Outstanding Service! They Saved Our Camping Trip! We arrived at Campland for what was supposed to be a fun weekend, only to experience an RV electrical issue for the very first time! With the heat and absolutely no power to our RV, we needed someone who could help us ASAP. Talk about perfect timing! RV Pro Mobile Repair happened to be working on our neighbor's refrigerator across the way, and we were fortunate enough to get the owner to come over and take a look at our RV. He immediately diagnosed the issue with our electrical circuit, bypassed the faulty component to get our power back up and running, and ordered the replacement part. He returned THE VERY NEXT DAY, installed the new part, and had us completely back in business! I cannot say enough wonderful things about this company! The owner was incredibly attentive, knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely cared about getting our RV operational as quickly as possible. What could have completely ruined our camping trip turned into a minor inconvenience thanks to his outstanding service. It's so refreshing to find a company that is responsive, reliable, and follows through on its promises. The fact that he got us up and running immediately AND returned the next day to complete the repair speaks volumes about his dedication to his customers. RV Pro Mobile Repair has earned our business for LIFE! We will never use anyone else for our RV repairs. If you're in the San Diego area and need mobile RV service, look no further. We couldn't be happier with our experience! THANK YOU for saving our camping trip! read more

Avoid this place at all costs. This guy is a scam artist. I asked him to replace a converter in my travel trailer. He said it would cost $175 just to come out and check my existing converter. Seemed ridiculous, but I agreed. He came and told me what I already knew - that I needed a new converter. Then he said he'd order a new one for $350. He told me he only takes $40 profit on the part. After he left he sent me an invoice for $832. I looked up the part and ordered it for $130. Then I asked him to simply install the new converter that I ordered. He revised his invoice to $350 and said I owed that amount before he completed the work ($175 for service call and $175 for diagnostic work). The "service call" fee was supposed to include diagnostic. I refused and said I'd only pay after he completed the work. He said I owed him $350 for the work he already completed and an additional amount would be billed to me after he installed the part. I again refused so he threatened to come to home to "collect payment". I have a wife and kids and my wife was legitimately concerned at this point. She asked me to pay him to keep him away. So I did and got someone else to install the part. I asked him for a refund of the one hour labor and told him he can keep the $175 service call fee that we originally agreed to, but he predictably ghosted me after he received payment. read more

We got into Chula Vista for a week long vacation. A shake down for our brand new C-class. The 2nd day the arm of our awning broke, just fell apart. They came out and fixed it so it wasn't flopping all over the place & possibly damaging our C-class. They contacted the manufacturer of the awning & they had a 3 week wait for the arm needed. So they looked on Amazon and found one but it wouldn't be here until 2 days after we leave! So they must have worked all day yesterday on the phone & found the arm locally. They came out today and replaced the arm. All works great. They were so responsive and worked so hard to get us back on the road. I wouldn't have trusted how we had it to go all the way home before getting it fixed. So happy with them. Will use them if we need to again. read more

I have been using RV Pro Mobile for over a year for my rental RV, and they have been a game-changer. I found them after realizing that the larger competitors would keep my RV for weeks, which wasn't an option since I couldn't afford to cancel guest reservations. Every time I've called, they've shown up the next day with an estimate and got my RV fixed quickly, minimizing any downtime. Their pricing is fair, and the quality of their work is excellent. Recently, I had a serious accident that required extensive repairs. RV Pro Mobile worked seamlessly with my insurance and warranty providers and completed the repairs in an impressive timeframe. I highly recommend them! read more

Ok, full disclosure, he did not perform any work on my RV because he helped ME resolve it over the phone, for FREE. I had a problem with my gray tank, the RV is new (to me, 2018 Montana), and I had drained my tanks regularly. My kitchen sink backed up on one trip and I disconnected everything, checked for clogs, ran a snake, everything I could do and it wouldn't drain. He helped me understand that there was a second grey tank but I only had the one valve in my compartment. He told me what to go look for and lo and behold, there was a rod without a handle sticking out by the rear drivers wheel and when I pulled it, the tank drained. The dealer never showed that to me, and I couldn't find anything on YouTube. WHEN I actually need anything done, this guy gets my business. THANK YOU, SIR! You saved my bacon today... read more

I posted a review about the horrific qualify of work and service by this company. Recap, they replaced all the plumbing from both black and grey tanks on my Airstream Excella and replaced the OEM Thetford with Valterra. Since my original pulls are not compatible with the Valterra valves, they pulled mine and took them and installed generic pulls that do not fit. After 4 months trying to get them to do the job right, I asked for a refund so I could pay someone else to do it right and they ghosted me. This is an update to show how much it cost to replace what they pulled from my rig, just in parts. They charged me $1100 for the garbage that is installed now, plus the $600 in parts that I just purchased, equals a $1700 life lesson. Crooks. read more

We had RV Pro come out to our RV site to help us with a non functioning toilet. They were on time and took great care of our coach.

Thought this was a place where we could buy boat & RV parts...Nope! It looked more like an RV junk yard! We couldn't find a store to it or even an entrance. It's also not the safest of places to go and we picked up 2 nails in our tires while leaving the street. I would highly suggest calling the establishment prior to making a trip here. read more

Father/son business. Great service! These guys are fast, knowledgeable, friendly and very helpful! Best service anywhere! One suggestion, however, get an estimate before you start. Sometimes I'm shocked at price because I did not clarify. My bad. Not theirs. I aKeats forget that they need to go out and purchase parts. I'm kinda used to auto parts being delivered. RVs are different. Anyway, come here for excell service! Amyl read more

I was 2700 miles from home and needed a new muffler tailpipe (old one had fallen off-see photo), body work on bottom of vehicle, and new slider gears for my brand new Class A Thor Palazzo RV. I waited 2 weeks after they initially told me I could bring my RV in before they were actually ready to work on it. I needed the RV back in two weeks, but they kept it way longer. When they couldn't find a replacement tailpipe, I gave them the number of a place in Long Beach who had the part and the number of two closer, in-network service shops who might have the part in stock. They never contacted any of these places. The slide work was under warranty and I arranged for expedited delivery of new slide gears from the factory. However, George gave the contact person the wrong address for delivery (address given was old office across the street). I managed to alert the warranty dept who was able to stop the shipment from returning to Indiana. If I hadn't managed to get through to say I was picking up the vehicle at the end of the day, he probably would have taken longer to effect repairs. He was proud of the slide work he did and said it now worked perfectly. However, the slide went out of alignment two days later while I was returning to the East Coast. The new damage it caused was extensive and included ripping the gasket and its rivets from the chassis, damaging the floor, and more [see photo]. Only one side of the vehicle's body was worked on and the cosmetic repair was incomplete. George claimed the insurance adjuster told him not to repair the other side; now the adjuster had to redo the estimate to remove the money he was going to get for repairing both sides. It was not the first untruth we caught him telling. Most of my emails, phone calls, and text messages went unanswered. When I picked up the RV, George was surprised to hear that I needed the vehicle back over one week earlier. Seems like he never read his messages, and he blamed his part-time office manager for ignoring the messages. He said she was not in that day so we couldn't check with her, but I later found out that she was in because the insurance agent had talked with her (same phone number as George's phone) earlier. After traveling home, I called to talk with RV-Pro about the vehicle and what they did. Beside the dust which was present, they apparently needed to remove the molding over the front bunk bed slide motor and they never replaced the safety pins. So, the bunk bed fell down while I was driving and it was now out of alignment [see photo]. I don't know what damage was done from that because the vehicle is now in the shop where I purchased it. RV-Pro has once again not returned any of my calls or messages. If I could rate them a "0", I would. Had I not entrusted them with my vehicle, there would have been thousands of dollars less in repairs. I had to make the cross country trip without a tailpipe. George told me it wasn't necessary! I guess he never read all the issues - heat, exhaust fumes, melted plastic - which can occur. Either that, or he is ignorant about these things. In either event, I wouldn't trust this shop to fix anything. read more

Absolutely horrible. George, the owner, came out charged me $100 and looked at my RV. Promised to do a bunch of work on it the following Monday. Took a piece of my electrical with him to try and replace it and then scheduled an appointment with me. I drove out to meet him and he never showed up. I get it, sometimes stuff happens. I was OK with scheduling another appointment. And then after never hearing from them for several weeks I just asked for my electrical piece back so I could try and replace it on my own. I have made several calls, texts, and have not heard anything since This is well over a month now. Whatever you do, do not use these people. They are not good. read more

A problem recurred in my 28 ft class A Motor Home. The Emergency Brake froze while parked in front of my home and nothing would release it. I would not recommend this shop to. Anyone. We purchased a Motorhome last May 2017 and stopped by and paid a $1000 deposit for a satalite dish. We told Jorge to order it and that we would be back after we get the brakes, tires and generator taken care of. When returned in July to have the roof done, a fan installed and the satalite dish. We returned in three days and there was a huge dent in the back side of Motorhome, the roof looked like crap and his son broke both the covers to the air conditioners and the fan was not completed installed. They damaged the generator that was just repaired. Damaged the new blinds in the bedroom (not even sure why they were even in there). The work is done across the street at Otay Metal Mart, which is not their property. This is where they backed the Motorhome in and it something and stole our come along. Jorge said the damage was already there. He refused to give us our keys back and denied all the damage that they did, which cost us over $ 5000 to repair all the damage he did. We're waiting now for our day in court. We would not have given a one because there is no zero. Do not go here they suck and should not be in business. We have now been to court several times fighting for what RV Pro owes us. read more

We parked our RV there for a few months and the place and price was very convenient. The unfortunate part is that we had to work around their schedule to pick up and return OUR RV...not to mention OUR RV was only available to us Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 p.m. we take OUR RV on the weekends but RV Pros is not Open. They also needed advanced noticed for us to pick up or return OUR RV . We didn't have any access to OUR RV without notifying them. They also wanted our keys because they play musical cars and move cars to their convenience. I picked up my RV today because the gate was unlocked and 45 minutes later, I get a call from Ernestina stating that I have to leave, and they already rented out my spot. I paid until the end of the month and I have 8 days left. At this point, I want my pro rated rate of the money left for the end of the month. These people are ridiculous and thinking that they are getting my keys to my RV and not having the ability to have access to my RV. In addition, I am also replacing my toilet because the rats from the space at through the wires. I understand that it is close to the canyon, but I have never had this issue with rats. Place is very unprofessional and I would never deal with them again, and I will tell all my friends with RV's not to go with them because you will not be happy. read more

I wanted to rent out our RV to offset the monthly payment so I worked with RV Pro Mobile and it was the worse decision I ever made. Over a two-year period and 2K additional miles on our RV, I never received one cent and our RV came back damaged and in worse shape than when I dropped it off. In a nutshell, this company lacks customer service after point of sale and does not hold true to fair business values. We purchased a used refrigerator for a diesel pusher coach and had them install it as well. During installation, they scratched the front of the fridge doors. I emailed them requesting either compensation to fix, or for them to fix the scratches themselves. They stated the damage was already there, and they even have pictures to prove it. When I asked for the pictures, I was told they had been erased (what's the point of taking pictures if you erase them a day later?). Finally, they admitted to scratching the fridge, but claimed our driver was okay with the damage. I explained our driver had no authorization to approve the damage, and they should have called me for this issue. Needless to say, they will not return my emails anymore. As a side note, the fridge was absolutely filthy with mold inside when we received it. A quick wipe down before delivery would have been appreciated. read more

Worst service I have ever received. I don't normally leave reviews But seeing as they screwed me out of money and time I thought I'd leave a review to possibly prevent it from happening to someone else. Long story short I called for some repairs on the jacks of my rv. A young man came out to check my jacks. Left it more broken than it was before the initial time he came to check it. when asked to come and at least leave them up to be able to move the rv he said he didn't have the proper tools and time to fix it that day and that I would have to wait. After numerous attempts to have them fix it an older man came out and checked it out. And finally put the jack up. They said some parts would need to be ordered to fix it so I paid a deposit to order the parts. 2 weeks later I call to check status and they said that I actually needed to pay the full amount for the parts in order to be order. So I paid the full amount and long story short after numerous fights with the lady at the receptionist and numerous attempts to get my rv fixed they never fixed it and refused to return my money for the part. They said that they would keep the money because someone had to come and fix the jack (the one the young man left down and never fixed) all this happen throughout at least 3-4 months of waiting around and forking out money to them to have absolutely nothing done. They even put in the wrong fuse to our leveling panel which ended up frying out the panel so a new one needed to be placed. I recommend waiting the time at real rv repair places so this does not happen to anyone else. read more

George was on time and solved the problem to our satisfaction. It took several visits but I feel he calculated his time accurately. The cost was pretty standard for RV repair: had I taken it to a shop it probably would not have saved any cost. As a matter of fact the root of the problem was caused by a substandard previous repair by Camping World in Fife, Wa. The fact that I could watch the repair is comforting to me. George had a tendency to talk rather than listen but I do not find that uncommon. I simply persisted in making my concerns known and it worked out fine in the end. I would not hesitate to call RV Pro again and I echo the comments about the office person handling the calls. She is pleasant, helpful, efficient and accurate. Our furnace has been restored to quiet and normal functioning. read more

Do not use these guys. George did a repair 10 months ago on my RV. There is a 1 year warranty on parts and labor supposedly. The repair failed with 2 months left on the warranty. He came by to check on my RV with his girl friend spent 1o minutes looking at the RV and declared the RV was a bad design and he would not do anything to fix his work. I called and made an appointment for a water leak somewhere that is now starting to cause warping of my floor. This same company has come out before for this exact issue. An hour and a half before the appointment they left me a voicemail stating "we are not going to come out because we didn't install your toilet".
