(115 degrees, no shade, exposed to the sun, nothing to drink...doesn't take long to go bad fast!) My buddy went for help and found Mike's shop. Mike launched his boat and came to the rescue! Dropping my rzr on a Monday & not a thing being done at end of week is one thing, but the wrong order, an attitude & no apology is what bugs me.. I explained 3 different times & what I needed 200 hr service & chase bar. I finally sent my assistant to pick it up & take it directly to another business where it got handled in 2 days. It was supposed to be ready by my birthday. If there was an apology or some business 101 remorse (let me see what we can do) I N would have left it. None. I have many patients & friends that will no longer be using their service. Sad. I won't lower my customer service bar.
