I said great I'll take it and he said ok but we are closed Monday so can you return it Tuesday at 9 and no extra charges. I said no problem as it worked better for me to return Monday but Balal did not want bike left outside when they are closed which I agreed to When I returned the bike Tuesday at 9 Balalaika came up and said "everything is good I will email you your receipt and I have your credit card o. file. Two weeks ago I was traveling and had a flat halfway between Blythe and Phoenix. After waiting 4.5…read morehours to get a tow to Quartzite, a night in a hotel, and an 80 mile tow to the dealer the next day (NOT related) my patience was understandably a bit thin. Finally unloaded my bike around 10-11am Saturday morning for a rear tire change. I called in advance, they confirmed they had a tire, and would have everything ready when I arrived. They did tell me that it's 'first come first serve' on Saturday. Ugh...typically a sign of pending doom. When we got there 3-4 guys came right out to help unload the bike and as promised all the paperwork was waiting. The downside was the 'first come first serve' especially when you're on the road. It seems that dealers have different takes on how to handle in-transit travelers. I understand why they do it, but given others will give you priority it is still frustrating that I had to wait 4.5 hours for a tire change to get back on the road. Everyone from the tech writers to the mechanic and even the sales staff were excellent in answering questions and making sure we were comfortable while waiting, and frankly can't speak highly enough about the personnel. I've been to the dealer in the past for long weekends in the area, but Yuma was not our destination that trip (Phoenix) and have never had any complaints. I'm knocking off a star only for the wait but otherwise I'd be happy to visit the dealer again (and I'm sure I will). Thanks for the great service guys!

Brought in my wife's Vespa for a service ( new battery, oil change and said it had a little…read morehesitation in it I figured it was bad gas. Keep in mind the Vespa only had 3700 miles on it. This was the second service. The first was done at another shop. I figured I would give PSM the work knowing the history of them and why they relocated. I took it on a Monday and explained what needed to be done, Brian called me on Tuesday to clear up a few things all seemed well. I called them on Friday afternoon to check the progress. Brian explains that the work was complete however said that the crank bearing is bad and that the motor would need to rebuilt or replaced. I explained that was impossible the bike ran great. They tried to say the oil was low. I explained that I have 5 motorcycles and still ride and I had just checked the oil a week before. I went to the shop to talk to Jay the mechanic. He said there was a noise in the motor which I could not hear. He said to me the oil was low. I explained if the oil was that low why didn't the oil light come on. He had no answer . He said he rode it in the parking lot and that you could tell the bearing was bad. So I payed the bill for the service and decided to ride back home. The Vespa ran absolutely perfect no hesitation, no noise. On my way home i decided to ride it to Joe who owns the shop on HWY111 just East of Portola. Keep in mind Joe is an official Vespa dealer as well. I explained the scenario to him and asked him to take a look. We went out and started it he asked if he could take it for a ride. He came beck in about 10 minutes and said the motor is sound and nothing is wrong with it. I feel that PSM didn't know my motorcycle experience and thought I would say just replace the motor or trade the bike in. I do not recommend you take anything here for service if that's how they are going to conduct business. I will post this review on every platform I can. Also I have ridden the Vespa over 250 miles since it as diagnosed with a bad crank bearing.

I was getting off the 8 in…read moreEl Centro, while riding with a buddy from San Diego to Phoenix, when I realized I lost my shift lever a few miles back. A fellow rider on his way home from the track stopped and asked if we were okay. After explaining our current mechanical situation with my Dyna to the good samaritan, he suggested that I call Tim. I explained my situation to Tim and at first he couldn't find me a lever. He explained to me that a lever from a Honda quad has the same splining and that it should work to get me to Phoenix. He then calls me back a minute later and said that he had found one in the driveway of his pad and that he was on his way. My mind was blown, this guy didn't know me at all and he was going to bring me a part so that I could could continue on my journey. He shows up ten minutes later, slaps the lever on and tells me safe travels. I shake his hand, offer him cash and a double double from In and Out. He respectfully declines and sets off on his way. Really cool guy, I'm going to make an attempt to check out his shop on my way home to San Diego in a couple of days.
