We at YOE are an Authorized Toshiba, Lanier, Sharp & IT dealer with a staff of 16 dedicated to helping our customers with all office systems including software & hardware. We like ot explain a few things about YOE's comprehensive agreement, our Network Operations Center and Helpdesk Services. We at Yuma Office Equipment have invested countless amounts of time, energy and money into acquiring a partnership with a well established RMM, (Remote Monitoring and Mediation center), NOC, (Network Operations Center) and Helpdesk.
We are as far as I know, the only local vendor offering this type of service. We also offer remote helpdesk from our office, and of course if there are any problems requiring a physical presence, it will be handled by one of our 7 local IT technicians. In this regard we are again alone in the field, as the majority of our competitors have either 1 or perhaps 2 IT Personnel available at any given time. We also have a real person answering the phone during business hours, and an 800 helpdesk line also staffed by knowledgeable human beings.
