Worst company I've dealt with in a long time! They sold me a lemon of a used refrigerator with a bogus 30 warranty. Needless to say, after many attempts they finally sent a repair man to check it out. Refilled with Free-on, lasted a week! Now they won't even return my calls or texts, very disappointed. Bought a rehab project in Hagerstown. Didn't want to spend a fortune so checked these folks out on their prices and selection. Got a matching a GE washer/dryer for 375.00. 30 day warranty! Also they sent tech out to my home to resolve small issue the very next day. Good people! I will be going back for any appliances I might need. read more

Each time assured its coming. But No show. I purchased a freezer, and spoke to a man who was helping me, we will call him G. He seemed very helpful, albeit some of the conversation he seemed to not remember some of the prior conversation. I just chalked it up to being busy and talking to multiple people. After deciding on his recommendation, I filled out the paperwork and filed for the financing, NOT being told there was a fee for applying. I was told if I didnt decide within an hour, and pay the fee, the deal was terminated. I paid the fee and we scheduled a delivery, and I paid the $50 fee. ( $40 for application as well) Upon delivery, which was really late, I was called as they showed up and told they would charge me extra if they had to remove the freezer door to get it into the apartment. I had already paid a delivery fee, so I was shocked at this. I was told if I didnt pay, they would leave it in the driveway. Luckily, the freezer fit with no issues and nobody charged me any extra. NONE of this was detailed prior to purchase, just like the fees for an application.Freezer went in and the delivery driver started taking pictures in my home, of what looked like the freezer being delivered, 2 days later I awoke to water on the floor. The freezer seals are bad and the unit leaks and freezes to the outside of the door, around the seals. I messaged "G" and he told me they would come look. Set up a time, and the repair man was late, ( again) but showed. Didnt speak English very well, but we were able to communicate, so it was NOT a concern. ( Had to put that before someone claims Im "racist") He removed the seal, and wiped it and re attached it, asked for a blower ( hair dryer) to melt the ice and heat the seal. Then said it was fixed, and left. Next morning, it was worse. the water was from one end of the kitchen to the other. I cleaned the water up, but I messaged "G" again and he said they would be out on Thursday, 4-6... at 7, was informed they were not coming and would replace it Friday with a new unit, between 4-6. Messaged Friday at 345 and asked if they were on time, Because I was a block from the house but had to grab food from the store fast, and if they were going to be late, No biggie, id still be there. I was assured they were on their way so I skipped dinner and the store and went home. Messaged and was assured once again, they were coming. At 7, Started messaging, because no show no call. Was told they were coming and not to worry. At 8 I was informed they were not coming and would be there Saturday 2-4, and said, i have plans with my family so it has to be that time window. Saturday comes, I message and ask, we are still set, Yes sir! At 3:15 I message and say, are you still coming? Yes sir the replacement unit is plugged in and we are just making sure its OK, and as soon as the drivers get back, we are on the way. No show at all. I messaged another employee, who's name and image is on the website, ( we will call her.. A) and she said she was going to look into it. Finally heard from G and he said it was too late... I started emailing and messaging the main store and commenting on their posts to get someones attention. ( I'm obviously annoyed at this point) Sunday I hear from yet another employee when i messaged the main page. He assured me he would take care of everything ... We will call him "El". El said he would take care of it and Monday Morning he would call me and they would work with me. I even offered to G and El that I would pay an additional $300 for a brand new one, Not a used one. My time was scheduled for 11-1 Monday. Of course, No call no show. Then G messages me and says he isn't at work, but wanted to know if I got everything taken care of. I told him no and at this point I wanted to just return it. The hassle wasn't worth it. He informed me It wasn't that easy and I couldn't. Their site clearly says I can and they honor a 30 day warranty. It hasn't been 2 weeks yet. I have not received a replacement, or anything. They are clearly trying to push out the warranty period so I am stuck with a bad unit. I was informed ... " Sir, you are not the only customer we have". I offered to pay for an upgrade. More $ for the shop, More commission for the sales rep, and no hassle for me as it would be NEW. Every morning there is water on the floor and ice on the outside of the seal. I put down a tray and towel to catch the water so it does not mess anything up. I still get the run around and when I speak to them through messenger ( They do not answer the phones, its even in the google reviews) I may be out $300 Bucks and if so, Then i plan to take my money out as time in blasting this business. Wish I could leave -stars. Thought I made a great deal on a washer/dryer/fridge set for a good price. Then it began...it was supposed to be delivered on a Tuesday, the email confirmation said Monday...so I called and called and eventually someone called me back and it was changed to Tuesday. Tuesday I took off from work waiting for them...well 4pm rolls around and nothing. No call, no email, no text, so I start calling..the first time someone picks up and I am promised a quick call back, next time I call the phone is off and the other 2 numbers I call no one answers....so luckily I live close by so I get in my car and drive there...guess what? My appliances are sitting outside waiting! I catch the manager and and ask him why no one in their company can answer their phone and he says, he just sent me and email...how wonderful! I ask him what happened since it's passed 4pm and no call? He said the delivery guy got stuck somewhere...that's cute..where is my phone call to tell me that? So now I'm waiting next to my applicants until this clown of a delivery guy shows up so he can follow me home. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE, WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IN A WHILE!!!! read more

Poor customer service. 1 star well earned. Bought a dehumidifier in August, had to ask for owner's manual, no warranty information, simple receipt with price paid. Unit blew an error code 6 months later and told it's out of warranty. Would exchange for a bigger unit for an additional $70. Stay clear!! read more

Bought a kitchen appliance bundle for new home we bought. When we finally moved in fridge did not work so they brought us a new one only for that one to not work 3 weeks later.
