We've used Peter and his crew for years and have always been happy - until last year's cleaning. They had a new guy or two and there was some question on the price for the job, they dragged dirty screens thru the home (instead of cleaning outside as they have in the past) and their newer guy scratched one of our windows with his squeegee (we assumed - what else has metal on it?) We also had to point out a few windows that had water drips on them for redo. Shortly after job, I called them to let them know what happened during the cleaning - not to want anything, but to let them know for future. Fast forward one year - I called to schedule our cleaning and they indicated that they were surprised that I called them - seeing that I was so unhappy the last time - which I disputed and said I simply wanted them to know what had happened. After some back and forth, I indicated that I still wanted them to clean windows saying let's move on - and they agreed, and we scheduled appt. To my surprise, later that day, I received an email stating that they didn't feel we were a good fit and essentially, they fired me! I wrote an email to Peter outlining what happened and stating I was so disappointed by their lack of professionalism and received no response back. Bottom line, they can do business with whoever they want - but when you fire a long-standing client for complaining about legitimate matters (even after you stated yourself that the guy we complained about was fired for bad work) it's just bad business. My advice - they've always performed well - but I'd recommend not to complain as you could be fired too! read more

Such a great first time experience with this company! Highly recommend using Sparkling Clean! A team of three came out (on-time) and quickly got to work. They were very professional and friendly too. We have a two-story house and have lots of windows -- they did a great job cleaning all of the windows (inside and out). They also put up our Christmas lights around the the first and second stories of the house and our gazebo in the backyard. We provided the lights, extension cords and timers for the lights -- they brought clips to attach the lights to the gutters. So happy with the work they did and it looks beautiful! read more

Hired Sparkling Clean Window Cleaning for window cleaning + gutter cleaning + solar panel cleaning. Windows were mostly clean. Gutters continue to be clogged and now have a new leak. Missed an entire array of solar panels. Upon follow up, Peter blamed the design of gutters (not even willing to listen that the leak they caused is entirely different problem). Acknowledged that they missed nearly half of the solar panels but won't fix the issue saying that they didn't bill me for those. They never provided an itemized bill so I have no idea what they billed me for. Overall I wouldn't recommend them. If you do hire Peter and team I would stay on top of each task and ask them to verify once each task is done before making the payment. Will be hard to get them to fix anything after the fact. read more

I am pleasantly greeted by Peter, who introduces himself and presents me his business card. My first impression, wow, this guy really has it together, impressive. After showing him around our home for a min or two, his team immediately gets to work. The whole team worked flawlessly together, and were very kind, professional, thorough, detail oriented, and very safety conscious. Really appreciated Peter and Georges diligence in making sure my precious little ones were safe, thank you!! Peter's interactions with my kids were very sincere and well received. We have a two year old boy and 4 year old girl. While Peter and crew were hard at work, my daughter starts telling me about how she wants to be a window washer, like Peter, when she grows up. Appointment was for 9:00, said that their work time started at 8:40, when their truck arrived. Washing the windows started closer to 8:55. Windows looked clean but some tracks were dirty. One guy quit cleaning at 11:25. They were packed up and gone by 11:45. One window left unlocked and garbage cans left in driveway.
