I knew they were basic but I didn't have the time for dealing with them. One issue was a new faucet was needed. They waited for me to run to Lowe's to purchase a new one and then drive to the property for them to install. We did several text messages which made dealing with them extremely easy since also dealing with virtual school and conference calls. We had just purchased a house that had plumbing issues, some we were aware of before the sale, others revealed themselves after the sale. Bakar and BST was recommended to us by a neighbor. Bakar showed up on time to estimate the work. Between the estimate and when the work began we found another plumbing issue. On the day of the work Bakar arrived when he said he would. All the work described in the original estimate was done in one day. He even fixed the other problems that were not part of the original estimate, even though that meant a very long day at our house. His charges were reasonable and we are pleased with the quality of his workmanship and his good customer relations. I would give zero if possible. Extremely unprofessional and the customer means nothing to them. He agreed to do business with our home warranty company and at our most vulnerable walked out on us. He got in an argument with the home warranty and left us with a dead hot water heater and at least another 36 hours of no hot water. My 12 y/o son gets to step into frigid water because this company decided while on a job they were finished with a relationship we didn't make them enter into. You cannot trust them. At your worst and knowing that, they will storm off even when you have been nothing but cordial and understanding. We agreed to everything he asked of us. There are lots of plumbers in OKC. The second appointment came and went with no one showing up and no call for reason why no one made it out to give the estimate. Bakar returned my call promptly and was even able to come earlier than planned after he called first to make sure I was available. He assessed the issue and was able to fix the problem right away. I was extremely satisfied with this company. I was in crisis with a failing sump pump after all the rain in my area and desperately called like 10 plumbing companies to get an emergency appointment. All said they couldn't fit me in until the following week, which kind of defeats the purpose of an emergency. BEWARE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY***Charges $300.00 to unclog a kitchen sink that took 5 minutes. States he had a problem with my credit card and wrote it down wrong. Didn't have a problem running it through 2 times for payment. Harassed me continually with calls at all hours, nasty and threatening text messages stating he would come to my work, showed up at my house on numerous occasions. This was all in a period of 3 days. Strong arm tactics-- this could of been handled more professionally. I have since fixed the payment issue. But still continues to intimidate/harass me. **There are so many more professional plumber companies to choose from don't make my mistake. read more

This review is long overdue being as though I've relied on him for all my plumbing issues over the past several years. He first installed a water commander for me, which literally saved my basement from flooding during hurricane Irene. We had lost power for several hours and without the water commander, we would have been up the creek. literally. Since then, he's flushed my hot water heater, fixed a leak in the kitchen, cleared a shower drain, and even replaced my toilet's inner workings. He is da bomb!! We believe the charges to be reasonable given his expertise, he provided all the parts and that he worked on a weekend. I chose this company based on previous yelp reviews and let me say they did not disappoint! I've been fortunate to live in a relatively newer home and haven't had much need for plumbing services, however, that changed 8 months ago when our water heater died. Not having a "go to" plumber I jumped on yelp in hopes to find a good one. After making the call to BST we had a new water installed before you knew it. Baker was unbelievably courteous, professional and clean with his installation. This past week I noticed water damage to one of our ceilings only to find out I had a leak in our master bathroom.
