There are a lot of tables and there was a big screen up to watch basketball when I visited! I haven't sat inside, but it looks nice as well and much quieter / at least when I visited. Service: 4/5 Had no issues, just ordered at the counter and voi la! Friendly person took our order & the only complaint is there were no cups outside for water - think it's just busy and this happens! Food & Beer 4/5: I had the magic carpet sour and it was very good, although I will say it isn't as sour as a typical sour would be. Nice drink overall and I think someone who isn't a sour fan may still enjoy it - it gives more cider honestly. My friend and I split the veggie quesadillas and the chips and salsa. The veggie quesadilla was good, the mushrooms they put in it were fab - I wouldn't say it's exceptional for the price but it was good. The chips and salsa were also good, but the salsa was a much thicker green and cilantro based something - I wouldn't exactly call it salsa, but it was good, just a bit misleading. I think they should add a descriptor on the menu, salsa usually means red unless otherwise noted imop.

Limited lot parking and mainly have to find street parking. THE BLACK AND WHITE: I came here with the wife in the early morning for a meetup. Parking is very limited and we had to park far down the street. I was hungry and needed my caffeine fix. The tacos did take a while to come out and it was because they forgot my order. I ordered a bacon egg cheese bfast taco, chorizo egg cheese bfast taco and a coffee. Each taco was around $6-$7 which is kind of insane that tacos have gotten that expensive. They were just alright and only flour tortillas. Coffee was given in a nice mug. THE FINAL BAMBOO: Spent around $15 for two breakfast tacos and a coffee. Bfast tacos were alright and I think ill stick to the beers next time.

Upon passing through the velvet curtains that opened up into a dark mysterious room that has several paintings and various decor and I really enjoyed the candles at the end of the bar that were extremely tall and had the lovely melting wax all over. This evening they had a dance lesson and the gentleman came over and spoke with us afterwards, so there were several people dancing to music when we arrived. At the bar ended up ordering El Desierto, calenda mezcal, hibiscus liqueur, guava, lime juice. No, I'm normally not a Mezcal type of lady however, this drink yeah absolutely phenomenal. I'm not sure what the rim was coded with. It was kind of salty kind of sweet. It really complimented the drink very well. The drink itself, however you couldn't even taste the Mezcal such a wonderful blend now they do serve tacos from Veracruz restaurant next-door. However we didn't have anything as we had just had dinner somewhere else. The restrooms were also very clean and tidy I enjoy the unique faucet handle that was a gear and turned versus having the normal handles. Just go look at it if you ever go. I would totally go back as they have the dance kind of short lessons on Wednesdays and they do a little dance social afterwards to brush up on a few dance steps, but also to try a few other things that are on their menu

You can already tell this place has got character and kitsch to spare. The interior design has an old 70s biker bar with pool tables galore. When you go outside, there are so many artifacts of old on display making the ambience much more immersive. As for the food, I got the chicago dog and onion petals and my friends got various other dishes that we all shard. Perfect bar food. It's bar food so you just gotta expect bar food. But it was all still really good. The fries and petals were seasoned really well and I also got an espresso martini which was heavenly. I wish it had the bean though. The hot dog really got me correct.

The drink was good, but the tab felt high. I had watched two bartenders pour a strict 1 oz of Mezcal Union, so I asked the bartender today how much the drink cost. She told me $13. When I noted that felt a bit steep for a 1 oz pour, she shut down and said she didn't set the prices. Later, I was chatting with my boyfriend about how neither Busty's nor Frazier's list drink prices on their menus. The customer sitting next to me jumped into my conversation and said she was just saying the same. I mentioned the Mezquito was $13 for a 1 oz pour. The bartender overheard, looked annoyed, and snapped, "It's actually 1.5 oz." I am unsure why she did not say this earlier when I had first asked. I later tried to smooth things over, suggesting that maybe a newer bartender had just under-poured last week by mistake, adding that 1.5 oz was completely reasonable for the price. Instead of de-escalating, she told me I was cut off because she "didn't appreciate" me talking about the prices to other guests. I am writing this review right after leaving and I think it's clear that I'm not drunk. I have never seen a guest treated so poorly--let alone a regular--simply for discussing menu prices. It's an incredibly poor way to handle a situation. Regulars are the lifeblood of neighborhood bars, but the brunette bartender with the wavy hair just ensured Busty's lost two of theirs.

Unfortunately, we've nearly stopped coming altogether because of how consistently rude the barista staff has been. We've visited this location around 20 times, mostly for the food, and I genuinely can't recall having a positive experience with the staff behind the coffee counter. Today was a reminder of why we stopped coming in. I ordered a latte, and when I walked up to the counter, there was no greeting or even a basic "How can I help you?" Instead, I was met with, "What do you want?" There was no one ahead of me, and after I waited nearby for my drink, the person making it yelled "HERE YOU GO!" right near us in a sarcastic, snide tone. It's disappointing because there are things we really do like about this place, but the experience at the counter has made it hard to justify coming back -- especially when the coffee itself isn't good enough to make up for being treated rudely. At this point, we'll likely stick with Epoch down the street and head to Bistro Vonish when we want our vegan fix.
