It started back before Christmas with Freedom RV in TX who charged us 160.00. They said they filed a claim and would call me. I never heard from them and called them after a month once I got to the new campground. They said they had a so-called computer problem and never filed the claim. finally warranty company called and said the unit was sent overnight to Freedom RV but we are in Yuma Az not TX. They sent a list of technicians so we chose the only mobile tech in Yuma from the list, Chris ---- with Your RV Matters. they sent the unit to him. I didn't hear from anyone for over a week so I reached out to the warranty company, they said they sent to him on March 6. He kept saying he was coming over but didn't. 15 days later he installed charged us 400.00 dollars and said that the Coleman a/c warranty company would pay us back. In some cases, they would pay him and he would pay us back. they paid Turns out they only pay contractors and sent him 240.00 so he's been paid twice and he left about 20 minutes later it was getting hot so I went on the roof to see if the cover was off and found a few scratches up on roof and called him to fix the a/c cause it getting hot and to patch the holes and scratches. he patch one of the scratches and said a/c is running 10 minutes later it got hot we tried to contact him by text and phone calls no response then we called Coleman warranty they said call another company so 5star repair came out and he called warranty to confirm the 150.00 hourly rate they agreed then he wanted a 2 trip 50.00 as well they said no to the extra 100.00 dollars he hung up the phone and left now Pirates rv service called set appointment Friday at 2in the afternoon ok but that's 5 days away that's the earliest we can put u on the books then called back later to change to the following Monday so they can do it in the morning. now at this point it's been over 3 months with 1 a/c unit in a 43ft tin can at an average 90 to 105 in the house with a disabled handicap person in the heat all day long now we are out 560.00 out of pocket and still no a/c It Monday morning 4-13-2026 the Pirates contractor is scheduled for 9am the starting time is8:54 time out 12:00 the a/c seems to be working stop next day not cooling contacted Pirate RV they came out there was two thing bad freeze circuit now it's cooling waiting on the two parts to be replaced good job Pirates RV now the disabled, handicap, person that lives there can cool down now after 4 months off stress now I've been texting Mr Eric at Coleman warranty for a few days about the 400.00 dollars that was paid to Chris----- with your rv matters .no answer now your rv matters is out of business I've wrote to BBB no help they say his business is closed so they can't help us read more

Dustin was very conscientious and good to work with until his mother passed away in mid-July. At that time he shut his business down for an undefined period of time, didn't respond to texts or voicemails. While we are sympathetic to his loss, the lack of communication is very unprofessional. When he finally responded to an email two weeks later, his solution was to send someone he knew that was not experienced with our AC and just made a mess of the replacement AC. We ended up contacting another tech who was able to install the new AC and have it working.

I…read morewas pulling a newly purchased used enclosed trailer from Tucson to San Diego, at about Casa Grande to buy fuel I did a walk around and noticed grease all over the rim, placing my hand near the hub it was super hot. I had a burnt wheel bearing. I figured I could make it to Yuma which I did. Of course it was 1:30am and everything was closed I slept in the wallmart parking lot. I was up by 5:00am and I googled trailer repair and found JRs mobile , he had an on call number so I dialed and he picked up. I brought my trailer over at 8:00, they unhooked me and they told me they'd take a look and recommended I go find a restaurant. They text me an hour later , I arrived and they informed me I had caused irreparable damage to the spindle and cracked the hub. I left the trailer there while JRs located the axle, it was located in Riverside so the end of the week I picked it up, the following week I delivered the axle , they had removed the damaged axle so after I arrived they installed the axle and tires back on while I waited. Not only was it a relief to find an honest repair shop but the Owner Rene was an expert mechanic, he has a very well equipped shop that is a statement to his professionalism. Rene is a master diesel mechanic but also services trucks,,autos , semi trailers , basically if it has a motor he's your guy. If you a local JRs is probably well known, if your a late night traveler like me it's a huge relief to find JRs. I highly recommend Rene and his JRS mobile mechanic team big or small jobs !!!

This is because they don't actually offer service the Yuma area, notwithstanding their address or the information on their Yelp profile. We had a 3-day stay scheduled for Yuma before joining a caravan of RVs in El Centro heading to Baja. We were having a problem with our 12V electrical system not holding a charge and needed someone to check it out. I reached out to Best Tech RV through the Yelp app, based on the description of the service area and services performed. On a positive note, I received a reply very quickly, which I appreciate. On the negative side, the response said they no longer provide service in the area where we are staying. I don't know if he meant near the specific RV Park where we are staying, or Yuma in general. Since their Yelp listing shows a Yuma address, the reply was both confusing and frustrating. They could have provided an explanation, or better yet, perhaps referred is to someone else who could help us. Note that my 3-star rating is NOT based on the quality or timeliness of their service. I give them two stars for the quick reply and added one star because the owner reached out to me after I posted my review. The low rating is for them not providing service in the area their Yelp listing says they serve, for poor communication and for not offering us any suggestions for where to get help with our problem.

Employee charged at me when I waited in the wrong area for air check…read more The sign only said to scan to check in. I waited at that sign for a while and started to think "the sign does not say 'wait here' or 'stop' so therefore I pulled behind the car getting the air checked. The employee made the automatic assumption that I was simply behind the other car because of some other reason than the sign not specifically saying "wait here". He told me very violently if I could wait behind the sign and because of the way he said it I told him the sign does NOT say "wait here" or "stop". He said "I can't have you blocking the bays" and I continued to say "the sign should say 'wait here' or 'stop' and he was just like "yeah okay". I was implying that I did not come behind the other car because im a rude bitch that can not wait. But he was treating me like that so I was explaining that there was no way in hell that I knew to wait there. All the sign says is "scan to check in" it does NOT SAY "WAIT HERE". IT does not say it I was there for a while assuming I wait there but when the while went for a long time I decided that maybe I am doing the wrong thing. The sign does not say "wait here" or "stop" customers do NOT specifically know to actually wait there, its only a GUESS to us. And when I told him this, his attitude and the way he spoke to me did NOT change. if your going to CHARGE AT customers that dont wait behind the ambiguous sign by making the correct guess then maybe you should have the sign say "wait here" or "stop" instead of expecting customers to read minds and then getting mad when they dont read minds correctly. He did not at all understand from anyone else's perspective than his own. And even if the sign said "wait here" or "stop" he STILL should not have CHARGED AT MY CAR and spoke to me in an aggressive manner that sounded like he was going to start a fight with me for making a mistake. Whomever was working there yesterday for the air check needs to not treat customers in such a way that is so rude the customer thinks the employee is trying to start a fight. If your employees are going to possibly take it so personally when customers do not wait in the correct area for an air check then this location definitely needs to add to the sign "wait here" or "stop" not just "check in" . Either fire the employee or put the correct words on the sign so that this guy doesn't try to start fights. He literally, his tone and body language was very aggressive and no one should be experiencing that just because of making a misunderstooding, yet its not my fault the sign is completely and totally missing what the aircheck employee is assuming the customer will just magically know. No one told me to wait there or stop, the sign did not specify it at all. Did I really make a mistake or is this location in need of proper communication skills training? Because after I drive to the wrong area, he tells me to go to the sign, I say "it did not say wait there" then he says "you can't block my bays" which is totally understandable and agreeable but I also informed him that "the sign should say "wait here" and he still did not make the connection. The connection he should have made is that after he said "I can't cars blocking the bay" thats even more validity to having the sign say "wait here" - you know so that customers are actually told in the first place to wait there instead of getting charged and yelled at when they dont. His body language was very AGRESSIVE when he CHARGED at my car like he was going to start a fight which clearly signifys he's operating from his amygdala not his pre-frontal cortex which could have been activated by the heat, so either theres something wrong with this employee or the management should not be having them do air checks like the other discount tire about 15 min from this one due to excussive heat. They should be in the shade and given proper hydration maybe to avoid this. Needless to say I left this location because of his attitude.

He completely redid the engine on my R56 Mini Cooper S (complete engine overhaul). He also worked on my Jeep Rubicon - fixing a radiator leak, and replacing it with a new aluminum 4 core radiator. He will be replacing the transmission in it in the coming weeks. He is likely to show up a bit early, leave your car cleaner than he found it, and will definitely bring up any safety concerns he found while he had it.

***Fraudulent unsafe work that resulted in my car getting totaled a year later***…read more February 24, 2025 I got rear ended at a red light on my way to work. The other driver was uninsured. I took my car to a Geico partnered body shop, Grigg's Auto Body, because Geico offers a lifetime warranty if the repairs are not satisfactory. The original estimate was 1-month of work and $6k of damage. I argued with the Geico Adjuster, Rudy, that my car should be totaled because my c-pillar was buckled--indicating extensive damage. I was surprised Geico didn't want to total my car at that time. Once my car was at Grigg's, it went from 1-month repairs to two months and my car still wasn't finished being worked on by Grigg's. I reached the maximum amount that Geico would pay for my rental car so I paid a month out of pocket for my rental car that totaled to $1,300. On April 24, 2025 I told Grigg's and Rudy the adjuster I can't keep paying for the rental car and asked what else needed to be done to my car. Grigg's then said, "oh well it's drivable, we are just missing the Subaru and STI badges on the back." They also installed a not working back up light (some of the LEDs weren't working) and they misplaced a floor mat of mine. So I took pictures of everything reported that to them and Grigg's promised to order those items. However, David at Grigg's tried to argue they don't need to give me a working 4th brake light/reverse light because it was aftermarket and tried to claim that insurance wouldn't cover that when they already installed an aftermarket exhaust that was previously on there. I asked if my car had an alignment done yet and they said no, and stated they would meet me at an alignment shop (Ed Whitehead's was what was suggested by Grigg's) and they would bring a check and pay for it. That never happened. Two more months go by, June 2025, and I reach out asking for those missing items. Grigg's scheduled an appointment with me on June 19th at 9am. I dropped off my car then and six hours later I call back about an update. "Oh I've been trying to call you, my dad ordered the wrong light and we don't have the floor mats yet." Four months of trying to get my car fixed and finished. I called Geico and expressed how upset I was. I threatened a lawyer then and suddenly things were expedited shipping and I asked for photo proof before dropping my car off again. The following week my car mysteriously had zero oil in it which triggered the check engine light and several codes. I got an oil change prior to the accident and regularly check it. It had oil before the accident occurred and my car was only in the hands of Grigg's body shop. I had not taken it to any other shop afterwards at this point. When I brought this to Grigg's attention they only said, "Omgg okay Don't worry good thing you caught it haha." After I put oil in my car it never had another issue since. I do not trust Grigg's Auto Body. On July 1, 2025 Grigg's completed the final missing/broken items, but I refused to let them drive my car to an alignment shop at this point. Fast forward: On November 11, I was driving at night and was passing a tracker trailer when I came upon a huge blown out tire crossing the left lane into the right lane. I swerved left as much as I could without going off the road and it hit my front end cracking the front right bumper. I submitted the claim online and noticed Grigg's was still on Geico's site, but went to with their other partnered body shop called Gerber Collision. Gerber offered to check the work of the old body shop and I agreed because I was unhappy with the trunk bouncing back up when I attempted to close it indicating it wasn't aligned properly and the noise level from the exhaust and rain noise was much louder; almost like there was a hole or something wasn't patched properly. Gerber Collision found fraudulent work done by Grigg's. Grigg's stated in the invoice that they ordered a new metal trunk bed and welded that on. It was still the original damaged one they smoothed out and put bondo over it. Several spots of rusting already occurred and water was standing in the base of my trunk. Gerber Collision also found that Grigg's left a hammer wedged in between metal work under my car. Grigg's only paid for my rental car from April 2025. I still haven't received payment for the newest rental car that I had when Gerber discovered fraudulent and unsafe work done by Grigg's. My car was deemed a total loss by Geico on January 25, 2026 after driving with unsafe work for 10 months. Geico stated Grigg's will be paying them back for the fraudulent work. However, I'm the one who lost my dream car that Subaru does not produce anymore (2020 STI). I was promised a lifetime warranty for the repairs and if the repairs would've been done correctly the first time I would still have my car and not waste money on rental and buying another car.

We've now been to Bob's Diesel Service two times for routine maintenance on our motorhome. Last…read morewinter season we had a radiator flush/service, a steering stabilizer put on & a couple of other things. This week we had the oil changed & new fuel filters. Hubby appreciates that Bob allows him to stay on site while the work is being done so that he can inspect underneath the rig, ask questions & add extra services as needed. We find the value to be reasonable especially when we live in our rig full time & yearly maintenance is required to keep our old girl running like a dream.

The shop is clean, they use botties on their shoes to enter your coach and clean jump suits. Work is done in a timely manner. Fili replaced the pyrometer and after road test made adjustments. I am happy with the service and results. Will return when I need service in the future.

It's been a week since I had my windshield replaced, and I've been getting the runaround ever…read moresince. I chose this company because I wanted to support a local business instead of going with a larger chain. They gave me a $100 rebate, but that doesn't make up for what's happened. Shortly after the replacement, my vehicle started displaying multiple safety system warnings, including lane departure, pre-collision, radar cruise control, and headlight system malfunctions. These systems were working before the windshield was replaced. The manager has been dismissive of my concerns and has told me I would have to pay out of pocket to address problems that appeared after their work. Instead of standing behind the installation, I've been passed around without a real solution. To make matters worse, the office representative hung up on me during my most recent call. If you're using insurance for a windshield replacement, I'd recommend looking elsewhere. I expected professional work and customer service, but this experience has been extremely disappointing.

Mr. Luna was quick and courteous to come replace my husbands windshield. He called on a short…read morenotice and they were quick to come out and replace his windshield at MCAS.
