I opted for a hearty hummus bowl and also got a chickpea patty as I saw them in the display near the cashier. All bowls and sandwiches are made to order. My order was made at a reasonable time. My bowl consisted of marinated kale, quinoa, falafel, house hummus, cucumber, tomato, tofu feta, parsley, toasted pepitas, tahini vin, and toum.
