My go-to Everytime I'm in town. I've never had a bad experience at any of the hooks locations. Notable mentions...hush puppies, conch salad, fried fish read more

I was in the mood for some fried shrimp so I ordered delivery. The shrimp was seasoned to perfection. The fried mac and cheese was dry and flavorless. Conch fritters were small but tasty and the sauce was a bit tangy for my liking. Unfortunately the salmon bites were bland but at least the fries were good. I would just stick to shrimp here. read more

My boyfriend and I love going to this place if we don't want to spend too much money on food. It's a really good price for what you get. There is a really helpful lady, don't know what her name is, but she has cute red hair. She got us right with so many extra sauces. Every time we come, we leave satisfied and happy. read more

Been going to this Hooks location for almost 20 years. I used to go all the time when I worked nearby but now it's rare. Last night I wanted some good wings and fries so I decided to make the 20 min drive. Obviously the food was good, I gave them 5 stars, but let me add some extra seasoning (if you know Hooks.. u get it) I got my food. Drove home 20 mins, opened the box and it was still better than 90% of the restaurants out here ! Hot, fresh, crispy, whole chicken wings topped with their signature seasoning. They also have catfish, tilapia, snapper, shrimp, conch balls, and more. Hooks are individually owned franchise restaurants so each location will usually have the same menu but the quality may vary. This location has been consistently good for years. The prices are good too. You can get 6 whole wings and fries for $10. Can't beat that deal anywhere! They have lots of combo options also so you can get fish, wings, shrimp and fries etc. FYI...This location is not in the hood, but it is nearby. But so is the outlet mall, and the Intracoastal. Regardless it is well lit and generally safe. Never known anyone to have a problem there. If you like fried chicken wings, fish, shrimp, and fries. This is the spot. Guaranteed to have you Hooked ! read more

Every time I come in to town I can't help but to stop and get something from here. The conch is one of the best just hate that some have too much breading and little conch. Fried shrimp and the chicken is usually my go to! Also April is sooooo sweet and her hospitality is amazing love her compliments and making sure I have everything I need. read more

Hook fish and chicken - 10 shrimp & Gizzard A small slushy blue raspberry flavor - Chicken Wings Near Me - West Palm Beach, Florida

Hook has me hooked! God deliver me from these hood food spots. And forgive me for asking for something I really don't want but definitely need. I used to pass Hook and go to Jaws (can't even remember the old name) all the time. I was always curious but stayed with what I knew. I finally decided to hit them up and let me just say, I haven't been to Jaws since. Now like Jaws, the catfish is catfishing! I really hate whatever that fish is these restaurants as passing off as catfish nowadays. It has no texture to the flesh, not as flaky as real catfish should be. I'm really going to stop ordering it at these low budget restaurants. The oysters were ok 3/5, the shrimp 3.5/5, but the star is the chicken dinner! The wings are 4/5. Their fries are good and like at Jaws they sprinkle seasonings on your food. I always ask not to add it; I have never tried it here so I can't speak to the taste. Customer service has been good, I don't have too many complaints after 3 visits. read more

Best Food I've had since I've been in West Palm Beach. Food was seasoned well with good portions you can't go wrong here

We went because my wife loves grouper and they batter and fry it. I love catfish. So, we ordered a small grouper dinner and a small catfish dinner. It was ready in about ten minutes. Each of the dinners was so big that the top of the styrofoam clamshell container wouldn't close. More fish than either of us could eat, a couple slices of bread, and a mound of very fresh french fries that our athlete son couldn't have finish. Let's just say we were absolutely over the moon at the quantity and, especially the quality of the food we were served. The quality of the food was rivaled by the quality and efficiency of the service (do understand, though, that this is an order at the counter place). The only drawback is that we live in Arizona and can't patronize this wonderful place on a regular basis. read more

Perfect comfort food if you want to just chow down on some fried food. I always get the tenders and fries with bread and extra seasoning with a lemonade. Hits every time. Quality stays the same and I typically go through the drive thru where staff is always kind and attentive. At the end of the day it is a fast food spot so I don't ever expect the ambiance to be top tier. read more

I had a craving for something fried! Sometimes it's very difficult to find here and Palm Beach Gardens area. Decided to take a little drive to see what the south offered. Found this little gem. Welcoming service. Clean environment. for the most part. Fresh and tasty! So many options! I was overwhelmed!! If I'm in the area, I have a craving again. I will definitely remember this place. read more

Delicious food is fresh and crisply- seasoned well! Super nice staff- April is great!!!

I was craving catfish so badly so I was brought to Hooks. I ordered a large catfish nugget platter that came with fries. I thought it was odd they asked me if I wanted seasoning. Why wouldn't I want my food seasoned?? The flavor of the food was okay but what really blew my mind was that the nuggets were 90% batter, 10% fish. At first I thought maybe it was just some of the pieces but every single nugget only had a sliver of fish so I didn't even both wasting the calories and saturated fat consumption to finish it. read more

This was my second time here. It's definitely my go-to when I want an authentic local spot. This was the first time that I called in my order and drove to pick it up. The food was still as good as I first remember. Ordering over the phone was very easy and my food was ready shortly after I arrived. And the staff was great. It's not a fancy restaurant but if you like "everything" fried, you've got to try out this spot when you're in the area. read more

Excellent, fresh seafood. Have ordered here a few times. You can't go wrong. Great menu m.

This is good. Really good. Worth every calorie good. Order too much. And pig out! Conch salad is refreshing, tart and spicy, crisp and juicy. Fried conch is sweet and the right mix or chewy and tender, Fried chicken livers are perfectly seasoned crisp exterior and creamy inside.... it's all amazing. Not healthy, not calorie conscious, not something you would want every day... but OMG when you get it.... you won't regret it! read more

Yes, you will wait, in your car, for something just shy of eternity, to order. Yes, the kid on the bicycle will try to hustle you for coin, selling candy bars that he clearly does not have. Yes, you will pay, and then wait, a smaller eternity. When your food arrives? Oh, my. Simply some of the best fried chicken that I've ever had. Fresh out of the fryer, piping-hot, killer fries, and a fine powdered coating of salt, white pepper, black pepper, onion powder, and fried fairy dust magic, that takes all of the perfect points to perfection plus. Yes, there is more perfect than perfect. I see killer fish, from catfish to tillapia to fried shrimp. I never eat fried shrimp. Yet here, I feel like I SHOULD. I have passed by, a million times, thinking that it was a dive that was unworthy of the lengthy wait. It was worth the wait. I hate telling you this. It will make the line longer, the next time I drop in there. I will drop in. read more

Pretty good food, when fresh. Orders are quick and the best lemon pepper seasoning on this side of town.

Avoid. In conjunction with Uber Eats, they took my money and refused a redund. Not sure they even prepped the meal.

At first I was like what is all this white stuff on the chicken.... then I took a bite and was like Wow wOw woW this is some pretty good chicken. But I hear it's the seafood your most known for so I will def be purchasing again to try them out. My only critique was the fries are a bit too soggy for my liking. I like a bit of a crunch. The amount of food is really well portioned. I had ordered a side of fries because I thought it would only come with a small amount of fries but you get a good amount, enough to share! read more

I ordered from Hook fish and chicken from Uber Eats. There was an issue with the order, I called and spoke to a woman named Allegra.
