    I posted a review about the horrific qualify of work and service by this company. Recap, they replaced all the plumbing from both black and grey tanks on my Airstream Excella and replaced the OEM Thetford with Valterra. Since my original pulls are not compatible with the Valterra valves, they pulled mine and took them and installed generic pulls that do not fit. After 4 months trying to get them to do the job right, I asked for a refund so I could pay someone else to do it right and they ghosted me. This is an update to show how much it cost to replace what they pulled from my rig, just in parts. They charged me $1100 for the garbage that is installed now, plus the $600 in parts that I just purchased, equals a $1700 life lesson. Crooks.

    Shoddy repair to slide. Again out of alignment and new damage to gasket and chasis

    I was 2700 miles from home and needed a new muffler tailpipe (old one had fallen off-see photo), body work on bottom of vehicle, and new slider gears for my brand new Class A Thor Palazzo RV. I waited 2 weeks after they initially told me I could bring my RV in before they were actually ready to work on it. I needed the RV back in two weeks, but they kept it way longer. When they couldn't find a replacement tailpipe, I gave them the number of a place in Long Beach who had the part and the number of two closer, in-network service shops who might have the part in stock. They never contacted any of these places. The slide work was under warranty and I arranged for expedited delivery of new slide gears from the factory. However, George gave the contact person the wrong address for delivery (address given was old office across the street). I managed to alert the warranty dept who was able to stop the shipment from returning to Indiana. If I hadn't managed to get through to say I was picking up the vehicle at the end of the day, he probably would have taken longer to effect repairs. He was proud of the slide work he did and said it now worked perfectly. However, the slide went out of alignment two days later while I was returning to the East Coast. The new damage it caused was extensive and included ripping the gasket and its rivets from the chassis, damaging the floor, and more [see photo]. Only one side of the vehicle's body was worked on and the cosmetic repair was incomplete. George claimed the insurance adjuster told him not to repair the other side; now the adjuster had to redo the estimate to remove the money he was going to get for repairing both sides. It was not the first untruth we caught him telling. Most of my emails, phone calls, and text messages went unanswered. When I picked up the RV, George was surprised to hear that I needed the vehicle back over one week earlier. Seems like he never read his messages, and he blamed his part-time office manager for ignoring the messages. He said she was not in that day so we couldn't check with her, but I later found out that she was in because the insurance agent had talked with her (same phone number as George's phone) earlier. After traveling home, I called to talk with RV-Pro about the vehicle and what they did. Beside the dust which was present, they apparently needed to remove the molding over the front bunk bed slide motor and they never replaced the safety pins. So, the bunk bed fell down while I was driving and it was now out of alignment [see photo]. I don't know what damage was done from that because the vehicle is now in the shop where I purchased it. RV-Pro has once again not returned any of my calls or messages. If I could rate them a "0", I would. Had I not entrusted them with my vehicle, there would have been thousands of dollars less in repairs. I had to make the cross country trip without a tailpipe. George told me it wasn't necessary! I guess he never read all the issues - heat, exhaust fumes, melted plastic - which can occur. Either that, or he is ignorant about these things. In either event, I wouldn't trust this shop to fix anything.

    Out with the old and in with the new butta-boom-butta-bing

    We bought an WBO View RV last year and made our first trip to SD in April. We had problems with our water system and called all authorized dealers to get warranty service and none could accommodate us for three plus months. RV Pro to the rescue, professional, timely and personable can't thank them enough for getting us back up and running.

    We were getting prepped to go camping and our slide-out decided to fail 3 days before the trip. We…read morechecked around, sent out quote requests and were answered very quickly by Tim of EWT. Tim was out to our house the very next day, on time and with a small back up crew. Within an hour or so, he had our problem solved - turned out to be a failed circuit board and we were lucky that he had one available and on site, ready to switch out. Prior to the repairs he explained to me what was going on, what he was testing and what might need to be done. After they swapped out the circuit board, he showed me what he did, demonstrated the proper way to use a slide-out with a glitch in it, showed us the part he swapped out. He also did a complimentary roof inspection and told us that we could call him anytime, day or night, home or camping spot, and he would come out if we needed another repair down the road. Our payment went through Venmo and his prices are EXTREMELY reasonable, especially because of the quick turnaround. Then (yes, there is more) he sent us some instructional videos that we could use down the road. What impressed me the most was his friendliness, his courtesy and his kindness. The same goes for his staff, Ivan and... (forgive me... missed his name even though he told me but I blabbered away and forgot, didn't want to look inattentive by asking for it again. Was it... Vince?) But I can tell you, they were friendly and outgoing, which also speaks volumes for the company they work for. In today's climate where you ask for a quote and you never hear back, you leave a voice mail and you never hear back, or you finally hear back and the next available spot is 2 weeks away, having Tim and his crew come out the very next day reminded me of what actual customer service is. Tim saved our upcoming New Years Eve camping trip and he is going to be the one person that we call when we have any issues in the the future!!!

    Tim quickly responded when 3 other "Mobile Repair Companies" couldn't be bothered on a Friday…read moremorning to even answer the call. I was given a 1hr window for arrival within 3 hours of calling and he arrived prompt and ready to get to work. As a 20yr retired mechanic I had an idea what could be leaking, but Tim walked me through the locations of these "trouble points", ran through the scenario systematically, and fixed our problem within 30min while showing me what to look for and why... It's so hard to find trustworthy help these days or assistance that's affordable... Finding both in the same guy with EWT was the blessing we needed to save our camping trip. I can see why he's one of the few approved vendors allowed into Santee Lakes Recreational campgrounds. Thanks again Tim!
