Another terrible review for this dealership. They contacted ME because I have a leased Santa Fe and…read moremy lease was coming to an end. They wanted to get me into a new lease. Great! I want to be in a new lease for a new Santa Fe. There should be no problem, right? Well, I explained that one contingency would be that I have one car too many. So what I would like to do is sell them my Kia, turn in my old Santa Fe, and lease a new one. A little bit complex, but still not a big deal and they seemed amenable to this. The first person i dealt with collected a bunch of information. Had me send pictures of all the cars Vin numbers, blah blah blah, which I did. But after two weeks, we did not have any numbers. The whole thing became ridiculous. And they wanted me to run a credit check etc without giving me any sort of numbers to work with numbers like how much they were going to pay me for my existing car, and how much they were going to charge me as a base Price to calculate the new lease. I don't know about you, but if I'm selling a car, I want somebody to tell me how much they're going to pay for it . Similarly if I am going to buy a car. I want them to tell me the Price. They are going to charge me for the car itself (I was not asking for the monthly payment, rather the price of the new car). Well, when we finally spoke on the phone, some sales person hung up on me. When I told him that if they couldn't provide me this information, there was no need for me to run a credit check because I need numbers to work with to evaluate whether or not. I'm getting a good deal. But, the guy hung up on me. I sent a letter to the parent company and all the presidents, BP, etc. Somebody called back from the dealership and we're very apologetic Another flurry of texts went by. However, they would not tell me how much they were planning on paying for my Kia. Nor what they tell me how much they were charging me for the new Santa Fe. I suspect it's because they did not want to give me that information. Of course that's information that I would need to determine whether or not I was making a good deal for myself. I mean maybe they were going to pay me a couple grand less than Carmax. Maybe they were gonna try and charge me sticker Price or above. I don't know and I will never know because they absolutely refused to give me those two pieces of information. What they wanted to do was give me a deal and tell me what my monthly cost would be. But that's not a very good basis for evaluation. If you can't tell me what you're gonna pay me for my car and how much I am going to pay for a new vehicle, you're probably not creating a deal. That's in my best interest. These are bits of information that anybody has a right to know. Oh, and did I mention that this all took place over literally dozens texts over the course of three weeks? What a scammy way to do business. Anybody who won't give you the specifics about a transaction and Tells you just to "trust" them, that you will be satisfied with the deal is not booking out for your best interests. I don't think anybody in this company or their parent company cares very much about what is happening in their sales floor. But if they do, I am more than happy to show them all of the texts. Between all of the people I have spoken with. Run away from this company

They answered all my ?s. The next day I get a call from David saying to come right in and to pick the color I wanted . I was very excited and pleased with what Direct Auto Plaza Honda had to offer me with a great price and monthly payment. Me and my family are now enjoying our 2016 Honda Accord I would recommend Direct Auto Plaza Honda to anyone that is interested in getting a car in the future. I know I'll be back!!!!

At one point, he asked to take a photo of my bank account showing my payoff amount using his personal phone, which immediately raised serious privacy concerns. When it became clear that no deal would be made, I asked him to delete the photo. He claimed he already had but refused to show me proof. Because of this, I had to involve his manager to ensure the photo was actually deleted. Once negotiations officially ended, Abraham's demeanor changed completely and became even more unprofessional. The entire experience felt invasive, disrespectful, and concerning from a customer privacy standpoint. Based on this experience, I do not recommend this place. For a better experience just make the drive to San Diego.

Deal was made on a holiday, next day I went to my bank and got a cashier's check for the full amount. While walking back to my car, I got a call saying the truck wasn't available. This dealer has NO INTEGRITY. Months later I met their guy at an event. I strongly expressed my displeasure with that deal and he told me to "F*#k off". For the record, I am a 72 year old US Army retired Master Sergeant. In the last 35 years I have bought exactly 50 vehicles. This dealer is the worst. Wish I could give them zero stars.

I went from my Sienna (that I got 2 years ago from United) to a Camry & am so pleased. Leslie -- I owe you. Leslie helped me out and was communicative, thorough, and followed through on whatever she said she would do.
