Loads of appreciation for Iain, DJ, Jack, Zack, and Felipe for going above and beyond to make our experience truly outstanding. First and foremost, Iain deserves a special mention for the fantastic job he did in assisting us with finding the perfect front door for our home. His knowledge and expertise was evident, as he patiently guided us through the process, helping us choose a door that not only met our requirements but exceeded our expectations once put in. Iain's attention to detail, patience, and commitment to customer satisfaction made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. Upon returning to Home Depot to check out garage doors, DJ promptly stepped in to assist us. It was refreshing to see such seamless teamwork between Iain and DJ as they both initiated the process of getting our new garage door. DJ's willingness to go the extra mile and ensure our needs were met promptly through phone calls and assisting Iain showcased his dedication to providing top-notch customer service. His friendly demeanor and eagerness to help made our visit great. We went back the following day for our garage door and were greeted by Jack. His patience and helpfulness in finding the best garage door for our home were truly remarkable.     I share the same sentiments as the other review. I had a warranty claim on an appliance. The DMV…read moreAppliance "technician" walked in. Did not even look at the unit. Left and called the insurance company. He came back in and said the unit was not covered. I asked what he told them to have the claim denied. He would not tell me. I asked what his assessment was of the machine and what was wrong. He would not tell me that either. This place is a scam. Avoid at all costs. There are many other appliance repair places to go to and not have to deal with this horrible service and attitude.

    Terrible. DMV was assigned to evaluate our failed Lowes Whirlpool washing machine that we owned…read morefor less than two years. He properly evaluated there were major broken parts costing $500 to repair and left the house to file the warranty claim. Not only did we have the original two year warranty, but I spent an additional $130 for extending the warranty to five years. After he left our house, he reported that the failure was due to "overloading the washer" with no evidence, no indication, and no common sense. We are two grandparents living by ourselves with little laundry that we do quite often, so the loads are small. Whirlpool used to be a quality brand, and with a $600 washer with all of the sensors included to complete a proper wash, you would think the sensors would let you know if it truly was overloaded. Anyway, specifically because of the DMV technician's claim that the damage was our fault, the insurance will not reimburse us. I have filed a claim to the Better Business Bureau and will continue to fight this until it is fixed.
