5 stars for Allison's service! I have yet to try their food. Me and 2 friends were at a different village area and trying to walk back to our lodging rental. It started snowing and getting really windy so visibility was low. We saw this spot up ahead and decided to stop by and grab drinks. Allison was super friendly, and totally cool with it, and she even told us about a free transportation service called Big Sky Connect! We were able to get a ride back home quickly/safely. read more

Wrap shack is like BYWOM in that it's a favorite by locals and tourists alike. You get a really good amount of good quality food for a good price. It's not like a bar that's trying to rip you off for $18 for a hamburger. The service is always friendly, and the food is always worth getting. I've never regretted coming here. Also if you bring your receipt across the way to Greener Pastures (the dispensary) you can get a pre-roll for $1. One $1 pre-roll per customer. I like when businesses support each other. read more

Terrible experience here. The lady specifically said "I don't like dogs" she even didn't care that my dog is a service one. I don't care if you like dogs but at least be aware dogs save lives every day.... I really hope one day you can realize how important they are and how some people need them in our lives to be able to have a better quality of life and health. read more

I feel bad for tourists that go. Although the employees weren't horrible, the food was overpriced, the place was filthy, and the ingredients were low-quality. Not only was the food bad, but when I started eating it, I ended up finding hair in it. There is also no difference between the small and large bowls besides an extra scoop of rice (which isn't even the right rice for burrito bowls) You're better off going to Chipotle as you can get a lot more (and better) food for a lower price. read more

Trying to find an easy spot for takeout, we stumbled upon The Wrap Shack. With solid reviews on Yelp, we trusted one reviewer who claimed this was better than burritos in East LA. Obviously skeptical to such a ludicrous statement, we chose to give it a try. To be fair, the ingredients seemed like they were decent, if not for the ridiculously careless service. We repeated our order numerous times to the clearly either high, drunk, incredibly unintelligent, or some combination of the above server, and we even wrote it down for her and clarified it because she was confused by the menu... she ended up making part of our order and then stalled the rest to chat with a group of 15 or so obnoxious kids who came in well after us, so by the time we paid for our six burritos most of them were lukewarm and soggy. We chose to give two stars because the place itself was a nice vibe, prices are fair, and the ingredients seemed decent. This however is a generous rating as the service was laughable and the burritos were not good. Again whoever claimed this was better than East LA is insane - this felt more like chipotle if the employees were all intoxicated and didn't know the menu and the food was mediocre read more

Out of a lot of ingredients/ Parking a Pain My wife and I had the Peanut Gallery- grilled chicken with peanut sauce. She had the wrap which was fairly sized - however the bowl was decidedly smaller. Both cost the same - $9.75. While the food tasted good - they were out of one in a lot of ingredients. Our order and most of the people placing their order after us had to have something substituted because a key ingredient was out. It was 6pm- so your success might be better at lunch. Other reasons we won't be back: the parking is terrible- the restaurant is in a complex that has a VERY small tight parking lot that -in winter- is a place to avoid. It appears that overnight parking prevents the lot from being plowed - thick ice and deep ruts makes this lot treacherous- and we have only had a light dusting of snow a week ago. read more

This place just opened a few weeks ago under new ownership. Alison and Shane were so nice and made great suggestions for our wraps. We tried a chicken, steak, pork and portobello wrap and they were all so good! Super fresh with great flavor. My kids loved the sprite slushy and they have ice cream there now too! Highly recommend! If I could, I'll give it negative stars. So disappointed!!! Used to love this place. Got 3 wraps and a salad and all 4 orders we're wrong. Not just TOTALLY wrong but inedible bad. We literally threw $50 of food out. On top of that, the wraps were sloppy falling apart. The foil outside the wrap had Misc juices and Auvergne from other orders on them. My wrap had peanut sauce on the outer shell (the wrap I ordered did not have peanut sauce in it). GROSS!!! The salad was swimming in water/juice. Leaked everywhere in the bag and in my car. Too bad!!! This place was the best/only fast food ish in Big Sky. This place has gone down hill in a significant way! read more

This is the second day in a row our family of 6 has eaten @ the Wrap Shack. We returned for day two as Food quality and prep was awesome. Day 2 8/15/2018 we arrived around 5:00pm to find 2/3 of the staff altered to the point that my 11 & 12 year old found it comical and sad that they had to repeat food orders to a 20 something 5 times, and the had watch as Prices were rung incorrectly and the cashier sat their trying to scratch the price off styrofoam to change the guac price until I had to tell him to stop. So blame is properly placed the African American woman did a great job trying to ignore the nonsense and do her job. Thank you! If I were an owner of The Wrap Shack I want to know that my employees are altered in some way and not putting your interest at heart. Great Food...High Staff! read more

Once a great spot for locals, the restaurant has fallen to an all time low. Trash food, trash attitude from employees. Heaven forbid if you are a tourist or anything other than a core local, you will be looked down upon and perhaps not served at all. read more

This place is great. The wraps are too wet for my taste (and too hard to eat as a result), but I often ask them to drain the liquids in the meat / salsa's a bit before putting it on the tortilla and that fixes it and they oblige. They do roll 'em fat. read more

We're so sorry to say that after having supported this place through that past several owners, the current owner should probably get help. She seems to suffer from mental illness in a profound way. The last time we were there we were treated to complete and utter confusion over her own menu, a dazzling array of cursing that could've made a sailor blush and what appeared to be a mental health crisis which had her shouting one moment and sobbing the next. We hope she gets help and feels well. Very sad what's happened to her and to this place under her current state. It was a gem once upon a time. read more

We wanted something light, as in not deep fried, and the Wrap Shack did not disappoint. They had an assortment of approximately a dozen wraps you could chose from, or you could choose your own ingredients. There were three in our party, and advertised the wraps came out fast, fresh and fat. I had the Peanut Gallery wrap, a fusion of grilled chicken and Thai ingredients including a spicy peanut sauce. It was quite tasty. We also ordered a side of chips and salsa and that was also an excellent choice. The chips were warm and the salsa was legit. Finally, they had a wide selection of drinks including Coke products which always increases the chance of a positive review. In conclusion, visit this place because it is hella good and reasonably priced. read more

Went in for two wraps with my boyfriend last night, and my god, that woman serving us was DRUNK. Like, took ten minutes and three order changes to even start on our wraps drunk. She told us she was out of things and then said she wasn't out of them. She misheard us probably 20 times and kept arguing with us about our order. This was the most blatantly intoxicated person I have ever come across serving me. She deserves to lose her job if she's going to sip on that (strong) margarita they have, while on the clock. The food itself was fine, but definitely not worth the experience. Not sure if she is the manager or not, but either way it was extremely unprofessional. read more

The Wrap Shack is a no-frills burrito/wrap shop in the Big Sky Mountain Village. After 5pm on weekends wraps are cheap and they usually have a good selection of baked goods to go with the wrap. The food itself is awesome. They'll make a wrap to order for you, or you can try one of the awesome and creative menu items. Everything is made fresh and as their motto says, they roll em fat. This is my first time leaving a review for a restaurant. I have been a long time lover of the wrap shack. That being said the last three times I have eaten there I have been incredibly disappointed. This last trip will be my last. I called in with two orders. Upon arriving both orders were incorrect. Not wanting to be a hassle I requested that only one of the orders be remade due to an allergy. The woman working their proceeded to make the order wrong once again. I have worked in this industry, i understand being under-pressure in a busy restaurant. This was not a busy or stressful time. I was the only person there. No line, only two orders to focus on. The only reason I am giving two stars is because the food wasn't poisonous. Sadly, I will be looking for a new regular place to eat and recommending that others do the same. RIP the Wrap Shack. read more

It was just OK for us. The "overstuffed" burritos were overstuffed with rice and beans, and a bit skimpy on the chicken. Salsas tended to be flavorful but a bit overspicy, even when the person in question didn't ask for extra spicy. Drug references abound, so careful about taking the kids. read more

Simple and quick. Huge portions that none of my group could finish. Two of us could barely make it half way through our wraps. The Thai Peanut is a pinch spicy but tasty , though it doesn't hold up for next day. On the other hand the Clubber was absolutely delicious the day of and the next day. Great casual eatery! Basically an assembly-style burrito joint with both Mexican and Hawaiian influence. Funky decor with bright colors and a nice little patio. I had the taco special and was very pleased with the freshness of ingredients. Although I didn't try all of them, their homemade salsas looked killer. The place was empty because it was the weekend right before the summer season ends, so we didn't have to wait and we could just walk in and order.
