When it was finally ready, a major chunk of door seal was missing, which meant there was a 1 inch gap between the driver's side window and the top. When I brought it back to be rectified, he claimed that piece was missing and that I had told him as much when I placed my order. The door seal was never missing, and I never told him it was. Arnold refused to correct his mistake, and I had to find a replacement seal on line for $84 and fix it myself.

We got a price on a Friday and was told to bring it in Monday afternoon so he could do it first thing on Tuesday. Tuesday 500 rolls around and no call. I call them and they said that it would be ready between 600-700. I get there closer to 645 and they are still working on it. I was told closer to 800 now. I come back at 800 and they are still working on it!! Now I'm pissed. All the owner kept giving me was a bunch of excuses, saying things like "I'm too busy. people just keep coming in." He says it should be ready by 0900. I tell him I will just come back tomorrow. I come back the next day at 0800 like I was told and Surprise, still not ready. I waited 4 hours to pick up my vehicle. Then when he says he is done, I went and looked at it only to find out that HE DIDNT EVEN REPLACE THE SEATS!. He repaired them. When I questioned him, He tried to tell me that he told me a different price if I wanted them completely done. I asked his son who was standing next to me the whole time getting the price and even his own son lied for him. Long story short, please don't go here. There are much better places out there that actually want the business and don't screw you around. I will never, ever go here again.
