The staff greeted me as soon as I walked in and came from around the counter to offer assistance - not pushy or putting pressure on me in any way. Very helpful and nice. I spent a total of 20 minutes in the store and ended up buying a gorgeous light fixture that I had in mind before I walked in. It was not in the showroom or stock room, so the sales staff offered to order it for me and gave me a lower price than the other lighting company. I'm going back for the matching sconces. Two thumbs up!

We decided on Nupen for a couple reasons. First, their rep whose name is Walter, did a wonderful job of helping us conceptualize what would work best for our house and flagged important design details that in retrospect, I can't imagine us not building into the project. Second, Nupen offered what we felt was the best value for the right price and their reviews across various sites were/are consistently high. Couldn't be more pleased with the final product. The work was fast, you can hardly tell that there was any digging, and the results are picture perfect. Thank you Walter and the Nupen team.
