Owner was hard to contact because he works whatever hours he wants. When it was finally ready, a major chunk of door seal was missing, which meant there was a 1 inch gap between the driver's side window and the top. When I brought it back to be rectified, he claimed that piece was missing and that I had told him as much when I placed my order. The door seal was never missing, and I never told him it was. Arnold refused to correct his mistake, and I had to find a replacement seal on line for $84 and fix it myself.
