New England Clam Chowder Soup

Enjoyed our lunch today, our waitress Tracy was great! First visit for my friend and she ALSO LOVES the New England Clam Chowder! Great easy experience.

Stayed nearby and found ourselves at Thirsty Turtle three nights in a row. It's one of several Thirsty Turtle locations, but this one has strong local character and unmistakable Yankees-bar energy. Wings were excellent every visit, French onion soup was a standout, and service issues were handled immediately. Dependable bar food done right.

My friend and I wanted to go for lunch in the area. She picked this spot. The menu is varied. There are many options ! I decided to go for the salmon and the side of fries. The salmon was fresh. The calamari was tasty and fresh. A good spot in the area for food. The service was great. Prices are decent . More of a casual vibe.

First day we brought our fish they were quick and efficient- fish was cooked great service was fast and friendly. Came back two days later place was not as busy service was still friendly- food took a really long time- was cooked well - other tables that were seated after us got their food before us. Side note- they charge extra for using a credit card.

My wife and I were staying across the street and decided to give The Turtle a try since it's so close to our hotel. We sat in the bar area which we usually do, and we were waited on quickly by Madison. She was very attentive during our visit and made sure we had everything we needed. Jen ordered the beer battered shrimp and I ordered the Chicken Stinger sandwich. The food was good, so no complaints there. We ordered the Peanut Butter pie for dessert and it was good as well. The only reason for the 4 is the reason we sit at the bar is to watch sports on the TV's. At the Turtle, the bar area is very weird how it is set up. We sat in front of the cooks making the food. It seemed all the TV's were back in the restaurant area. We have never really seen this before. All in all a good experience.

My dining mate, who joined me for lunch here, works at Duffy's. The fact that he was recommending Thirsty Turtle SeaGrill for lunch said a lot. What we had: FISH 'N CHIPS (4 stars) FIRECRACKER SHRIMP TACOS (5 stars) STINGER WRAP (5 stars) CONCH FRITTERS (5 stars) ICE COLD CORONA y LIME (5 stars) Look at that meal...it's perfect! Factor in the rowdy little lunch-ambiance here; fisherman, cyclists, seafood lovers, beer drinkers and game-watchers, told me I was in the right place.

Ok it's Friday night and we arrives at hotel for hotel in Juno Beach to kick off our long weekend after a long day at work. Tired and knowing that most restaurants would close at 9 pm, we rushed out to visit a place highly recommended by the front desk clerk at our hotel. This place was the Thirsty Turtle Seagrill, conveniently located off US 1, right across the street from our hotel. Even though the place was quite busy, our waitress Rebecca promptly took care of us and seated us quickly. She greeted us with a warm smile and took the time to explain the restaurant to us, as it was our first visit. Rebecca mentioned that the owner, Bill Watson, stops by once a week to ensure everything runs smoothly. His dedication shows--he now owns seven other Thirsty Turtle Seagrill franchises in different areas. We started our meal with a Guinness and a Stella beer, along with the smoked fish dip and sesame tuna appetizer. Both were absolutely delicious. For our main course, we had the Grouper entrée and an Angus Burger with Provolone, both fresh and tasty. To top things off, we ordered the Key Lime Pie for dessert, which was simply amazing. We also greatly enjoyed the live entertainment they have every Friday night, which added to the fun and lively atmosphere. The service was impeccable, the food was outstanding, and the ambiance was just what we needed to start our weekend on a high note. We highly recommend the Thirsty Turtle Seagrill to anyone visiting Juno Beach!

The french onion soup here is the bomb. The mild chicken wings were juicy and tender. All employees were very nice. Will be returning!

I am coming with a few friends. Just curious if there are any vegan options other than salad? Which of your sides are vegan? Thanks for your help.

No they really do not have vegan friendly items here. The majority of the food is bar food - I.e. chicken wings, calamari, tuna, fish sandwiches and dinner specials, salad wraps, and burgers. Sides are French fries, Mac and cheese, broccoli,… Read more

The fries are hand cut and amazing, the brussel sprouts are to die for, and the mashed potatoes are literally a taste of home. I am a frequenter of Stormhouse, and have had nearly everything on their menu, from the Lobster Bisque to the specials, such as their Italian Philly or Corned Beef and Cabbage (on select events), and I can tell you everything is to die for. Their bar, unlike most breweries, has a full liquor license, which means I can get a wide range of bevvy's if I'm in the mood as well, which I like. One of my favourite things about Stormhouse though, honestly, is the people! Penny, Santi, Michelle, and Brian, are all awesome, and the owners are always around and very friendly as well. If you have questions about the process of how they made their beers, they're happy to explain it. They also have events all the time, which are fun themed nights, and also something I wish more breweries would do. Whether it's a summer luau or a pirate night, the events are always awesome and a fun day/night. All in all, you can tell they really care about the quality of service, friendliness of the staff, and the overall vibe. I cannot recommend this place more highly. If I could, I'd give it 6 stars.

Starting off with chef rays baked wings which have a baked Parmesan crust. They were tender and moist chicken. The flavor was different, but definitely in a good way. I still enjoyed putting ranch on them and they were sizable wings. I ordered their buffalo chicken wrap and fries. The fries were delicious and cooked on the more crisp side. All they needed was a tiny bit of salt. The Buffalo chicken wrap had a lot of sauce as each bit it came shooting out and was a bit messier than expected. I do wish they panini pressed it because the cheese inside was cold and not melted. The burgatory single my boyfriend ordered and said it was great and the sauce on it had a nice kick to it. He would come back and try their burgatory challenge for dinner. The rest of our party ordered assorted burgers and everyone was happy with their meal. Service was pretty quick for arriving just as they had opened for the day. Parking here is actually easy and free as it is located in a shopping plaza.

The drinks were very well made, and I especially enjoyed the Snake Oil Salesman cocktail, it tasted like a delicious spicy margarita. The happy hour food specials were excellent. The baked garlic butter oysters and Rockefeller oysters were both very good and such a great deal. The deviled eggs and Gumbo Ya Ya were also full of flavor and definitely worth trying. Service was prompt, friendly, and attentive, which made the experience even better. Overall, a fantastic happy hour spot with great drinks, tasty food, and a lively vibe. I'll definitely be back!

We had the cup of gumbo which was spicy but well liked by our friends, I had the friend oysters fried perfectly and the pear and pecan salad, which was way too sweet and swimming in dressing...order your dressing on the side! The bartender that cashed us out at the bar was rather rude, as we closed out our tabs before heading to our table for dinner. Our friend wanted to order one more drink while happy hour was still available, but because he was rude she decided not to. Friends had the Gumbo, BBQ Shrimp and Shrimp and Grits which was well liked and arrived hot. My Blackened Shrimp PoBoy was terrible, cold roll and cold shrimp...worst sandwich I've ever had! Hubs had the fried chicken sandwich which was not hot either, something he would not order again. The side of broccoli rabe was cold. Side of Cesar salad had dressing that was way too salty and not palpable. Luckily I asked for the dressing on the side and could control the amount. Later that night my husband realized we were overcharged for our drink. They said they will make an adjustment back to our cc. We will be back but stick with the good dishes and check your bill.

The fresh salad came first. Then the California roll. It was the best California roll, I've had in a long time. Perfectly rolled and balanced. Cold and delicious. My garlic chicken was very good, full of vegetables and with rice on the side. My only suggestion is that the sauce needs to be a little thicker with more garlic. I appreciate and liked the presentation, it came in a small bowl instead of on the plate with the rice. Highly recommend you give Kati a try.

We tried the fried duck Kao soi and steamed tofu drunken noodles. Both were phenomenal! The fried duck Kao soi was one of their specials so we are so glad we got to try it. They were both so flavorful and had the perfect amount of spice. This is definitely going to be one of my go-to Thai/Asian restaurants in this area!
