This is my first time sending a package here and I am absolutely satisfied. Luckily they were forgiving about my reused box. Miguel is so great. Not only was he really knowledgeable and all of the options, but he was very personable, and made extra suggestions on how to handle my package with care. I wish I could leave a compliment on an employee page, but I googled and could not find anything but complaints. It was not very expensive and my package will get there in a timely manner.

This was very frustrating and felt pointless, especially since Staples is promoted as a valid drop-off point for this service.
