This review is long overdue. SSS, screened two properties for me, one, in 2024 and the second, in…read more2025. The first property happened without a hitch but the second screening happened with a few snags. There was a snag in a back porch screen which was taken care of immediately. However, a week after the driveway overhead & side screens were put in, I noticed a stretched out mark on the side screen that was about 2 feet long on a diagonal which I only noticed it when I was outside of my driveway. I first contacted SSS at the end of September and they responded two weeks later to see if the issue had been solved. That would have been great, but four months later, Bear showed up and assessed the issue as well as an issue that occurred since that visit in September. Bear told me everything would be taken care of and extended the warranty on that stretched mark. One month later, all repairs were corrected and I'm very satisfied. I would definitely recommend Specialty Sewing Senter because not only do they sell a quality product, they back it!

We got a price on a Friday and was told to bring it in Monday afternoon so he could do it first thing on Tuesday. Tuesday 500 rolls around and no call. I call them and they said that it would be ready between 600-700. I get there closer to 645 and they are still working on it. I was told closer to 800 now. I come back at 800 and they are still working on it!! Now I'm pissed. All the owner kept giving me was a bunch of excuses, saying things like "I'm too busy. people just keep coming in." He says it should be ready by 0900. I tell him I will just come back tomorrow. I come back the next day at 0800 like I was told and Surprise, still not ready. I waited 4 hours to pick up my vehicle. Then when he says he is done, I went and looked at it only to find out that HE DIDNT EVEN REPLACE THE SEATS!. He repaired them. When I questioned him, He tried to tell me that he told me a different price if I wanted them completely done. I asked his son who was standing next to me the whole time getting the price and even his own son lied for him. Long story short, please don't go here. There are much better places out there that actually want the business and don't screw you around. I will never, ever go here again.

When I called and complained about the water leaking under the shower door they told me that it was due to the shape of the shower pan and there was nothing they could do to stop the water from coming out below the door. I had a burnt wheel bearing. I figured I could make it to Yuma which I did. Of course it was 1:30am and everything was closed I slept in the wallmart parking lot. I was up by 5:00am and I googled trailer repair and found JRs mobile , he had an on call number so I dialed and he picked up. I brought my trailer over at 8:00, they unhooked me and they told me they'd take a look and recommended I go find a restaurant. They text me an hour later , I arrived and they informed me I had caused irreparable damage to the spindle and cracked the hub. I left the trailer there while JRs located the axle, it was located in Riverside so the end of the week I picked it up, the following week I delivered the axle , they had removed the damaged axle so after I arrived they installed the axle and tires back on while I waited. Not only was it a relief to find an honest repair shop but the Owner Rene was an expert mechanic, he has a very well equipped shop that is a statement to his professionalism. Rene is a master diesel mechanic but also services trucks,,autos , semi trailers , basically if it has a motor he's your guy. If you a local JRs is probably well known, if your a late night traveler like me it's a huge relief to find JRs. I highly recommend Rene and his JRS mobile mechanic team big or small jobs !!!

He didn't simply clean the open areas and call it done. Jeff was thorough, professional, and clearly takes pride in his work.
