Note that my review is based on my poor experience trying to get them to do some work on our RV in…read morewhile in Yuma, and is not related to the quality or value of any actual service received. This is because they don't actually offer service the Yuma area, notwithstanding their address or the information on their Yelp profile. We had a 3-day stay scheduled for Yuma before joining a caravan of RVs in El Centro heading to Baja. We were having a problem with our 12V electrical system not holding a charge and needed someone to check it out. I reached out to Best Tech RV through the Yelp app, based on the description of the service area and services performed. On a positive note, I received a reply very quickly, which I appreciate. On the negative side, the response said they no longer provide service in the area where we are staying. I don't know if he meant near the specific RV Park where we are staying, or Yuma in general. Since their Yelp listing shows a Yuma address, the reply was both confusing and frustrating. They could have provided an explanation, or better yet, perhaps referred is to someone else who could help us. Note that my 3-star rating is NOT based on the quality or timeliness of their service. I give them two stars for the quick reply and added one star because the owner reached out to me after I posted my review. The low rating is for them not providing service in the area their Yelp listing says they serve, for poor communication and for not offering us any suggestions for where to get help with our problem.

Mitch was our salesman, Bryan-General Sales Manager, Miguel-Shop Foreman, James-Delivery Specialist, Samantha and Shelly were really wonderful. I highly recommend every one of them. We bought a 2021 Grand Design 297 RSTS during the covid pandemic. We ordered the trailer July 29 and picked it up October 23. The Grand Design factory was behind at first because of covid and, surprisingly, because so many people are buying travel trailers because traveling is safe and fun for the family! We had many elective items added afterward so we spent many hours on many days working with everyone. I would have picked up on anyone not being top notch, but I never did. They were as great (shockingly) from our first look at their trailers to our driving off the lot. And, because of more add-ons my husband chose, we will be back. I would, without hesitation, recommend Country Club RV Sales and Service. We are just driving home with our new travel trailer/home-we are full-timers-and are happy campers!
