Yay for cold martinis and cocktails! Curtis knows how to make them! Smaller cocktail menu in a fabulous environment! The soft tropic drink is my fav!! The coconut foam is so delicious and love how it pairs with the passion fruit and rum! The frozen dirty chai is a close second! Our friends love love love the manager martini! Great neighborhood bar!

Teddy's is a nice bar! I came here for a casual date and the ambiance inside is exactly that - it borders on low light/date vibes but also has features of a more casual spot. The drinks were pretty good, I had the moon tower cocktail which was a little sweet but still pretty strong and my date had a frozen cocktail which he also liked a lot. There is parking in the area (streets) that I do believe is mostly free; I ended up parking across the street at Este because I ate there first but there were lots of other cars parked around the place. You order at the bar; menus are on the table but you have to walk up/nobody serves you at the table. You also seat yourself. Bathrooms were quite clean too! Overall this place has a pretty good vibe; I have other go to spots around town I would choose first, but I liked Teddy's and if you live nearby/in east Austin it's a great option for a drink and chill :)

The inside is super cozy. It feels like you're in someone's living room having a nightcap--certainly a cute spot date night. The outdoor area is a completely different vibe. There's beach chairs and not much decor. Service was subpar. They have a pretty nice cocktail list. My friend and I ordered the cherrywood sour ($16) it was refreshing and not too bitter. There's parking in the back so no need to worry about that.

It's a cute cocktail bar with a good vibe. The drinks were a little bit pricey but good. I got the pop quiz which is their take on the old fashioned which I highly recommend and the dirty chai frozen which is also delicious. I don't believe there are servers as you order at bar. It seemed quite busy but I was still able to get the bartenders attention amid a large group in front of the bar. I would say it's very similar to kitty cohens in terms of cocktail quality and over all atmosphere. It's also dog friendly which is a plus since I love bringing my dog wherever I can.

Cute neighborhood bar! It gets pretty busy, I think they could use more outdoor seating spaces. The music inside is a bit loud, especially since the vibe gives 'conversational space.' Go ahead and leave your tab open when you visit! The martinis are that good + cold!

Teddy's is it for me, gang! From the signage to the seating and cocktails, I am all over this bar. The atmosphere is romance meets private club but without that stuffy upper-crust feeling. Inclusive for sure. It's so relaxing there I really didn't want to leave. It's nice to find a place that makes people feel that comfortable. The bartenders are really fantastic mixologists. Cocktail artists if you will. Prices are similar to that of other bars. The difference here is that you are really drinking works of art. I can't wait to get back!

We came here at the end of the night as a turn down spot after a housewarming. It was pretty quaint, kind of felt like old-school Austin vibe. Drinks are a little pricey, but I guess that's what you get for getting cocktails

Great vibes and great drinks! If I lived nearby, I would be a regular. Sat on the patio on a late evening and it was so enjoyable and relaxing.

A nice addition to the neighborhood although i'll miss thunderbird (rip). The vibe is dark and sophisticated and the drinks are interesting and tasty. I liked the staff, the coasters, and the set up and location. We went at 5pm on a Saturday and the place really was popping, almost every seat taken. It got pretty loud as it became more packed, and was hard to hear eachother in a booth. The place is clean and tidy, and I enjoyed the vibe here. I understand it's a specialty cocktail bar vibe, but $15-20 per cocktail is just a tad iffy for me in terms of value, which holds it back to 4 stars for me when you're spending $35 for 2 drinks (that are small to average size).

Wow! I just stumbled upon this local bar when trying to find a place to hang out after an event before driving north, and I am so glad I did. It's cozy with a variety of seating. Since I was alone, I sat at the bar. Megan was my bartender, and the woman is skilled. I started with the freezer door martini- dirty. It was so good and packed a punch. I loved that the glass was perfectly chilled. Little things make such a difference when it comes to serving a great cocktail. While happy hour was still going, I ordered a Manor Moontower. This drink was so good that I might have to plan more outings to this part of Austin just to have an excuse to go drink it. I wish I lived closer. I love velvet falernum, but hadn't had golden falernum before. I enjoyed the spice that it added to the drink, and I am a huge fan of mezcal. This really is a perfect summer drink, and Megan is a pro at making amazing cocktails. She was also very attentive. The bar doesn't serve any food, but she said I was welcome to bring in a snack. Always good to know.

At one point, I was coming here several days a week to watch games because I loved the vibes so much! I'm a big fan of their outdoor patio area, both in the shared Howdy's space and closer to The Long Goodbye side. The indoor bar is very intimate and would make for a lovely date night spot. They also have food options (there is a super popular taco truck in the outdoor area and they serve snacks at their indoor bar). I believe they do focaccia pizza slices on certain nights ans they are sooooo good! They also have a coffee truck for those who looking for cafinated options. The drinks here are fab! Ive tried all their spritzes, a few rotating frozens (if anyone who works here is reading this, please bring the banana colada), and couple of their world cup specific drinks. They have a decent happy hour. Rosé Gosé (note accents) is in an unassuming Airport Blvd location (right next to Jewboy Burgers, an Austin favorite). It is run by a couple from Belarus that came here right after Covid to open up a restaurant, with a sister in Minsk. Defying expectations, the menu is not Balkan at all. If anything, there is a strong Asian influence with poke bowls and a lot of seafood. But the menu also offers beef tartare on their raw bar menu, as well as a steak offering and grilled chicken. It's a diverse and adventurous menu, all the way from small plates to hefty mains and vegetable sides. For the dessert, try the pavlova, a meringue confection stuffed with coconut mousse and topped with lime sorbet and a grapefruit slice sidecar. Everything is superbly presented, and unquestionably fresh and healthy without veering into twigs and berries territory. The cocktail menu is also playful, with a lot of nontraditional glassware and slight spins on popular drinks; their version of a Paloma uses prosecco instead of a splash of soda. The servers are all dressed in rosé jumpsuits and very attentive. The space is amiable and elegant without being pretentious. The table spacing is a little close, so that conversations carry between guests. The table setting has some nice touches, like the little wooden bench that holds your fork and knife off the table. In European fashion, water can be asked for but it won't be served with ice. Plan on taking your time and enjoying course after course.

Rosé Gosé was a delightful Mother's Day lunch spot. It is a whole vibe, and it is uniquely French! When we walked in an artist was playing romantic music on his keyboard, which set the tone for the brunch. It is a small restaurant inside with a larger area of seating on the patio. Of course, our reservations were inside in the comforts of air conditioning. You immediately notice a wine wall hence the name Rosé Gosé. The restaurant has many windows which provide lots of natural light. The tables house miniature yellow roses and utensils sat in a small wooden block...very French. All the servers were dressed in mauve clothing that resemble scrubs from a hospital. If someone stepped out in a French beret, I would have fallen over. Our server, Sergey, immediately served us water and took our order. The restaurant was highlighted as a modern European bistro. The atmosphere was charming, elegant, and stylish making it ideal for a Mother's Day brunch. My hubby ordered a ribeye, eggs and French Fries. I ordered the avocado toast with salmon and egg whites. While I'm not a huge red meat eater, I tasted a piece of the hubs ribeye and it was nicely prepared. My avocado toast was yummy to the nth degree! Everything was perfect. The avocado was precisely cut and at the right level of softness. The salmon was chopped into tiny little squares and so enjoyable to eat. We could not be more pleased. With a name like Rosé Gosé you would expect their drinks to be superb. My hubby ordered a hibiscus tea, which was delightful. I ordered a mimosa that had high quality ingredients and was perfectly balanced...so smooth. We were also pleased with the drinks. This was the first time at Rosé Gosé, however, it definitely will not be the last.

Once we walked through Manny's, we were greeted right away and since we had a reservation, we were seated promptly. Quick heads up: cell phones aren't allowed inside -- they take your phone and give you a key to a locker where it's stored for the night. The idea is to keep everyone present and engaged with each other instead of their screens (they do make exceptions for emergencies or on-call situations, at the business's discretion). I actually love the reasoning behind it, even though I wished I had my phone to snap pictures of the inside! The space itself is dark and moody with major art deco Miami vibes, like something out of the 80s-90s. Think pink velvet draped everywhere, a life-size taxidermy leopard in the middle of the bar, and flamingo sculptures scattered throughout. It's gorgeous. She had the most miserable scowl on her face. My girlfriend and I were dressed very nicely (pants & jacket, and a dress), so I know this was not a outfit issue. I do not know what her issue was, but if you are tired and don't like staying up late, don't work in a bar. After saying that there was only standing room, I decided that I was not going to spend money in an establishment that speaks to people in such a disgusting way, so I proceeded to leave.
