These guys are clean, polite and hardworking. And so smart! My problem was with some illegal wiring in an Arizona room and when they looked at it they knew exactly why to do. They had to make some cuts in the drywall but when they finished the wiring they put all the drywall pieces back so it is ready for the drywall finishers. The guy who came out was very sweet and personable. He came out for 10 minutes to tell me he couldn't do anything but did try to help even though he wasn't a plumber (with my garbage disposal). Sadly another plumber told me I needed an electrician so I didn't notice the price for a service call for this company . (Assuming it would have been reduced from the work to fix the issue) Coming for 10 minutes for 100 dollars to say I can't do anything was rough for me and my wallet haha. No fault to them!! He is my story dealing with "The Wire Guy Electric Co." Our home is 23 years old. Recently had an electrical lighting issue with my garage and one room. The lights dimmed and flickered. I checked for a list of reputable electricians in my area. I contacted the wire guy for a same day service call. Fortunately they were able to send out and electrician within a few hours. I was a little concerned something could be cause more repairs than lighting issues. When the electrician arrived he was not only a well groomed gentleman he listened to my concerns and went right work. He noticed some possible problems in the ses panel and offered recommendations for repairs and cost. Cody and his assistant arrived in the scheduled time frame and I received a confirmation text letting me know they were on their way. I had a row of three can lights added to my living room area and a power outlet added behind my wall mounted TV. Called The Wire Guy Electric to replace the circuit breaker for our hot tub. It had been tripping when the tub's jets were activated. Cody and Sam arrived 5 minutes early and got right to work. They replaced the breaker, but it kept tripping when the tub's jets were again turned on. They did a little diagnosing and said they thought the tub's jet's motor had a short. Unfortunately, that was out of their scope of work. So, another call for me to the hot tub repairman, but now we know it was not the 15-year-old breaker.
