Mailman needs to be inspected to make sure he is delivering mail in the right place and box. It's unbelievable that I would receive a call from your Lead saying that "Maybe you aren't getting any mail." Unprofessional. Constantly waiting on my bank card and having it sent out twice. Only for the post manager to tell me maybe the problem is my bank or we don't have any mail.

There is also a good sized parking lot plus some parking on the street. We came in at 11:00-the start of lunch rush on a Friday to weigh and get postage for our tax envelope. There was a short line but it moved pretty fast despite all the different requests. Including our complicated one since we wanted a return request but we were not mailing it today. But the woman was very nice and very helpful. And she figured out how to get it done for us. It's a post office. They are usually short handed for the number of people who come in during the rush at noon or after work. No one likes to wait in line and, luckily, we usually don't have to go here. I will even pay more to go to a UPS store to send things rather than a post office. However, we will come back to this one because it's quite nice.
