There is a limited food menu but it's perfect for the kids. We also all enjoyed the massive corn maze and were proud that we made it out in less than 30 minutes. Though our kids complained for about 28 minutes of our time inside! I'm docking a star based off the weird service at the store towards the end of our time there. My kids were inside enjoying their final minutes. I ran ahead to get a few gourds and a mini bail of hay. It was such a great store. But the weirdness came when I tried taking the gourds and hay back out to my car. I asked if I could use the basket since it was difficult to juggle all of it. But the one adult of the cashiers immediately jumped up and said that I was not permitted. And that I would need to drive my car up to get the items. We had a great parking spot that I didn't want to lose. I promised I had no desire to take the basket and would return it within minutes. But they refused and said there was no way I could use it. It was so so strange. I ended up making it work. I could understand if it was a bunch of high school kids just sticking to the rules, but it was weird they wouldn't let me take the basket for a few minutes. Who knows, maybe people have stolen the baskets before? So I'll give them the benefit of the doubt. But it was really off putting. Anyway, overall it was a fun time. Just don't take a basket to your car!

Terrible Customer Service from the OWNER…read more The owner, Lisa, demonstrated an astonishing lack of professionalism, accountability, and basic customer service. A friend purchased two tickets for my mother and me and left them at the front. I was on the phone with my friend when she gave Lisa our names, and Lisa confirmed she would hold the tickets at the front. When we arrived, the tickets were nowhere to be found. Employees repeatedly told us Lisa had them, only for Lisa to tell me she had given our tickets away to someone else who claimed they were his. Despite being the person responsible for holding the tickets, Lisa refused to issue a refund. Instead, she told me that if I wanted my money back, I would have to find the man she had given the tickets to somewhere on the large farm. Her only description of this stranger was that he had a backpack. When I attempted to discuss the situation with her, she literally walked away in the middle of the conversation, got on her tractor, and left. She made it clear she had no intention of taking responsibility or making things right. What was perhaps most telling was the employees' reaction. They appeared embarrassed and frustrated by her behavior, were apologetic, and indicated that situations like this happen often. As the owner, Lisa sets the standard for how customers are treated, and this was an appalling example of leadership and customer service. She made the mistake of giving away paid tickets, refused to take responsibility for it, and expected the customer to track down a complete stranger to recover their money. Walking away from a customer rather than addressing a problem that she herself created is unacceptable. Businesses make mistakes, but a good owner takes accountability and works to resolve them. Based on this experience, Lisa demonstrated neither. The way she handled this situation was unprofessional, disrespectful, and completely unacceptable.
