They know what they are about and really help me understand my reverse osmosis system and our soft water system. She changed the filters and let me look at things and ask questions. Took several calls from me before I could get someone to schedule an appointment. The day of the appointment they no-showed at the scheduled time (10:30) and no call. At 3:00 I phoned them and they acted surprised no one had shown up, said they sent a text to their scheduled employee but hadn't gotten a response. At 5:15 (while I was making dinner) their employee showed up (no explanation or apology) I advised we were no longer needing their services. I hired another company who came promptly. read more

Recently had an R/O system installed under the kitchen sink by Jenni. I told Jenni I wanted more capacity (larger tank). She ordered the ten gallon tank and installed the system in under two hours. I now have fresh sparkling water and ice cubes. I use ice a lot and this ice is almost clear. Before it was cloudy (milky looking). There is no smell either. With the ten gallon tank, the water pressure is phenomenal coming out of the faucet, which is mounted on the sink. I wish I could have this type of water thru-out the house, but it's only in the kitchen. Jenni's company also installed my water softener, years ago and we couldn't live without it. Well, after using a different water vendor in Yuma,AZ and not being satisfied with their mediocre work, I took to Yelp! to find a water company that could replace my water filters and inspect and service my home's RO system. After reading many reviews and comments from various other Yelpers, I decided to call and schedule an appointment with C&M Water Systems. The lady who helped me over the telephone, I believe it was Taylor, managed to schedule me within a week's time. The day on my appointment my water technician was running a bit late, fearing that they might of have forgotten about me, I called Taylor to confirm that I was still on for my service, where I was told that I was still on for service and that she was going to call the technician to find out what her status was. As soon I had hung up with her, immediately my cell phone rang, and it happened to be my water technician, Jenny, who was calling to let me know that she was running a bit late and was over in Somerton, AZ, which is just about a 20 - 30 minute drive from Yuma, AZ. I told her that no worries, that I would be here, and that I would be waiting for her when ever she made it. For those of you who are not from the Yuma region, I've learned over the few years of being here in Yuma, AZ that there is a saying here that goes something like, "Real Time, or Yuma Time," LOL. Well, things here in Yuma, AZ move at a slightly different pace than the rest of the country, and it's for some reason a bit slower and easy going. Like I said, I am well aware of this, and even I have adapted and practiced this Yuma time standard every now and then. LOL. Anyhow, a few minutes went by and Jenny showed up. We went over the home RO system, showed me how to work my water softening system, showed me the testing and results from the RO drinking water system, and that's when I knew she was good at what she did! She showed me immediately that something was immediately wrong with the drinking water because it was reading the same as the regular tap water readings. Step by step we started uncovering all sorts of problems that my RO system had. Now, I will not, and I cannot prove that the previous water company failed at doing a proper job in their service. As much as I want to place blame on them, I am going to hold back because I am realistic that over time, ANYTHING AND EVERYTHING goes bad. So, it is what it was. Anyhow, Jenny fixed a multitude of issues that my drinking water system had. Again, she is amazing and smart, and KNOWS her business well. Not only was I happy with the quality of service, knowledge, and professionalism from C&M Water Systems, but they are extremely priced very reasonably too. C&M Water Systems, KUDOS to you all, and you've got a customer for life. Keep up the excellent service and excellent quality of friendliness towards your customers as you now have.
