Today my husband called and spoke to a man that told him they had 3 different types of headlights support in stock, he needed to know the exact one we needed. Mind you we live an hour away, the man said they had all of them in stock. When my husband gets there, he tells them what he is looking for and a man and a lady said those had to be ordered. They actually did an good job on the paint job. As a equipment manager in the US Navy, the hardest part in painting is the preparation work..... Escobedo DID NOT take any effort in prepping. My Sienna had overspray all over the lower front and rear sides of the vehicle. Then the clown wanted to use a high speed buffer or chemicals (acetone) to take it off, which would have ruined the clear-coat. I also pointed out that a blank-off cap for the front license plate was missing, I got excuses on such a petty thing. NO quality control! Wife noticed her electronic tire gauge was missing also. I originally was going to take my 02 Lexus to Escobedo, Mario quoted me a price of $2k for the work. Mario presented himself as a professional so that's why I took my 14 Sienna into Escobedo's Paint an Body Shop. He made $500 and change for the Sienna job but, do to his pettiness and his unprofessional attitude he won't get any of my patronage. SMH how does this guy stay in business with his attitude of F'ing over $2k for a quick $500? Such short-sightedness! Everything I wrote here was SAID THIS TO HIS FACE. He's young so hope he listened. In my situation my car middle console was torn and since it the work on my car was only scratches and bender fixtures they did not take responsibility. This happen a year ago. Yesterday I found out that my console is not my original. Some screws are missing on bottom. When inspecting it I realized its not my old console because my old one had lipstick stains on bottom part of cover. I had forgotten about it until my daughter reminded me. So its obvious that they switched it. This place does not deserve 1 star at all but the only way I can post this was by adding a star.
