The pump stopped working and only gave me part of what I paid for. I pushed the help button on the pump, no response. I ended up having to go inside 3 times and stand in line. 3 trips inside, 3 times in line, all for $8 of gas and not even a hint of apology. She acted annoyed that I wanted gas to begin with. I read previous reviews regarding the person, which the reviewer called an extremely rude "a hole", and truly I was hoping I won't meet the same person. Mark helped me and my tanks were filled in a jiffy. He is a truly nice guy and I hope he's been recognized by management for that. I also like to give a special thanks to Jessica who helped me to find a collapsible trash bin for my RV I was searching for a long time. I will return for future refills and any other items I need for my rig. I'd highly recommend Southwest Exchange.
