Thanks Richard for getting our Junk Valet dump trailer up and running. With your expertise, you will keep us in compliance on the road. We don't need tickets for lights not working, right. Best RV came out and worked on my trailer and 1-ton truck wiring. The trailer also needed a wire ran from the truck battery to the trailer to charge it's battery. Best RV also worked on the wiring on our truck because the turn signals did not work correctly. Well worth the price, I can drive on the roads and not worry about my electrical. read more

This company is great. I just moved into my 5th wheel and was having issues getting the slide outs to go out. I also have surgery coming up and had to get this done ASAP. Not only did they come out and worked on getting it out but did way more than the other rv tech that came out and in 5 minuets couldn't help and left. They were very friendly and fast...I couldn't of asked for better help. They were able to make me an appointment a couple days later to get them out. They did a lot of work and they had to take apart the whole mechanism in order for them to push slide outs out. I can tell you that they are very professional and I would not hesitate to call them with any trouble I might need help with. I will be using them for any problems in the future. We were broken down in California on 12/23/17 when Richard at Best RV Tech came to our rescue. We called our dealership and others an no one was available because of the holiday. Our dealership recommended Richard so we called him. We talked to him and explained the problem, he immediately knew what was wrong. We sent him pictures of the part, he ordered a part and came out to fix it within 1 1/2 hours. Richard was professional and got the job done quickly. He cleaned up when he was finished. We even called him a few days later just to ask a question about out RV because we knew he could answer it. He answered our questions without hesitation. During our conversation we learned that he is not just a mechanic, he has owned several of his own RV's and is familiar with their quirks. Bad customer service out weighs the work. First of all not once did they ever show up one time but when they did finally start work to fix the plumbing on our trailer and it ended up just being a clog. When he finished we told him we were sending the $870.33 invoice to our warranty company and they'll pay it. He said "ok" and that hell come back tomorrow to put the panelling back on. Not once did he ever say that he would need paid the next day or that he was expecting payment from us. We had made it very clear that the warranty company would pay them. To which both him and his dad said ok to. The next day when he finished putting the panelling back on he then demanded payment from me. I told him that I sent the invoice to the warranty company and they would pay them. Not once did we sign or get anything in writing saying that we personally need to pay him. He then continued to harass me to the point of almost crying, and said if I didnt pay him right then he would take back the work he did and then our plumbing wouldn't work. I told him to go for it, it would be more work for him and save me money by just putting the 10$ part on myself that he found nessicery to charge 120$ for. He didnt like that and said that I need to pay him again. After him bullying and harassing me into payment I said he would have to wait for me to go to the bank, he then said it would be more because I'm taking his time. To which i responded " you either wait or not get paid" he then asked for a credit card or debit card and i told him that there's no money on them because we just paid rent. He then went off saying that he knows what the military gets paid (which was not my point to begin with) and then continued to disrespect the military and myself. In the end his shitty disrespectful attitude outweighs the work that was done. Especially considering that all he did was take the panel off and the cut the PVC pipe, clean it and then put it back on. Definitely not worth almost 900 dollars and bad customer service. read more

My RV awning need some repair. The arm would not collapse so I was not able to roll up my awning and protect it from the wind. As a result the awning was in bad shape and blocking the door for me to go in and out of the RV. I messaged Best RV early in the morning is Yelp and Richard responded immediately when he started his day. At first he said he would not be able to make it out to the RV location until Monday as they do not work the weekends and his Friday schedule was full. But he gave me a call back shortly after our conversation and he was able to move things around to help me same day. He said he would be able to make it between 12:30-1:30. He arrived around 1 and my awning was repaired within an hour and half of him and his team arriving. His quoted price of $245 which included the service call, the assessment, time and the repair. Very fair. When I am back down in the San Diego and needing repair to the RV I will be using Best RV. They did a great job...honest, nice, prompt and fair. read more

I don't know how to even begin to express my gratitude for all Richard and Dwayne have done for my mother and I. My mother is 87 and lives on her own in Oceanside, I live in Wisconsin. She needed some work done on her trailer and didn't know where to turn so I found Best RV repair on the Internet and thought I'd call them and see if they could help. Every time I have called Richard to help out my mother he has been very prompt in returning the call and getting to her place in a very timely manner. She has had awning repairs, toilet repairs, sink and shower repairs, door-lock repairs and numerous other things.
