This furniture is junk and they will not fix it even when it breaks. We bought are son and daughter in law new furniture as a wedding gift and in less than a year it's already falling apart. The salesman said if there is any issues they will fix it or replace it Belfast forward for three months I've been trying to get there furniture fix and they have declined it. If you need more details about this terrible company and there service please feel free to private message me. Update. After denying the 4th claim the manufacturer agreed to replace the furniture with anything in the store as long as it was the same price as the original furniture. Talked with NICK the store manager in Hagerstown and he said to come up any day that they had plenty of stock and he would get it replaced. Me and my son went to the store on a wed. Everything he chose they didn't have in the store or in stock so he went with his 4th choice that he could take home that night. He also purchased a king size mattress that he took home, but they didn't have the box spring in stock until Tuesday. NICK said he would deliver it free of charge on Wednesday because he was off on Tuesday. He said he would call me on Wednesday to give me a time when it would be delivered on Wednesday. Fast forward to Wednesday afternoon we called and he said he his guy was loading the truck and his guy would call when he was close. Fast forward to 530 we called back and he said he was busy but he said he would personally deliver it when he got off work at 8. We got a 730 from NICK saying he would have to bump it to Thursday morning. Guess what it's 345 no mattress they refuse to answer their phones Called corporate and filed a complaint. They said they were going to get in touch with him and they can't even get a hold of him. So two days at home waiting for box springs and corporate says they are sending it to emergency resolution department. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!

Today, I visited this location to purchase rocks and other items for our yard where we tore up bushes. A few days prior to this visit, my wife and I were greeted by Terry in the gardening section. He helped us load 40 bags of rock, helped us push it to the checkout counter and helped us load it onto our truck. His customer service was above and beyond. Cynthia helped us at checkout. She was friendly and even recommended a product for yellow jackets after I told her of a nest on my property. Both of these employees are exceptional and this location is lucky to have them! I returned about an hour later to get a few more things and CJ at the checkout was very friendly as well. This location is always great and I recommend this store for any home needs!
