I paid $500 for my own used parts to be used again from my old unit and before I even had the chance to call the owner out on it (who seems to be in on the fraud, he was waiting in the car the entire time), he blocked me. I hired this company to replace the converter in my trailer after water entered through the vent and the unit began smoking and making a whining noise. I was charged $100 for a diagnosis, but Oscar immediately replaced the entire power center box without explaining what was actually being replaced. When I asked Oscar if the converter and other components would be new, I was told it would be a "new box." However, after the installation my lights began flickering and within minutes most of the interior lights stopped working (only the kitchen light remained on). All lights were functioning before the installation. When I contacted the technician, he said the job was complete and that I only hired him to replace the converter, not troubleshoot the lights. This was confusing because he had already replaced the entire unit instead of just the converter module. I later had another technician inspect the system and was told that several parts were not new. The converter appears to be refurbished, my old fuses were reused, and the circuit board also looks old and dusty. I was also charged for three breakers that appear to be the same ones that were already in the unit. Oscar did refund $100 after I raised concerns, but the electrical system is still not functioning properly and I will have to pay another technician to fix it. I recommend asking very detailed questions about what parts are actually being replaced (converter module vs full power center) and whether the components are new, refurbished, or reused before agreeing to the repair. I also found an entire unit for $179 that includes fuse box, fuses, converter module, and breakers online. I feel scammed and disappointed. I was going to keep this private but after inspecting the parts, it really is not fair and misleading he used my own old parts while presenting as new and then put me in a situation where I would have to pay more to fix the fuses, diagnose again, and "trouble shoot lights" when that was already part of the original problem. I was also told by the new tech that wires were taped. Not professional work at all. I feel bad leaving a bad review but they marked up the price on all of these components and intentionally misled me. He also didn't give me a door for the unit so it is exposed. He intentionally misled me which is the same as scamming someone. Do not trust their 5 star reviews.

Our experience with RV Revivals left us extremely disappointed, particularly with how additional…read morework and pricing were handled. They are not licensed to do RV repairs with the state nor are they licensed to do auto repairs, so don't get your repairs done here. We brought our 2019 Hymer Aktiv Class B RV to RV Revivals in March 2026. We signed their service agreement, which listed a specific scope of work. During the project, we did agree to additional work on the pop-top struts, awning, and detailing. I want to be clear about that because our complaint is not that we never authorized those items to be worked on. The problem is that we were never given the prices for that additional work or a revised total to approve before the work was performed. This is particularly concerning because RV Revivals' own contract says that additional work beyond the original scope is to be handled through a written amendment stating the cost. Their change-order provision also says verbally discussed additions must be confirmed in writing with agreement regarding both the changes and the costs to be paid. We never received a priced change order or revised estimate to approve. The final work report showed 33.78 hours of labor totaling $4,413, plus $372 in materials. After our $500 deposit and a $300 detailing adjustment, the report showed a balance of $3,985. The detailing was one of our biggest surprises. This is a small Class B camper van with approximately 100 square feet of interior space, and it was already a clean RV. Their work report documents 15.08 hours and $1,508 in cleaning/detailing-related labor over three days before the $300 detailing adjustment. The report includes clearing out the RV, interior detailing, cleaning the awning, exterior detailing, ceramic spray polish, and applying 303 protectant. We agreed to detailing, but nobody told us beforehand that they planned to spend roughly 15 labor hours on it or that the related labor would reach approximately $1,500. Had we been given that price beforehand, we could have decided whether we wanted to spend that amount detailing a small Class B RV. We also had a problem with the chassis battery they installed. Our Hymer previously had an AGM battery. RV Revivals' work report shows that they tested the existing battery, determined it needed replacement, and installed a replacement chassis battery. Their report lists the replacement battery at $140. However, the replacement they installed was not an AGM battery. It failed less than six months later and had to be replaced again. When the failed battery was removed, we could not find a model or serial number marked on it, which made identifying exactly what had been installed difficult. What makes this experience especially frustrating is that the shop wrote the contract requiring additional work and costs to be documented, yet that process was not followed in our case. Agreeing that something can be repaired or detailed is very different from being given the price and having the opportunity to decide whether to proceed at that price. We are pursuing our concerns through the California Bureau of Automotive Repair so the estimate, authorization, change-order, invoicing, and repair issues can be reviewed. Based on our experience, I strongly recommend that anyone using RV Revivals insist on a written price for every item, including every change or addition, and an updated total before authorizing the shop to proceed. A licensed general contractor is not the same and Jamie is not registered to work on RVs.

We decided to completely remove the old Norcold piece of junk and replace it with a residential refrigerator. This is perfect for my situation as the 5th wheel setup as a retreat on our property with full hookups. Jim even knew the exact refrigerator to have me purchase and install. Jim came back on Monday morning and went to work. A few hours later the problem is solved even better than I could have hoped. This residential refrigerator has way more usable space in a much smaller footprint. I added a shelf unit to the gap from the old fridge and moved my nugget ice maker and air fryer. He installed heavy-duty hinges and wood framing/reinforcement... the bunk is so much sturdier and safer than it was when new. He also installed a camera system and replaced all my locks. The weekend before a family trip to Montana, one of my trailer axles failed catastrophically while I was loading up to leave. What made it even more frustrating was that another shop had recently inspected and repacked the bearings, yet the axle still smoked and failed shortly afterward. When I called Henry's, they were already slammed with work and initially didn't have room in the schedule. After hearing my situation and understanding that I had a family trip planned, Holly and the team went out of their way to fit me in. That kind of customer service is rare these days. The communication and handling of the situation were unacceptable, and we did not feel that the business was transparent about the difference between the "estimate" when we dropped off the trailer and the final charges ( presented at pick up). We were never asked to approve nor did we approve of any additional work ( over the 2 week span the trailer was there when we were told it would take 1 week ) to the tune of over $500! Also, luckily we noticed when leaving that one of the tires on the trailer was the OLD one. We paid for 4 new tires and only had 3 put in it. So they then had to exchange the old tire we came in on with one we were charged for. Not only were they unprofessional in the communication and business transactions in general, the employees were unapologetic and actually complained that it was closing time ( that's when they told us to pick it up) , so we could just pay for it or they could put it right back in the garage and lock it up. Completely unprofessional behavior! I went back and read to FINE print where they say they will do any changes they feel necessary while doing the inspection and then you are responsible for the cost !
