The best wings in PBC hands down! If you've never been to Thirsty Turtle definitely order the wings when you go. Everything here is amazing you can't go wrong with anything. They do have really long wait times on the weekends so be there early.

Well, I thought the food at this place was excellent! [[HIGHLIGHT]]This is a bar type setting, much like a Flannigan's but I've never had a meal there like I did here.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Our server Jesse was super friendly, helpful and really great. When I told him how great it was he showed me the menu for their other locations and there's a West Palm one closer to us I will definitely go to. I had the special, Panko Fried Mahi Wrap and I kid you not, BEST WRAP EVER! Kick of spicy and so flavorful. And I am not a big fry person but these fries were absolutely delicious. Cooked perfectly and so tasty! I loved them! So for food alone, they get my 5 stars. My son had the blacked salmon with broccoli side and sweet potato mash. The sweet potato mash is a bit sweet, just so you know. But they know what they're doing with food here. And a feisty cold glass of Blue Moon, yes please!

Enjoyed our lunch today, our waitress Tracy was great! First visit for my friend and she ALSO LOVES the New England Clam Chowder! Great easy experience.

Stayed nearby and found ourselves at Thirsty Turtle three nights in a row. [[HIGHLIGHT]]It's one of several Thirsty Turtle locations, but this one has strong local character and unmistakable Yankees-bar energy.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Wings were excellent every visit, French onion soup was a standout, and service issues were handled immediately. Dependable bar food done right.

My friend and I wanted to go for lunch in the area. She picked this spot. The menu is varied. There are many options ! I decided to go for the salmon and the side of fries. The salmon was fresh. The calamari was tasty and fresh. A good spot in the area for food. The service was great. Prices are decent . More of a casual vibe.

First day we brought our fish they were quick and efficient- fish was cooked great service was fast and friendly. Came back two days later place was not as busy service was still friendly- food took a really long time- was cooked well - other tables that were seated after us got their food before us. Side note- they charge extra for using a credit card.

My wife and I were staying across the street and decided to give The Turtle a try since it's so close to our hotel. We sat in the bar area which we usually do, and we were waited on quickly by Madison. She was very attentive during our visit and made sure we had everything we needed. Jen ordered the beer battered shrimp and I ordered the Chicken Stinger sandwich. The food was good, so no complaints there. We ordered the Peanut Butter pie for dessert and it was good as well. The only reason for the 4 is the reason we sit at the bar is to watch sports on the TV's. At the Turtle, the bar area is very weird how it is set up. We sat in front of the cooks making the food. It seemed all the TV's were back in the restaurant area. We have never really seen this before. All in all a good experience.

We love to eat here. Their food is very good, and (usually) less expensive than other local restaurants. Quick service and friendly servers!

I am coming with a few friends. Just curious if there are any vegan options other than salad? Which of your sides are vegan? Thanks for your help.

No they really do not have vegan friendly items here. The majority of the food is bar food - I.e. chicken wings, calamari, tuna, fish sandwiches and dinner specials, salad wraps, and burgers. Sides are French fries, Mac and cheese, broccoli,…

One of the best dining experiences I have had. Coming from Atlanta we have a ton of great Cajun…read moreoptions but this really impressed. Everything from the ambiance to the food and even the service was phenomenal. Great dining room area with both an outdoor and indoor bar. We sat with the bartender AB that immediately greeted us with waters and their menu. They are currently running a pick 2 for $15.99 menu that has some pretty great options. We had 2 meals & chose the wings, blackened shrimp po boy with the small gumbo's. Wings were super crispy, juicy, and tender. With a nice light Smokey taste. They buffalo and blue cheese sauce was actually pretty impressive. The po boy had a good amount of shrimp to bread ratio, with a nice sauce included. The gumbo had a deep rich flavor, but was not overly heavy with fatty meats. We were also informed of the happy hour oyster special, so we ended up getting a few of the rockerfella and raw. The rockerfella was amazing with melty cheese, a nice garlic flavor, & served with crispy bread slices. The raw came with crackers, lemon, wine vinegar, and a tasty cocktail sauce. Both were delicious. Marco, the manager came and spoke with us about our experience which really showed the attention to detail this restaurant offers. After sharing our story of visiting New Orleans a few years ago and bragging about the beignets, he brought us 2 out to finish our meal. I have to say, these were better than the ones I've had at cafe beignet in NOLA. They were HOT out the fryer to the point where the powdered sugar was slightly melted. Crisp outside dough but gooey soft in the center. A unreal experience to end a fantastic meal. I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone. Luckily my sister lives 5 mins from this place but I would easily drive a hour or 2 when visiting from out of town just for this experience. Marco and AB really went above and beyond to make sure this was a special outing on a regular ole' Monday, and we could not have left happier.

After seriously underestimating the Florida heat and walking a mile and a half to Voodoo, the…read moreexperience was worth every step. From the moment we walked in, the welcome was freakin' awesome. The New Orleans vibe was absolutely on point and set the tone for a great meal. Our waitress was fantastic--friendly, knowledgeable, and passionate about the menu. She recommended her favorite dish, and it ended up becoming my favorite too. Now, I'm a country boy, so the deviled eggs just weren't my style, but everything else more than made up for it. The cornbread was incredible. Honestly, I couldn't decide if I was eating cake or cornbread--it was that good. The barbecue shrimp was outstanding and easily one of my favorite dishes (our waitress clearly has great taste!). The fried oysters were cooked to perfection, and the baked chicken was seasoned and prepared just right. The gator tail was great with the sauce. I've had scalloped potatoes many times over the years, but these were on another level--definitely some for the record books. If you're looking for great food, an authentic New Orleans atmosphere, and excellent service, Voodoo is absolutely worth the visit.
