Next, the charging system wasn't keeping the batteries up so he called El Centro RV Repair. Luckily, we spoke to Rene when he was out last week working on & helped another RV and got his card so we knew who to call. Rene and one other guy came out and fixed the cables that were loose-but it didn't solve the charging problem. Rene said he needed a new charger and could get a one in by Tuesday (3 days not counting the weekend). They replaced items that he found a switch that would have fixed it. They didn't find the problem and RV still didn't work.

We drove carefully 37 minutes to muffler world, where they were waiting and ready to help us! I didn't have much service to contact them, but my dad was able to call for me and the man that helped us out heard all about our situation prior to us getting there. He dropped everything he was doing to lift our car up and help us secure the panel back in place. He educated us on why it came off, how to fix it if it happens again, and even cracked a few jokes in the process. We were pretty stressed out, but absolutely floored by the kindness from this man. It made our whole day and we made it safely to our destination because of him. Can't recommend this place enough!
