I don't even know that you needed to get your tires rotated every so often so I ended up buying 4 new tires earlier this year due to them all being bald... ANYWAYS they took real good care of me there, I called when they opened and was told that they take walkins but it's also better to make an appointment just in case. Showed up, filled out some simple paperwork and was in and out within 2 hours. They explained to me with a break model showing me how bad they were and how my rotars had damage as well. After that conversation I requested to see the breaks and rotars that they had removed and he said yes. They were very low and barely there . When it was time to pay I asked if they had military discount and they do. They apply it to the service fee but the entire thing. Nice 10%. He also provided me a copy of my receipt and explained everything that was on it to me. He was very kind and patient. I wish I had his name, all I know is that he's bald and light skinned.

After calling a few different repair shops, I spoke with Amanda at Supreme Auto Repair. She was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable, and her excellent customer service is what ultimately convinced me to bring my car in. After the repair, I noticed my emergency brake wasn't working properly, so I brought the car back. The team immediately took the time to inspect it and corrected the issue without any hesitation. It turned out to be a minor adjustment to the brake pads, and they handled it quickly and professionally. A special thanks to Mark for getting everything taken care of and making sure my car was working perfectly. It's clear that this team genuinely cares about their customers and stands behind their work. I highly recommend Supreme Auto Repair to anyone looking for honest, reliable service and exceptional customer care.

Their pricing was competitive compared to other quotes I received, and while the job wasn't completed especially quickly, the turnaround time was reasonable and within what I expected. The main reason I'm not giving 5 stars is that several of my gloss black lug nuts were heavily marred during the installation and will likely need to be replaced. My wheels and tires had been installed just two days earlier, and I specifically paid extra for those lug nuts, so it was frustrating to see them damaged almost immediately. The suspension work appears to have been done well, but I wish more care had been taken to protect the wheels and hardware during the process. Other than that, the experience was positive and I'd consider using them again.
