Immediately we noticed "Sum Ting Wong and Wi Tu Lo" when connecting the trailer to my truck's tow hitch. It was obvious we needed a drawbar with an alternate drop. I asked Carolos Martinez if he could assist and his performance was legendary. He first walked outside with us and sized up the trailer. THEN HE FITTED the suggested drawbar to insure the appropriate fit ALL WITH A SMILE! What really blew us away, was Carlos didn't simply stop at making a product recommendation. He took the lead to help me disconnect the safety chains, and removed the old drawbar himself. Then after installing the new drawbar he took his time, stepping back to view if the trailer sat at the proper attitude. THIS GENTLEMAN WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND!
