Excellent customer service by Nolan! Fastest and easiest paperwork ever!!! Couldn't find that in San Diego!!

Worst dealer I have ever bought from. Beware! I bought a new Beta 390rs from Coyne in El Centro. 1. To start when the met me at the AZ DMV they forgot the title so I had to pay for temp registration. After walking out they found the title then had to go back in to register it and eat the temp registration fees. Fast forward a day. 2. Got it home and one coolant line was not secured properly and the low fuel stitch was stuck on. All things that coyne is supposed to check prior to delivery. I had to bring it back with .6 hours on it. They had it for 2 months to put a hose clamp on and replace the sensor, a ten minute job. Best part was when I finally got to pick it up it was low on coolant and had to buy a gallon to top it off after maintenance. 3. Before warranty was up I brought it back due to mode switch not working and a valve cover gasket leak. Easy fixes but hell might as well use the warranty. I dropped it off May 27 and after calling many time finally picked it up 23 Aug. 3 months later. Best part is they did not fix the mode switch after telling me they had. Turns out they couldn't duplicate it until I showed them...again. Even better they told me I needed a new $170 battery but hooked me up with cost, $110. I argued that if they hadn't left it out in the el center sun for 3 months the battery would still be in the condition it was when I dropped it off. Also being in the sun the plastic is faded from red to orange. It looks like a 3 year old, not a ten month old one. I have owned this bike for ten months and they have had it for 5 of those ten, for a valve cover gasket, low fuel light switch and a hose clamp. I had to buy a battery for their incompetence which cost me more than if I had just bought the parts to begin with. The plus side is that they are going to send the switch to me as there is zero chance they touch it again. I love the bike but I wish I had a better place for warranty work. In the pictures one is before I dropped it off where the plastic matches the frame and the other is after I got it home, washed the layer of dirt off, and the frame no longer matches. Looks much worse in person. I wish they would make it better but best they could do is give me cost for a battery they messed up. read more

Horrible Customer Service. Bought a new Rzr Pro R. 1 day after purchase ride command and lightning went out. Purchased car to go out for a week trip to Glamis. Called them and said you can bring it back but not until two weeks. Horrible experience could not use it at night due to no lights working. Cut trip short. Dropped it off and told them if they could return it to my residence. They said no since we only deliver new cars. But yet they have 3 trucks outside just sitting there. I was on a motorcycle ride from Boston to Orange County, CA when my motorcycle unexpectedly quit while passing through El Centro on the I-8. I had the tow-driver take me to Coyne in El Centro. I am glad I did. The service manager Genaro Ruiz took good care of me and was constantly communicating the status of the repair. Jay, the technician did a great job tracking down a short on a wire going to the injector. Jay is easy to talk to and his immense knowledge of motorcycles is impressive. Kudos to Jay. I dropped off my KTM 450EXC 2/3/25 after speaking by phone with the El Centro service mgr about a high miss/stumble at high speed full throttle. It was stated there would be a delay getting to it "of a week or two" due to other demands. This was reiterated upon arrival by Miguel at service desk who advised I'd be called before repairs commenced to further discuss. No contact made by shop so I called after two weeks. They had yet to touch it. I called again after week three being told my bike was still in the waiting line. During week #4 I called again, heard promises the work would commence the next day. That never happened and at the end of the 4th week I drove 160 miles round trip to recover my very dusty bike that was never touched. There are only a few months in the desert riding season, a full month was lost full of inaction and broken promises. Beware! read more

Granted I understand CA taxes are higher than AZ but where does that $1200 difference come from? Very disgusted with the service for my can am. Took to get radiator relocation kit installed; after having for a week, I get the unit back and it overheats constantly. Took it back and they had it for another 3 weeks with no resolution; I finally just had them remove the kit and put it back to the way it way. They charged me another $1300 to put it back to factory. I disputed the cost and Can Am then stated the relocation kit is only for water or some other stupid reason. Then on top of all that, my battery trickle charger is missing and they said they didnt remove it. Well hell, I sure as hell didnt take it off. Will never go back there again for anything. read more

Statring, we are from San Diego and we have a ton of power sport options. With that being said, we drive to EC to buy our toys. Here is why..... A bit ago we went to the desert, broke the clutch, and needed help. Being somewhat mechanical inclined I figured I could fix it. We went to Coyne for parts, being this was new territory, I looked for some advice. Let me tell you, service manager there did more. He took the new part explained how to, what to, and what to watch out for. Told me to call during the install if I had problems. So, I said, ok next bike is on Coyne. Sure enough our son needed a new toy, after a horrible experience with MW, it made the drive that much more worth it. We called, we rushed lunch, made the quick drive and the whole Coyne staff got stuck late! My bad! When we told the staff what we where doing they bent over backwards in parts and sales to help us. Some would say, it's cause you're spending money, but I can tell you this wasn't a trip we would say we spent a lot. At another place we have spent thousands over years, they careless. Coyne didn't know me, but they treated me like family. So Saturday, we went for a day ride to meet some friends and family.....well I wanted another bike. I would have bought in San Diego and spent the day playing, but Coyne got me again! This time was 100% better if that was possible. Again, we walk in, we are treated like family. Today marks the second vehicle purchase at Coyne Powersports (IVCC). The first was a RZR XP-4 1000 and today was another Polaris but this time was an Outlaw 50 kids quad. The first thing you notice walking in is there's a pretty extensive inventory. Not only in the vehicle category but in the parts and apparel department as well. When we bought the RZR the accessories were all in stock like new belts, a roof and wheels and tires. We decided on the oddball color for the RZR and what do you know... IN STOCK! Once we made our decision the financing department was on point and we breezed through the process and were on our way to the desert in quick fashion. Round two.. the quad. I called to make sure they had a pink one in stock and Katie assured me that they did. I told her that I'd be in on Friday to pick it up. (IVCC is two and a half hours from my house and I make the drive every time!) When Friday came we arrived at 10 am and the place was jumping! Katie was busy and we waited patiently for a brief time. She took us out, showed us the pink quad for the munchkin and we went inside to work a deal. Deal done... no financing this time so it's just sign here, and here, and here...... and here. While we were inside they washed it and filled the tank. Off we went in under an hour and two hours later the munchkin was doing laps around camp on her new ride with a HUGE smile. One of the workers kept in contact with me but instead of checking in every so often it seemed that every day I had multiple calls and texts with emojis that came across as creepy. So when I decided to buy a bike someone else helped but their sales manager threatened to increase the prices on all the bikes if I didn't but that day. I tried to negotiate and nothing. So on top of a creepy worker and a sales manager that wasn't willing to work with me I hated my experience there and would reccomend going to SD for bike purchases. Horrible service, spent a lot of money on a new Razor to be extremely disappointed. They damaged a seat, paint defect in my hood, one of the new doors I bought doesn't work right. After several issues, and five month, I wrote off everything but the scratched doors they put on. After waiting another four weeks was told they ordered touch up paint and it was going to take another week. Told the staff I was just going to find another shop they really didn't seem to care. I was told that this was the best place to use, so I brought my Rzr out from San Diego for service on the front differential and to have the rear bench removed due to a faulty release latch. Got a call that my rear bench was "bent" and that was why the latch had failed. (I had removed the rear bench at least 20 times over the summer since I was doing all sorts of wiring, etc...(without any issues with the seat or latches). When I get there and talk to an employee while waiting for my service writer, the employee tells me they had 4 guys lifting the bench to break the latch (and latch they said they were going to remove by cutting). Yet they insist the seat was already bent. If you trust a company to do work for you, they should respect your property and do their best to give good service. They did neither with the bench removal. Now I'm stuck with a useless bench seat and have to deal with a new issue since I trusted them. You may need to find another service dept if you want to trust that your possessions will not get destroyed at your cost. read more

We took our RZR to this place because our check engine light was on. They replaced the fuel pump and then said that the check engine light would not turn off, So they supposedly had to replace the computer. It had already been in there for over three weeks and they were telling me that I wouldn't get my car back until December. I decided to go pick it up since it was in running condition. I drove it over the weekend and the check engine light turned off. Come to find out it needs to be driven for a while in order for the check engine light to turn off. While cleaning the car I realized that my passenger seat was loose. The service department didn't even put it back together correctly after working on my car . I had to replace my seatbelts the way they were supposed to be. They were trying to sell me a Computer that I didn't even need. Beware of this stores service department. Also when I picked up my car there wasn't even an itemized statement on my receipt. I had to ask for it read more

Called to check the availability of a Polaris utv. I spoke with a sales representative named Armando and he said they had what I was looking for in stock. He told me that it had a deposit from another potential buyer, that buyer had not committed to the purchase yet though. Armando then tried to pressure me into a deposit over the phone (within the first few minutes of our first conversation) , I was hesitant. He then stated he would talk to his manager and call me back in 30 minutes to an hour with an update. 2 hours went by so I called. I was told he was with a customer and he would call me back. That was 2 days ago. I guess they don't need my money after all. read more
