Today my husband called and spoke to a man that told him they had 3 different types of headlights support in stock, he needed to know the exact one we needed. Mind you we live an hour away, the man said they had all of them in stock. When my husband gets there, he tells them what he is looking for and a man and a lady said those had to be ordered. Really unprofessional and rude. Wouldn't waste my time and money with this business ever again.

My wife was driving from San Diego to AZ and had transmission issues just outside of El Centro. She…read morelimped it back to El Centro and I drove out that night to swap out vehicles. In the morning, I started driving around to find a shop that could top off the ATF so I could attempt a drive back to SD. A bunch of shops that showed to open at 7 were still closed at 8. I called over to Tucker as they should open but were a little further out. Michael took my call and understood my situation and while transmission repair isn't their specialty, told me to come over and they would help me out. Michael met me as soon as I arrived and brought my truck around to have one of his guys check it out. Instead of just doing the minimum of adding some ATF, they ran diagnose on the truck to make sure I wasn't just setting myself up for a bigger issue by driving it back. They did find a few things on the scan but confirmed the ATF was low and got that were it should be. Besides for not even charging me for the service, he gave me a quality t-shirt as well! BTW - I was able to make it back to San Diego and the fluid level was still good upon my return. It would have been easy to be taken advantage of being "out of town" but that isn't how they do business. Hopefully I don't ever have car trouble in El Centro again, but it I do or need a tow, I know a shop that earned my business.

In my experience, his attentiveness and honesty were well displayed by the fact that he took on a job and did it on time for an extremely fair price. Cleaning out an exhaust gas recirculation system is something a lot of garages simply don't want to do, and will become dishonest when facing a request to do so. I have experienced this with some businesses for whom I have left appropriate reviews detailing as much. One business even immediately tried to convince me that an engine replacement was obviously necessary. 2 days ago, a 304 code was showing that my fourth cylinder was misfiring for some reason. Mr cisneros took the time to comply with my request to examine my EGR system and confirmed that the first three intake manifold ports were blocked significantly, routing an overflow of air to the fourth cylinder and causing that misfire. A combination of free code readings and YouTube videos and a replacement of spark plugs not solving the issue made this EGR clean out a very likely solution to my problem. Indeed, I have gone from about 35 miles per gallon and a knocking engine at low accelerating RPMs yesterday to over 50 miles per gallon and an engine that purrs ever so gently if audible at all today. I was pretty sure of the problem and the solution, but Mr cisneros is the person who made it possible. I can't recommend his services enough, and I hope that other people have a chance to enjoy the same experience that I did! My dented Prius has 200,000 miles on the odometer, but thanks to Mr Cisneros, it's still a young car.
