I cannot recommend Jose and the team at "The Window Washer" highly enough! They recently completed a major job at my home, including interior and exterior window cleaning, screen washing and repair, track cleaning, and detail-oriented cleaning of our shower glass and fireplace enclosures. Jose's work was nothing short of meticulous. His team was incredibly professional, efficient, and paid attention to the smallest details--our windows and shower glass are so sparkling clean they almost look invisible, and the tracks are completely spotless. To top it all off, the pricing was extremely reasonable for the sheer volume and high quality of the work completed. I am a very happy customer and was so impressed that I have already booked my appointment for next year. If you want the job done right by someone who truly cares about quality, look no further! read more

,Jim was able to accommodate us on relatively short notice. Jose & Patricia came early and did a great job on all the windows and sliding doors in our 2-story house. Great attention to detail. They worked around our constraints and finished the job to our satisfaction. Highly recommended. read more

All I can say is WOW! This team was so meticulous. Our windows (2 story) haven't been really cleaned in about 20 years. They were with a screw driver getting the "grime" out of all the sliding windows and doors. Now they slide as smooth as silk. They're reasonably priced too! I would DEFINITELY recommend this company. read more

We've hired the window washer for gutter cleaning for over 10 years and have always been very happy with their service. First time I've written a review - about time! They are reliable and also give us additional information about our roof & gutters, so it's like getting a roof inspection included with the gutter cleaning. I very highly recommend them. read more

Jim, the owner, was extremely helpful over the phone in explaining their cleaning methods and pricing, and their website is excellent, as well. His over-the-phone estimate was exactly what I was charged (plus tip, of course!). Jose and his partner showed up promptly, fully masked, and immediately got to work. They were extremely professional, thorough, and SUPER careful throughout the entire 3-4 hour window-cleaning project. To be honest, I hesitated writing this and creating competition for their availability, but they went above and beyond, and are JUST THAT GOOD! read more

Wonderful service from Jose. We had the company to come out to clean our gutter as well as our solar panels. Our panels are now shiny and clean. Jim was the one who scheduled the appointment for us. He was friendly and extremely helpful. We are very pleased with their service. read more

This is the best service I've ever had. The windows were really a mess and they looked great when the job was finished. All the screens were really cleaned, not just hosed off! The tracks were vacuumed and cleaned like never before. They were actually early arriving and got right to work Good price for a big job. Will definitely use them again read more

OUTSTANDING JOB!!! I allowed yelper's to help me find a window washing company that can handle my two story home In Fremont ..... well... they did me right. THE WINDOW WASHER company was great to deal with and did phenomenal job. Jim D sent two of his guys over and while one was handling the inside the other was tackling the outside. In less than two hours they had the 14 window two story home done. No mess, no fuss just sparkling windows and sceens. Thank you Yelper's and thank you "The Window Washer" guys. Highly recommend. read more

The Window Washer - Shinny windows.... - Window Washing Near Me - San Jose, California

We have lived in our house for 6 years and since we're home all day now, decided we should have our windows washed. Based on previous reviews we reached out to The Window Washer. They were very responsive, and had a quote and an appointment set for the next day. When they came, they rang the doorbell, then gave like 15 feet of space so we could talk and was wearing a mask. The men both did an awesome job, and both get extra kudos for interacting with our kids who were fascinated watching the guys clean the windows and screens (even on a ladder doing the second story). The windows look incredible: they are so clean we can now see in detail how dirty the rest of the outside of the house is. Can't say enough positive things, highly recommend them as another business that has Covid service figured out. read more

We hadn't ever had our windows or any aspect regarding the windows cleaned since we moved in five years ago. It was long overdo and cobweb city over here. The owner was really flexible in trying to get his team to our house as soon as possible which I appreciated but due to my vacations and work schedule we had to stick to a farther out date like I'd anticipated. But I appreciated him trying to fit me in sooner. The two guy team was right on time and worked really quickly. One managed the inside and the other the outside. We had the whole shebang cleaned: window glass, screens, and the frame area. Everything looks 1,000 times better and I'm not embarassed to have people over for the upcoming holidays now. The only little thing issue was the work areas weren't totally cleaned up after they left. There were some stray dirty water stains on some of my wooden shades around my windows, and my sink in the laundry room was full of dirty soap water. Just little things I had to tend to after. However I still would use this company again because I thought the outcome was great and the price was fair. I was impressed at some of the windows I didn't think they'd be able to reach and they did have to deal with very dirty windows so I appreciated everything despite a not totally clean house at the end. read more

I requested a call back twice on different days. I never got a response at all! Save yourself some time and find another service company.

Excellent service. I live in Eichler home- lots of windows & glass panes to maintain. Jose & Andreas arrived right at the scheduled time, & got to work. They cleaned the tracks of all sliding doors, & washed the windows. I'm really happy with work & would recommend & use their service again. Scheduling an appointment was easy. Thanks Jim read more

I'm embarrassed to share that in the four years we've lived at our house, we've never washed all of the windows, cleaned out the gutters, or washed the solar panels. Our neglect is unfortunate for the guys at The Window Washer but very fortunate for us to find their service. They did a ** fantastic** job. Jim got in touch quickly after contacting them through Yelp, and we were able to arrange a time even with relatively short notice. Jose and his crew arrived on time, jumped right in, and a couple of hours later, our windows looked brand new. We have sliding glass doors that collect cat hair, but they're spotless now. The shiny solar panels are producing more (lesson learned), and the gutters are ready for the winter rain. If you've been looking for someone to take care of your windows, solar panels, or gutters - these guys are your one-stop service. Excellent service, quick response, and very affordable - you won't be sorry. Thank you, Jim, Jose, and your entire crew for making our house sparkle! read more

Sparkling clean! They even do the tracks. I appreciated the returning customer discount too.

This is a repeat review for this business. We had our windows and solar panels cleaned a few days ago (it was long overdue and they were quite dirty, since our last cleaning was 3 years ago, I got busy and could not schedule earlier). This is a A+ business. The entire process is smooth from the time you call to set up the appt to when Jose and Andres come in to clean the windows and screens. Jose/Andres came in with full PPE, mask, gloves, booties etc, and did a phenomenal job. Highly recommended ! read more

Super good guys--very responsive was Jim and then met José and he was great. Arrived right on time, actually just a tad early which was perfect. Wore booties and masks. Did their work efficiently and effectively--as advertised and commented upon by so many on YELP. We had a very good experience and will call The Window Washer in the future, that is for sure! read more

It was a little difficult to get onto their schedule, but I wasn't in a hurry, so I didn't mind the wait. They called when they had a cancellation and were able to clean my windows earlier than expected. Jose + 2 guys cleaned the inside/outside of windows, the tracks, and the screens. They were professional, fast, and even wore booties over their shoes. I will use them again for my spring cleaning next year, they did a great job! I included a pic of one of my sliders, can you tell if it is open or closed? :) We are waiting for 1 of the dogs to walk into the slider, it's so clean it looks open. read more

The Window Washer crew did an outstanding job!!! Great service! It was easy to book, they called the day before to confirm, and showed up on time. They were done in about 90 minutes. Very reasonable too! Two story townhouse was $160. read more

After reading all the great reviews, I felt compelled to call them. They were just as friendly as everyone else said and very unobtrusive. They both wore masks and were quite efficient. We live out in the country with solar panels and lots of windows. The gutters were full of debris. They took care of all of those things. We will definitely use them again and I highly recommend them to anyone. Very reasonable pricing. Thank you, Jose and Andres! read more

Professional, on time, excellent results. Had them wash exterior windows, screens, troughs and 33 solar panels. They use a different process for the solar panels resulting in dust not adhering to them as much. read more

Wow! Called yesterday and they came out today! Our solar panels and upstairs windows are sparkling! Given we did this during Covid-19 Jose wore a mask gloves and booties to get screens off the upstairs windows. And can't wait to see what happens to our solar production today!! Well worth it and will look forward to giving them a call again in the fall for gutters and next spring for all the windows and solar panels! read more

Great service by Jose and his peer- arrived on time, washed our windows and screens and cleaned out the leaves and small twigs that were stuck in our slider rails so that now when we close the sliding door it doesn't squeak!!! Easy to make an appointment but you have to be patient- these yelp reviews have kept The Window Washer busy, I had to wait 3 weeks to get my window was cleaned. Worth the test in patience t have clear clean windows before the rain comes! Very reasonable too- 1500 sq foot home, single story home was $160. read more

Jim was quick in getting back to me. His crew squeezed me in and did job in less than two hours

The two men who came to clean my two and a half story house were fabulous. They called and asked if they could come about two hours earlier than expected, which worked perfectly for my schedule, and they finished the whole house (windows, screens and the sliding door tracks) in a little over one hour. They both wore masks and were very professional. My windows are now shiny clean and clear, and I am extremely happy with the service! read more

Seeing the great reviews, I decided to give The Window Washer a try. They showed up on time. And did a great job on our two story home. One small detail didn't turn out as expected. And they came to fix it right away. This is the hallmark of great companies: taking care of issues when they arise. Thank you! read more

5 stars is earned for me when I really become a repeat customer, and never look back! We have been using these guys for years, and they are awesome! Always arrive on schedule (today was early, so I let them start), keep respect to your house and wear booties, protect the ladders with booties. They really spend time making sure the windows are cleaned inside and out, clean the outside screens, and runners. They are great to have in the neighborhood! read more

My real estate agent setup a window cleaning with this company in preparation for selling my rental property. While the quality of the window cleaning was good, my overall experience with the company was poor. Basically, we received an estimate of $170-190 for window cleaning of my 3 bedroom/2 bath home. After the service was completed, I was informed that the amount I owed was $250, so $60-80 more than the estimate. It's not so much the money that disappointed me, but the overall handling of me as the customer. I was not notified beforehand that there would be an increase in price and was only told after the work was completed. Why? I spoke to my real estate agent and Jim, and they both said that there was an overspray of paint on the windows which required additional time and effort to complete. Jim made an executive decision to complete the additional work. Jim told me that he tried calling my agent when they discovered that there was more work to be done but my agent was not reachable by phone. Ok, that's fair, however, as the customer it still does not feel right that I received a bill higher than the estimate without prior notice. I asked Jim if he would be willing to split the difference (meaning, I pay half the difference and he pays half the difference) but he was not willing. To me, this is just bad business. If things don't go right, I think the company should make things right. At least that's how I was taught people should run a business if they want return customers. Jim explained that his estimate is usually accurate and this was an exception to his estimates. Okay, if that is the case, then why would you not cover part of the incorrect estimate? Based on principle, the transaction just didn't seem right. As a reader of this post, you can make your own judgment. In summary, the work was quality (windows were cleaned), but I paid more than expected and was not happy with the customer service. read more

I called The Window Washer Company based on Yelp's reviews and scheduled the job over the phone with Jim, his prices are reasonable and everything worked out great. Phil cleaned all of our windows and did an amazing job, breezing through the job making it look so simple. His name should be Mr Magic because everything looks so clean and spotless. He came on time at 8:00AM, started working and cleaned all of our windows, skylights, sliding glass doors, mirrors and shower doors. He wore shoe covers inside the house without me asking which is a huge plus since I have rosewood, granite and carpet floors. Furthermore, I am very meticulous and like the fact that he was very careful with his cleaning equipment. We are very happy with his work and will sure call him back again! read more

Besides the top rate window washing service provided by The Window Washer, I want to call out their customer service. Some time ago, Phil had mentioned that we should contact Milgard to have one of our windows replaced. On his last visit, he not only mentioned it again - he walked me through the whole process of what to expect, wrote down their number for me, and basically made it a no-brainer for me to get the ball rolling. Well, Milgard's been out to replace our large bedroom window now - for free - and we finally have our beautiful view of the foothills back! I had no idea that we could have a free replacement, or that it would be so relatively easy to get it done. Phil went out of his way to provide me with that information. That's the kind of customer service I'm talking about - part professional consulting, part coaching and part counselor. Not standard protocol, or some customer service checklist. Just a couple of good people making the world a brighter place, one window at a time. read more

The Window Washer did a nice job on some very dirty windows and skylights. They were hard, quiet workers.

Just had our windows cleaned today. They did a fabulous job! They take care to do a quality job, cleaning inside and out and even cleaned the window frames! They have a special device to clean the screens as well. They carefully took off all the screens and ran them through this cleaner that really cleans them well. I cannot rave more about the quality of their work. Also, arrived a few minutes early, waited to ring my door bell exactly at the time they said they would be here. And to top it off...they were very kind and polite with masks, etc... read more

We were referred to The Window Washer by a good friend whose recommendations we trust. I scheduled my window washing for February 20th and I can't say enough good things about this company and it's owner, Jim, and his business partner, Phil. Phil came out from Manteca and did an amazing job! I can't remember the last time my windows had been washed (color me 'embarrassed'!), so it took Phil a little longer on my windows. Probably the best thing is that track cleaning is included in the price! Phil did the insides, outsides, tracks, and screens of my windows and sliding doors and they came out crystal clear! If you count your time as valuable, this is the best deal going! Jim and Phil are both professional and friendly. I plan to have my windows done again in late summer. Oh, a bonus: Phil will rescreen any of your screens that have holes or become too brittle after years in the elements. He can also replace bent screen frames. This service is extra and is done off-site. I plan to have it done on the next visit. Thanks Jim and Phil!! read more

Phil had our house's windows cleaned today. Boy, I couldn't be any happier with his service. Our windows are now sparkling clean and we were so impressed with Phil's thoroughness. The price was great too and he had the whole job done within 3 hours. I'm going to tell my neighbors about him soon. read more

Oh. My. Gosh. They are great! Our windows were disgusting and Jose and his crew came out and made them beautiful so quickly. Tracks, screens and inside and outside of windows clean as can be. They even cleaned off the little ledges we have in the outside of our windows. We had them check our gutters too but they weren't too bad so he just blew out the few leaves and didn't charge us. They also power wash so we will use them for that BEFORE we have our windows washed next time. Jim's initial quote was spot on so no surprises. We will use The Window Washer every time! read more

Phil showed up on time and ready to work. The appointment was for having the windows washed, the garage floor, driveway & walkway to be pressure washed. He started at 8:30 and finished much later than he expected. But, he never complained and he never tried to rush through any part of the job. The windows are cleaner than I've ever seen them - the frames are clean and the glass is spotless. He spent most of his time on the pressure washing. I told him I was planning to paint the garage floor with the 2-part epoxy. About 20 min before he started, I prep'ed the floor with a degreaser and spot treated some of the worse spots, but didn't really try to pre-clean the floor. He took his time and thoroughly cleaned the garage floor. And, it took a lot of work to get it done. Phil never tried to rush through the process On the front driveway / walkway, there was 20 years worth mold and organic material embedded in the concrete. It was remarkable the before and after where he pressure washed. And, like the garage, it took a lot longer than he expected. But, he never rushed trough it. I will be using The Window Washer annually from now on. The most remarkable this is that the price was "flat rate". Even though the job took about twice as long as they expected, the price stayed at the quoted rate. Based on the quality of the work and the length of time Phil spent, I was expecting a much bigger bill. Highly recommended read more

I've been using Jim and his team since 2003. Last time they came out was 2015, so my windows and screens were really dirty! I called on Monday, Jim's voicemail said they were booked 6 weeks out, but I didn't care and left a message anyways. He called me back later that day saying he had a cancellation for the upcoming Wednesday...SCORE! He sent Jose and another guy. They arrived at 7:30am and were done and gone by 9:30am. I have a 2 story house with A LOT of windows. As always, they did a fabulous job. Highly recommend them. read more

As Far As Getting a negative review from Kim D Has Only Been The First In Two Years But We Did Not Clean Her Windows. Me and my co worker Jose, had not even started the job before she called Jim and said she was uncomfortable with me. Jim and Jose told her that she could send us away with no hard feelings. ( Kim D stated in her review that i was low experienced). How? If i did not clean her windows! I have Two years experience and have received numerous compliments over the last two years. Kim D has no knowledge of my abilities nor did she even allow us to start.. I have a guarantee on our work. If we miss something, we fix asap when we finish up. Jim did not chew out Jose, but did tell him that if HE felt UNCOMFORTABLE with Kim D, that he could excuse himself and decline not to do her job. Jose felt uncomfortable, so he left. As far as talking loud, jim has an ear infection. Kim D was not happy with Jose & Me when we got there. We don't elect to do jobs for someone who doesn't like us as well as disrespecting before we even start. Sorry that Kim D didn't give us as the employees a bit of respect and trust our workmanship. Our other customers have nothing but praise for me and jose. read more

I just had the most wonderful experience with a window washing service. It began with calls to several companies and ended up using "Jim - The Window Washer". After talking with Jim for a few minutes and receiving a very reasonable price, I decided then and there that this was the company I was going to use. We scheduled for later in the month (he's very busy) but I got a call yesterday that he had an opening for this morning. My window washer showed up in front of my house about 20 minutes early and a exactly 8:00 a.m. he rang the doorbell. Approximately 3 hours later he had washed every window in my house (including the tracks and screens) ... inside and out ... he did all the mirrored closet doors (4) and the bathroom mirrors. When José was finished, we did a walk-through to make sure everything was perfect ... it was. I wish I could give him 10 stars. read more
