Best prices in big sky, and great quality mexican food at that. Love their quesabirria tacos & carnitas tacos, and their beans are delicious as well. I would guess that they go through a lot more of their red salsa, since that one consistently seems fresher, but as a salsa verde fan I've gotten a few pretty congealed ones... I keep ordering extras of those forgetting that aspect! The taste is there but I'm sure it'd be more enjoyable if made more often. Aside from that single drawback, their food is overall super good and the staff there are always pleasant and kind! Service is timely and they hand you buzzers so you can wander, sit on their benches or wait in your car while your food is being prepared, instead of waiting unnecessarily out in the cold to hear your name etc. read more

Was skeptical of getting tacos in Montana but it was surprisingly really good! It was also pretty cool to see a bus converted to a taco truck. Their $12 for 6 tacos deal is probably the cheapest meal for 2 you can get at Big Sky. I had the asada and pastor and both were well seasoned and tasted like California tacos. It may be a little hard to spot this bus but its right near Ace Hardware store. They take card! read more

Great food and generous portion for what you're paying for! There's only a couple people in the bus and a good number of orders (Always a good sign!!) so expect at least a 15-20 min wait for your food. Burritos were yummy but I really loved the ceviche. This place's tacos and tamales are fantastic. Really scratched the itch on wanting some solid Mexican food. Their Al Pastor tacos are spicy, sweet, and savory. The Carnitas are also solid too. Tamales are nice & corny, and the beef inside is seasoned well and they're smothered in a delicious sauce. I wished they had some tripe tacos, but definitely not expected in a place like Big Sky, MT. The best restauranteurs in Big Sky and they do it all in a kitchen in the back half of a converted bus! My wife and I are big chili relleno fans and Mi Pueblito gets it right. If you have never tried a chili relleno, get a couple here and share. The beef tacos are simple, tortilla, beef, minced onion and cilantro. Douse it with the hot sauce and voila, a great meal.
