This is the worst place to go, I had to go there just because of my insurance they did repair the damage but did a shitty job putting it back together, so i took the car back so they can install the parts correctly now they wont back up their work, claiming that the car was already like that, I've had my car for 4 years i know every detail of it and they start telling a bunch of BS and blaming the insurance company. My mothers experience: Overall experience was miserable. The lack of communication between the workers themselves and their clients was unprofessional but what was worse was their rude demeanor. They took 12 days to finish their inspection of the car... THE INPSPECTION ALONE. I believe the only reason they finished it at that point was because she contacted them directly (without going through my insurance agent) and asked for an update. They repeatedly pushed back the estimated repair date which was an inconvenience for my mother. At some point while trying to get an update on her vehicle, Cezar began yelling and refused to allow my mother to speak. She had to get her insurance involved and ask for her car to be moved to another location. They were dishonest until the very end when they confirmed the car was delivered to the other location on friday when in reality it wasnt delivered until the following monday. It ended up taking exactly 4 weeks to repair what another caliber collision location estimated should have only taken 5 days. read more

We were in an accident on Memorial Day, coming back to San Diego from Yuma. Our vehicle rear ended another vehicle on the 8 West half way between Yuma and El Centro, so we were towed to El Centro. Lucky for us, because the next morning we were put in touch with Caesar at Calibur Collision, and he and the whole staff there could not have been kinder and more helpful during this stress filled time. Caesar kept me up to date via text almost daily with progress reports, and my vehicle was completed on the day he said it would be. My vehicle looks perfect and runs perfectly again. I cannot say enough good things about the whole Calibur Collision experience from start to finish. We were even able to leave our rental with them instead of going back to the rental place, so bonus love for that. Highly and sincerely recommended. read more

After two months of fighting with the original body shop and my insurance company about what needed to be fixed on my 2014 Ridgeline, we ended up at Caliber. They were polite, professional and committed to getting my car back to the condition it was in before I was rear ended by a cement truck. Their attention to detail and dedication to customer service is nothing short of amazing. My only regret is that we wasted time at that other shop. I wish we'd have found this place first. Friendly service? Sure. Quality work? Nope, sorry. Not that I should apologize for them. Attention to detail doesn't exist. Vehicle was taken back for work they missed and lacked to properly secure back in place. Bumper sensor was installed without paint the first time. Second time they did paint it but forgot to clear it. Interior pieces removed for paint and repair was not securely put back in its place. Left runny clear coat on paint, burned the clear when they buffed/polished a section they corrected. So back to paint booth it went. They do have decent customer service, but none of it makes up for the lack of good quality work. Making excuses for a car being a certain color in this case black, just doesn't justify why you as a company receiving business from your customers should receive sub par quality work. If anything, it should encourage you to ensure that quality work comes out of your shop that goes beyond just putting on a smile for your customer. I wouldn't bring it back or for that matter recommend them at all. I'd rather go with companies that have been around the Valley a lot longer than Caliber. Fool me once shame on you, fool me twice, well that was the last time. Take your vehicle elsewhere, especially if it's black. read more
