Shut down the bus and went looking for help. I contacted several shops and Julian from Yuma Heavy Diesel responded right away. He came by a few minutes later and immediately found the problem, a failed air valve. We ordered the part and he and Crystal installed it today. They are super people just starting their business. Julian is top notch with diesels and aiir systems and learning quickly about RV systems. Most importantly, Julian works on buses! I was impressed with their knowledge, timeliness and the quality of their work. Don't hesitate to call them if you need them in southwestern Arizona along I-8.

If it wasn't for Tommy at Border State Towing, my husband and 3 kids would still be stranded! They got a flat tire driving from AZ to CA, it was after 6pm and everything was closed or closing. AAA was quoting me a 2 hour wait for a tow truck and could not guarantee a truck that would have room to transport all of them and told them they might have to call an Uber. Tommy came right away, bringing extra tires just in case the tire shop was closed. Once Tommy towed them to the tire shop the employees there said they couldn't help because there was no wheel lock key. Tommy pulled tools off his own truck and worked to make sure the tire shop could get the tire off. He could've easily drop them off but he stayed until he knew for sure the tire could be repaired. Very thankful for a personalized experience and dealing with Tommy - he cared about resolving our problem, not about draining our bank account.

They brought out a sheet which matched what I thought they would find and the price was fair. Interestingly I didn't check yelp Yesterday before visiting them, but I did check their page on Facebook and saw no negative reviews. Anyway, I'm not putting anybody down who had a negative comment. That just was not my experience. It was good, fast, on time, and as expected. I have some basic knowledge about front end work, so maybe that made a difference, but I was happy with their service.
