We bought a 2021 Grand Design 297 RSTS during the covid pandemic. We ordered the trailer July 29 and picked it up October 23. The Grand Design factory was behind at first because of covid and, surprisingly, because so many people are buying travel trailers because traveling is safe and fun for the family! We had many elective items added afterward so we spent many hours on many days working with everyone. I would have picked up on anyone not being top notch, but I never did. They were as great (shockingly) from our first look at their trailers to our driving off the lot. And, because of more add-ons my husband chose, we will be back. I would, without hesitation, recommend Country Club RV Sales and Service. We are just driving home with our new travel trailer/home-we are full-timers-and are happy campers!

I…read morewas pulling a newly purchased used enclosed trailer from Tucson to San Diego, at about Casa Grande to buy fuel I did a walk around and noticed grease all over the rim, placing my hand near the hub it was super hot. I had a burnt wheel bearing. I figured I could make it to Yuma which I did. Of course it was 1:30am and everything was closed I slept in the wallmart parking lot. I was up by 5:00am and I googled trailer repair and found JRs mobile , he had an on call number so I dialed and he picked up. I brought my trailer over at 8:00, they unhooked me and they told me they'd take a look and recommended I go find a restaurant. They text me an hour later , I arrived and they informed me I had caused irreparable damage to the spindle and cracked the hub. I left the trailer there while JRs located the axle, it was located in Riverside so the end of the week I picked it up, the following week I delivered the axle , they had removed the damaged axle so after I arrived they installed the axle and tires back on while I waited. Not only was it a relief to find an honest repair shop but the Owner Rene was an expert mechanic, he has a very well equipped shop that is a statement to his professionalism. Rene is a master diesel mechanic but also services trucks,,autos , semi trailers , basically if it has a motor he's your guy. If you a local JRs is probably well known, if your a late night traveler like me it's a huge relief to find JRs. I highly recommend Rene and his JRS mobile mechanic team big or small jobs !!!

Replaced same, worked fine. So why wouldn't we call him this time our our A/C not working? Yep, we called he arrived promptly when he said he would. Jumped into the issue, found the problem--------a loose ground on a control board in the unit, tightened same, performed a quality control check on the rest of the unit, buttoned up and voila!!! Numerous emails saying they are in their way. Even emails asking if I have received the requested samples. Sadly, I will never know the quality of their product because I am no longer interested. Sad, too, because they seem to do good work.
