I've been trying since May 2024 to purchase seat covers from this company. I have had no less than 17 email exchanges with this company and continue wait for fabric samples. Numerous emails saying they are in their way. Even emails asking if I have received the requested samples. Sadly, I will never know the quality of their product because I am no longer interested. We purchased our Motorhome in 2018. This year we noticed several furniture fixtures in our MH showed failure of the fake ultra/leather. We thought about trading our Rig in and buying another. However we we shocked to see failure of upholstery across different companies. We then decided to keep our MH and redo our upholstery. We contacted Active RV. Danial responded quickly and came for an estimate and brought fabric samples. We struck a deal and Daniel removed: both driver and passenger seat, couch and dinette. When my husband and I were in the market for RV's, we reached out to Active RV for a quote to possibly reupholster the furniture in one of the RV's we were looking to purchase. We thought their prices were very reasonable, but we didn't end up purchasing that particular RV, so we didn't need their service. However, several months down the road- we remembered their prompt responses and great pricing, so we reached out to see if they could reupholster our dining room chairs. The pricing was great, so I went by, picked the fabric and left the cushions with them for a week. It now looks like I have brand new chairs for a fraction of the price! I couldn't be more pleased. After specifically asking if the dash cover with cut out for the GPS was made for my Coach. I was told yes. I ordered the cover. The dash cover shipped was for a different coach. The quality was terrible. I had to pay the shipping to return it. VERY UNHAPPY. read more

I contacted Active RV Upholstery to replace the plain beige drapes and windshield privacy cover in my class C RV. They did an amazing job!
