When they called to discuss the problem, two problems actually. I knew they were basic but I didn't have the time for dealing with them. One issue was a new faucet was needed. They waited for me to run to Lowe's to purchase a new one and then drive to the property for them to install. We did several text messages which made dealing with them extremely easy since also dealing with virtual school and conference calls. I am extremely pleased with who I was dealing with and their level of professionalism. I would highly recommend based on that, their customer service and price. Thank you BST!

We had just purchased a house that had plumbing issues, some we were aware of before the sale,…read moreothers revealed themselves after the sale. Bakar and BST was recommended to us by a neighbor. Bakar showed up on time to estimate the work. Between the estimate and when the work began we found another plumbing issue. On the day of the work Bakar arrived when he said he would. All the work described in the original estimate was done in one day. He even fixed the other problems that were not part of the original estimate, even though that meant a very long day at our house. His charges were reasonable and we are pleased with the quality of his workmanship and his good customer relations. We know our house is old and will need more plumbing attention, and BST will be our first call!

I've used their service on two different occasions in the last six months because they are…read morewonderful. First trip was to replace an 'antique' garbage disposal. That went smoothly and works great. Their methodical and focused work ethic is just the kind of service I look for. Respectful and use care when coming in and out of the house. Second trip was to dump/fill the neutralizer and replace a bathroom faucet. Same story - they arrive on time, bring all needed materials and work expertly to get the job done. On both visits they were happy to answer questions to help me understand what was being done. This is my go-to service for all things plumbing. Have used them for years and will continue to do so because they are reliable, honest and fair.

Zero rating. Do not contact this company. I wanted to have a private conversation with the owner…read morewho continued to hang up on me. She threatened to call the police on me for harassment. The last thing that I wanted was to go public with my concerns. Yesterday, the plumbers at WRF & Son came to my house to replace three hose bibs. They did a nice job at replacing the bibs. However, when they turned the valve back on inside the house, they did not do it slowly. They opened the valve too quickly, and hence, shattered a PCV valve in the basement. I called to let WRF & Son know that in the future, the young plumbers would be wise to take it slow opening up the valve. It caused a big catastrophic problem in my home. Mallick Plumbing came to the rescue this morning and did a super job. It was Mallick Plumbing that informed me that the valve was opened too quickly. Again, I only wished to convey an important message to WRF & Son for future situations w/ other customers, but I say to you, beware, they are not interested in hearing/learning from their mistakes.

First of all there was no delayed response you posted the same day that I did. If you didn't think…read morepeople used Yelp, then why did you respond so quickly. Yes That is my name. That is just a bold-faced lie Sir. I talked to Matt all the time and mentioned the issues that I had at the time of installation. Nothing was done. The initial work order had something to the affect of move unit 2 feet to the right to accommodate the 4-inch box filter that I wanted installed because we had pets. I changed the location of where you wanted to put it so as to facilitate the drain from the unit, the running of which looks like crap (see picture) Why would I need a maintenance plan to change filters? The Filter never did fit correctly if you will look at your service records you will see that Daniel came to do a service to our unit and cobbled together something to keep the filter in place which it was not doing. Yes he wanted to open the closed system and remove the coil and take a chance introducing contaminates into it. How often do you open a sealed system just to clean a coil I don't believe I ever did. And He wanted to charge $1400 and take a day or so to do it. Again not true I asked if he could spray some calclean from the top of the coil as I have done for the last twenty years that I have been in the industry and none of the water the he sprinkled on the upper side of the coil even got into it. and the technician gave in and DOCUMENTED, that the cleaning was worthless And yet after saying that what he did was worthless he still charged me $419. I took my Electrical Apprenticeship in 1982 I took my HVAC Mechanic apprenticeship in 1990 and have been working in building maintenance since 1986. I am a professional for the last 40 years and If I did some work that was worthless, I could not in good consciousness charge the customer for that work. Your installation guys ran the thermostat in the open in my closet after they said they would put it inside the wall(the original tstat wire was in the closet and I wanted it in the wall ) I believe I addressed all the points you bought up on this not used forum. Have a great Day John. Thanks for putting my name and Address out here (not very professional)on this not used forum. Where do you live?

Last spring, we called Frederick Air to have a problem with our system diagnosed. I was not cooling…read moreeffectively. A friend who knew HVAC but was not licensed had already told us our compressor was fine. The tech Frederick Air sent out to diagnose our problem said we needed a new compressor and recommended a whole new system because our system was 15 years old and would only be a matter of time before other parts failed. If I hadn't known better, we would have paid thousands for a repair that actually only cost hundreds. Would our problem have been fixed with a new system? Yes, but at what cost? If we had replaced only the compressor that they said wasn't working, it wouldn't have fixed the problem, and they would have sold us an entire new system anyway. The company we ended up using found a leak, repaired it, recharged the coolant, and our house kept cool throughout the entire summer. If Frederick Air suggests an expensive new system, get a second opinion. How will you know if that is what you really need without a second opinion?
