I…read morewas pulling a newly purchased used enclosed trailer from Tucson to San Diego, at about Casa Grande to buy fuel I did a walk around and noticed grease all over the rim, placing my hand near the hub it was super hot. I had a burnt wheel bearing. I figured I could make it to Yuma which I did. Of course it was 1:30am and everything was closed I slept in the wallmart parking lot. I was up by 5:00am and I googled trailer repair and found JRs mobile , he had an on call number so I dialed and he picked up. I brought my trailer over at 8:00, they unhooked me and they told me they'd take a look and recommended I go find a restaurant. They text me an hour later , I arrived and they informed me I had caused irreparable damage to the spindle and cracked the hub. I left the trailer there while JRs located the axle, it was located in Riverside so the end of the week I picked it up, the following week I delivered the axle , they had removed the damaged axle so after I arrived they installed the axle and tires back on while I waited. Not only was it a relief to find an honest repair shop but the Owner Rene was an expert mechanic, he has a very well equipped shop that is a statement to his professionalism. Rene is a master diesel mechanic but also services trucks,,autos , semi trailers , basically if it has a motor he's your guy. If you a local JRs is probably well known, if your a late night traveler like me it's a huge relief to find JRs. I highly recommend Rene and his JRS mobile mechanic team big or small jobs !!!

We had many elective items added afterward so we spent many hours on many days working with everyone. I would have picked up on anyone not being top notch, but I never did. An awesome experience!! We live in Yuma and were getting ready for a long trip. The night before…read morewe were leaving we experienced electrical problems in our brand new travel trailer. No battery power at all. Of course it was already dark so we had to delay our departure. I called Richard that night and left a message about the problem we were having. Shore power still worked so the fridge was ok. Richard called me back bright and early the next morning. He was out-of-state, but began to diagnose the problem and walked me through the entire repair process over the phone. I had found one blown fuse but still didn't have battery power even though the batteries were charged. After many trips under the trailer and three conversions with Richard, I finally found the reset button he said had to be somewhere under the trailer. Boom!!! Pushed the button and everything works. I would never have found it without Richard's help. All of this long distance help, on a weekend, was a godsend for us! Getting anything done in Yuma is usually a challenge at best, so this was an exceptional experience. My hat is off to you Richard!!! Thanks so much for your help!

We had a 3-day stay scheduled for Yuma before joining a caravan of RVs in El Centro heading to Baja. We were having a problem with our 12V electrical system not holding a charge and needed someone to check it out. I reached out to Best Tech RV through the Yelp app, based on the description of the service area and services performed. On a positive note, I received a reply very quickly, which I appreciate. On the negative side, the response said they no longer provide service in the area where we are staying. I don't know if he meant near the specific RV Park where we are staying, or Yuma in general. Since their Yelp listing shows a Yuma address, the reply was both confusing and frustrating. They could have provided an explanation, or better yet, perhaps referred is to someone else who could help us. Note that my 3-star rating is NOT based on the quality or timeliness of their service. I give them two stars for the quick reply and added one star because the owner reached out to me after I posted my review. The low rating is for them not providing service in the area their Yelp listing says they serve, for poor communication and for not offering us any suggestions for where to get help with our problem.

It's in a residential area and as you approach it, it almost seems like it's permanently closed. I parked in the big lot on the north side of the store and went in. You can tell there are items that probably haven't sold in 20 years hanging on display. The older gentleman, who I assume is the owner, was wrapping up a phone call. I quickly explained my dilemma, he sat quiet for a second and told me he'd be right back. He came back with a key ring and walked to my trailer, trying all the keys he had. None worked. He again said he'd be right back and came back with yet more keys. 1st key on the second ring worked. Sold me the key and a more than reasonable price and off I went. Check them out!
