Came out to my storage and did some testing and ended up replacing the control board. I went back out the next few mornings and I was still having the same problem. I'm very grateful that Richard took his valuable time to help my husband and me figure out an issue on our first ever trip in our used, but new to us RV. If I could give them 10 stars, I would! We noticed a slide roller on the floor when putting the RV away after our last trip. After some online research, we learned this was indeed NOT good, and not something that could easily be fixed. I called these guys based on their stellar reviews. Duane and Richard arrived exactly on schedule. Duane diagnosed the problem and confirmed that it was indeed not an easy fix due to a very poorly designed access point to the area he needed to reach. He tried a few things, with no luck. I think at that point, most people would have given up and said, "Sorry, we can't help you." Not these guys. I watched as they collaborated on various "outside the box" ideas to get the job done. They were an amazing team, going back and forth, trying many various ways to solve the problem. These guys are great. We called; they came and assessed our problem (broken macerator pump, valves, and fittings due to meeting stationary obstacles and poor design by manufacturer). The outlined a re-design that would avoid further damage and gave an estimate. They arrived to do the repairs when they said the would at our RV lot, and cleaned up when they left. Their estimate was optimistic and they spent an additional two hours working on it, but held to their estimate! We had a water leak in the bathroom while on vacation at the beach. When I called they said that they were busy all week, but when I told him what was wrong then he went out of his way to accommodate us. He was here within an hour.
