I placed an order on their website for a pre-purchase inspection and they were able to come out to meet the seller of the vehicle the next day. After the inspection, the inspector gave me a call with his findings and overall impression of the vehicle . The day after the inspection, a written report and a numerous inspection photos were available on the order page of their website. The written report specifically covered the following areas: Road Test, Engine & Mechanical, Suspension & Undercarriage, Tires & Brakes, Exterior & Body Condition. The level of detail in the report and the number of photos provided was satisfactory. Overall, it was a good overall experience and I'm happy with the service provided and with the vehicle I purchased. Why did I not give a full five stars? First, I believe a whining transmission noise they noted in their report was misdiagnosed. It seems to have been caused by the car's AC compressor that progressively whined louder before eventually failing during the fifth drive after purchase. Second, the report indicated that the transmission was leak free but I've found the slightest pooling of transmission fluid in my garage since the first day I purchased the car. Lastly, minor details seemed to be missed like missing roof weather strips/mouldings, a detached fog lamp, and sanding/repair work done on the rear bumper and rear fenders. If they had the means to diagnose the whining noise further and offered that as an add-on package, I probably would have availed and subsequently provided a higher rating.

He said he would, but he did not. His version of an under the car inspection was sticking his cell phone under the edges of the car and taking a photo. He certainly didn't crawl under and take a look. He made more of an effort to connect with the seller, than me, the buyer and person who hired him. He completed the inspection in 20 minutes and it certainly wasn't worth $200. It was anything but thorough. He said he was mostly inspecting cosmetics and basic function, which I said I could do. I asked him to share with me what he was inspecting as he went along, and he declined to do that. Honestly, he seemed to be in a hurry. Lastly, although I was told I would be getting all the photos the inspector took, absolutely none none of them are in the report. I do not recommend him and would never use him again!

I think many can relate that times are pretty hard for alot of people right now. This past year was…read morefinancially detrimental personally. I was scammed for my entire savings, reduced hours at work, tenants that were not paying rent, and even a squatter that cost me months in lost rent. Bills have piled on and I'm paying what I can with some bills getting pushed back. One such bill was my water bill. I know that there are some options, but when youre working 2+ jobs not making enough, literally drowning in physical exhaustion, depression, anxiety, you name it you miss some things. Like the 48 hr notice of disconnect. Yesterday morning I woke to no water. I called to see the details. While my past due amount was around $300 my total due was over $600 plus fees. One of the options before disconnect is that a tenant can open an account and not have to pay balance due. That is apparently not an option after disconnect; discounts, payment plans, or just a little mercy are also not available after disconnect. I get it it's my fault for bring broke and overwhelmed, but this is a public utility we are talking about not a luxury car dealership. I was told "no options, no way around it, payment in full plus fees..okay?" No not okay you heartless mean girls with your condescending tones. Your hourly as a customer service agent wouldn't cover your water bill and car payments if it wasn't for your spouses income. Try it by yourself and see if you even have the energy to cast judgment on my financial situation. It's freaking water you A-holes! You have no help, no options, no programs, no empathy, no way out, no way to get water turned back on except paying the entire bill plus all the punishment fees...for what?! If I didn't have the money to pay you tyrants last month what makes you think I have five times that money now?! You people are rediculous, absurd, and unrealistic. Again, youre not taking away a high ticket toy, youre taking away WATER. No matter what I'm stuck with you and your backwards policies. You're a horrific company.

I have lived in the desert for ten years now in a house with a pool and desert landscaping. The…read morewater bill has averages about $35-$40 a month since we have lived here with some exceptions. The exceptions have been leaks of one kind of some kind that have been easy to find up to really difficult and expensive to locate and repair. In September 2023 CVWD sent me an email regarding a water monitor called Flume that was $65 with the rebate from CVWD. I bought one and installed it on the water meter and connected it to my Wifi router. The device reads the meter as it runs and sends instant updates to the application on my iPhone. As soon as it was running, I began to get Usage Alerts on my phone every morning at the same time. The alert said water was running at 6.4 gallons a minute for 15 minutes. I assumed it was my irrigation system and asked my landscaper to check them out. We have three irrigation controllers and he said the were set to run too long and he dialed them back from 15 to 8 minutes. The water bills were running at about $70 a month and I could not find any leaks. It had to be something in the irrigation systems. I finally called CVWD to ask their advice. I spoke to a man in Water Management and he told me that the District will do a Water Audit for home owners at no cost. An inspector named Brian came to the house a few days later and after I described the concern and where the irrigation stations are located he went outside and examined our entire watering process. He found one controller that had four valves but only one had been set to 8 minutes and three were running for 15 minutes. This was the reason for the usage alerts and about 3000 gallons a month more water than we needed. Brian reset the controller to the correct limit and gave me a report document with the findings and corrections. The water bill dropped from $77.82 to $48.49(the fix was in the middle of the billing cycle) to $22.74 in the first month of the correct irrigation timing. Last months bill was $26.19 and we are now back into the Efficient rating. The bill is also $10 or so less than the average which tells me that the controllers have not been set properly by the guy who does the yard work. I have had a talk with him to make sure that in the future he remembers to set all the valves on each controller when he makes seasonal adjustments. I have also read the manual for the controllers now so I can do my own audits if the bill goes up again. I cannot say enough good things about the free water audit and urge anyone with concerns over the bill to have one done. My earlier costly episodes were due to leaks in pipes or in the pool pump. Those were very expensive to locate and repair. Two of them involved jack hammers and underground pipe replacements My pool pump had to be replaced and we had to install a new new autofill unit because the wall of that area had a leak in it. The irrigation system was operator error. I blame myself for this because I had not taken the time to learn how the system works so I can get the gardener to set it correctly. Now that I see what my water bill should look like I will use the Flume monitor to pay far more attention to my usage. Thanks to Brian for the help and the great advice.

In my experience, his attentiveness and honesty were well displayed by the fact that he took on a job and did it on time for an extremely fair price. Cleaning out an exhaust gas recirculation system is something a lot of garages simply don't want to do, and will become dishonest when facing a request to do so. I have experienced this with some businesses for whom I have left appropriate reviews detailing as much. One business even immediately tried to convince me that an engine replacement was obviously necessary. 2 days ago, a 304 code was showing that my fourth cylinder was misfiring for some reason. Mr cisneros took the time to comply with my request to examine my EGR system and confirmed that the first three intake manifold ports were blocked significantly, routing an overflow of air to the fourth cylinder and causing that misfire. A combination of free code readings and YouTube videos and a replacement of spark plugs not solving the issue made this EGR clean out a very likely solution to my problem. Indeed, I have gone from about 35 miles per gallon and a knocking engine at low accelerating RPMs yesterday to over 50 miles per gallon and an engine that purrs ever so gently if audible at all today. I was pretty sure of the problem and the solution, but Mr cisneros is the person who made it possible. I can't recommend his services enough, and I hope that other people have a chance to enjoy the same experience that I did! My dented Prius has 200,000 miles on the odometer, but thanks to Mr Cisneros, it's still a young car.
